Dear Vector Prime,
What happened to Superion and the other Combiners in the Aligned Continuity?
Dear Continued Combiner,
Tragically, Superion met his end during the final Decepticon attack on the Ark that immediately preceded Optimus Prime’s arrival on Earth; when Slingshot sacrificed himself so that Optimus and his innermost confidants could escape the doomed ship, Superion died with him. The remaining members of the combiner team had little time to process the loss of their teammate, as their flight-capable alternate modes made them some of the only Cybertronians aboard capable of carrying their teammates to safety.
As the remaining Ark survivors dispersed to a hundred remote worlds to dig in, regroup, and rebuild, so too did the Aerialbots attempt to find a way forward. Despite their best efforts to keep moving forward as a team, their shared loss and grief eventually drove them apart; with no way to replicate the advanced combination technology that had once allowed them to form Superion, the team slowly drifted apart into new lives, each trying to process the loss in their own way.
Skydive found some semblance of peace on the planet Lithone, where he exchanged soldiering for the quiet life of an academic; in exchange for safe harbor from the Cybertronian war, he lent his extensive knowledge of his species’ military history to the expansive Lithonian archives.
Air Raid and Fireflight became mercenaries for hire, plying their trade on the galactic rim—Fireflight maintained some sense of honor, but this code of ethics would lead to his end when he crossed paths with the notorious ex-Decepticon clan known only as the Ronin. Air Raid’s increasingly ferocious tactics led him straight into the employ of the notorious Lord Gyconi, where he brutalized his way up the ranks until he became the crime lord’s top enforcer.
Worst of all, however, would be Silverbolt, the only member of the team who returned to Cybertron, the bitter ex-Autobot willingly threw his lot in with Cyclonus and the other members of the High Council, promised that he would receive a new combiner team in exchange for his cooperation with the new regime. As a functionary in Cyclonus’s new government, Silverbolt abetted the Decepticons with many of their more ambitious social re-engineering programs until Bumblebee and his team brought down Cyclonus’s illegitimate government for good.

"Hm? Oh that? It's a gift from your boss, took a while to fix it up though, Megatron really put him through the ringer! He was already dead by that point as well! Haha! Must've done something real bad to rile him up like that eh? So, ah, what was it you're here for again?"

wada sez: An Infiltration-set strips, as identifiable by Hubcap’s mention of Prowl’s unit on Earth. The MIA Autobot on Hubcap’s screen is Sky High (the Pretender one, not the Micromaster). Lord Gyconi is a bit character from the Sunbow cartoon.

So the Extriverse still generally follows a G1-y story/timeline at the moment.
and in season 3 the Decepticons were less the villains than before and weren’t always around.
So my general headcanon and, of course, Extriverse canon is that there is a big old reason for this. The ‘cons all ran away after Unicron and did nothing for a whole year, then Galvatron came back and took command.
None of them kept tabs on “external affairs”
Megatron has all these dealings with various mobsters and criminal circles across the galaxy (Lord Gyconi for example) and suddenly they went quiet for a year and Galvatron (unaware of these) did not continue them. So of course all these people now have it in for the Decepticons.
They hardly have time to deal with the Autobots because they’re all so busy cleaning up the mass quantities of shitstorm Megatron left around the galaxy.
Can’t deal with the Bots when you’re cleaning up after your previous leaders bullshittery.

Kiss Scourge bc he is the most attractive of the options, Marry Lugnut for overzealous loyalty, kill the creepy bastard Dirge. G1 Shockwave, Prime Megatron, Beast Wars Megatron. Answer and challenge me again pls.
Fair, Scourge is nice haha.
Uhhhh
Kill TFP Megs, he’s a nasty crust-bucket who ran away from his responsibilities like a coward at the end.
Kiss BW Megs, I wouldn’t go all the way, he strikes me as the guy who’d end up being obnoxious and bragging about it or through it and eugh. Minimal contact pls.
G1 Shockwave I’d marry. Poor baby, all alone and abandoned, needs company.
For you... uuuhhh... BW Rattrap, TFP Airachnid... aaand uh, G1 Lord Gyconi (thought I’d throw a surprise one in there)

The Quintesson pushed aside the gilded curtains to the back rooms of Gyconi's... quaint little 'business', grumbling as they wished the organic would come to Quintessa more often. When they took sight of what was before them, however, frustration took over. "WHAT is THIS!? Gyconi! Explain!" It snapped, "You said this was a Business meeting!" The organic in question took a long huff on the device in it's oral cavity before putting it away with a chuckle, when a heavy arm flopped onto the Quintessons head causing it to squeal indignantly. "Oh but this IS a business meeting!" Megatron, another well-paying Quintesson customer drawled out, vocal unit clearly suffering some slurring from the amount he'd breathed in. "Quite right" Gyconi chimed in, "Come dear Quintesson, surely such savvy business-people such as yourselves can understand the importance of a little customer... bonding, right? Come, join us" "Ugh" The Quintesson mulled over the options but Gyconi was correct, a little greasing of the wheels, so to say, with business partners was never a bad thing. Begrudgingly they accepted, plucking one of the smoking apparatus from the central device before them, prompting Megatron to finally remove his arm in a sloppy cheer, "Hmph! Aren't you supposed to be fighting in a battle?" "Bah! Got tired, elite warriors? Yeah right, their moaning really bought me down 'oh Megatron we're dying', 'help me Megatron!' so I slipped away to relax here! It's fine! I'll just claim it was a test for Star-Scrap to actually prove he can be a leader! HAH!" Megatron trailed off into some inane ramble while the others allowed themselves to 'mellow' a little alongside him.

Dear, Vector Prime. What does the word "Roritchi" mean in Black Roritchi?
Dear Roritchi Ringleader,
Rory Chee was an unscrupulous Arctic scientist who discovered Scorponok's damaged body following the destruction of his Transtector at the hands of the Autobot Headmasters. A former student of Dr Arkeville, he took Scorponok in with an eye to gain power through an alliance, though he kept the ignominious end of his teacher in mind.
The briefly cowed Scorponok was surprisingly grateful to Chee, and when he returned to the front in outer space to claim his new BlackZarak transtector, he took Chee with him. However, before they could begin a new campaign against the Autobots, Scorponok was captured and brainwashed by Devil Z. It was here where Chee made his move, praying to the entity to give him the power of a true super robot life-form. Seeing the opportunity to gain a new servant, Devil Z transformed him into Black Roritchi, commander of the Guardminder drone army.
Roritchi bided his time, the last remnants of his Jinchōkon allowing him to resist the devil's brainwashing. When Blackzarak was called to Earth to take on the Autobot Godmasters, Chee made his move, painting a Guardminder to resemble himself, then departing for Monacus, where he became technical adviser to an aging Lord Gyconi.

"Quite a brutal fight Megatron, then again you always put on a good show" Gyconi mused as he met the aforementioned mech in an alley behind the arenas, "Quite surprised you killed this fellow though, you could've always waited for me to get a worthy contender for you! Wasn't this one meant to be the replacement for your other toy? Star-whats-his-face? In case you broke him and needed another?" "Eh," Megatron shrugged, "He was poor anyway"
Gyconi gets himself a snazzy paperweight.

An old Transformers ‘villain’/enemy gets included in this au! Info below!
Lord Gyconi is a intergalactic Mob Boss of ill repute.
His greedy nature is obvious not only by his physical figure but by the figure of wealth he has.
His figure is deceptively obese this gangster did not get where he is today by being flimsy and has plenty of brawn to back up his ways.
Cruel and underhanded he's well-known for beating his own subordinates and isn't above rigging his own bets to be in his favour.
Considers himself a bit of a showman as his favourite gambling scheme to run is his "Pit of Destruction" where he hosts gladiatorial-style games.
Comes off as graceful and generous to those who don't know of his reputation as he is more than willing to loan anyone ridiculous amounts of money. This first impression immediately wears off as he charges ridiculous interest rates and quite impossible repayment periods.
Skims profits off the gambling proceeds even when he doesn't need to.
Runs many things from a Slave trade business to a corrupt housing department on may worlds.
Absolutely best friends with Megatron. The two would often meet to gloat about their achievements and trade business.
Megatron is one of the only people in the known galaxy whom Gyconi does not actively scam, although it is likely he still performs some underhand actions with him. It seems the reason for this may have been the creation of a mutual respect after the two fought.
There may or may not have been connections between him and Megatron pre-war
Megatron has often entered his gladiator pits and come out victorious. While Gyconi does not appreciate the fact Megatron always wins these fights and thus pretty much everyone who bets will bet on him, leaving Gyconi with little profit, he continues to allow it. After all Megatron puts on quite a brutal and gory show, attracting more customers for future shows.
Supplied Energon to the Decepticons during the war always keeping them ahead of the Autobots.
Megatron was a regular at his slave department often buying people to do manual labor in off-world projects or importing people to help with his tasks.
Is incredibly upset with the Decepticons, they stopped contact with him shortly after some Starscream guy vanished? He doesn’t know, then suddenly the war on their world ramped up quite considerably. A lot of property that he had loaned to the Decepticons from machinery to slave-units were destroyed, especially when some colossal space-creature-demon attacked the planet!.
The Decepticons proceeded to ignore him further after that, even when a new purple guy took command of them. Sod to this! They may have been profitable business partners but this! This was disrespectful! Besides he made deals with Megatron, not these fools, not after what they did.
What they dd was attack him and ruin a slave ring. He eventually got the new leader to come and meet him but for some reason this Galvatron fellow flipped his lid the moment 'slaves' were mentioned, destroying large portions of his base and freeing all of his captives.
These guys are gonna get it now.

Who would you say is the one being or group of beings that Megatron fears, I'd say Grimlock is on that list I mean fire spitting t-rex what's not to fear?
His arrogance would deny him to say he’s fearful of Grimlock or the Dinobots. Their strength makes them formidable yes, but they’re too ‘stupid’ to him and so he wouldn’t consider them as something he’d “fear”. How could he, a wealthy, well-educated mech, top of the social ladder and something to admire, ever be fearful of those backwards machines?
If he were to fear a group or being it’d be either Lord Gyconi, or, more likely, the Quintessons. He respects them because they’re wealthy and have used their wealth “smartly” to accrue power and control the “Unintelligent commoners”, and as such he views them as being at least in the same category as himself. He’d fear Gyconi less because Gyconi is some greasy organic beast, and organics are utterly useless, but Megatron and Gyconi have been heavily invested in each other’s illegal activities for a while so he’s confident he has no reason to fear him because he can cripple Gyconi’s industry if he so desires (plus Organic, pffft).
The Quintessons he is more likely to fear because they’re so mysterious and have incredible scientific abilities. So he’s more suspicious of them and would likely fear them, if anyone.
After all, he’s not way older than that geriatric dolt, Kup, by natural means, no the Quintessons have helped him with that. So yeah, they also have something he needs, that they can hold over him. The Quintessons are the only beings he’d fear.

Another one of those designs that popped up from nowhere. He was an invaluable spy for the Decepticons and worked many missions with Soundwave, their skillsets combined made them a formiddable information-drain. Reflector was unable to spend a lot of time on Earth, however, he accompanied Megatron to one of his meetings with Gyconi, recording some information Megatron would’ve rather kept to himself and the Crime Lord. As such he decided that he didn’t want to waste time with all that annoying fiddling about with memory circuits, and thought it easier to just end Reflectors service. By ripping out his heads one-by-one and leaving the body in a ditch, to quickly run out of Energon and it’s life-support systems to shut down.

You higher yourself to talk to us . Good to know you will never be an leader....
Megatron doesn’t see humans as anything more than ‘free labour’ or toys, he thinks the way we, and other Earth creatures, ‘pop’ when pressure is applied fun and entertaining. Even if he finds organic creatures totally disgusting. He even slings the same sort of organic-related insults at Lord Gyconi too, but Gyconi brushes it off mostly.
The unfortunate part is a majority of the issues have been caused because he was the leader of the Decepticons. I debated on letting him slip out about more of his heinous actions such as Rampage and the awful stuff he did to Shockwave but I didn’t want to go overboard.
HOWEVER! It’s time to send Galvatron asks! So everyone can think about what they want to ask them.
