Finished the Ultimate Drako arc
-- Both of the crossovers [Planet Racers and Usagi] have a Cat Girl !
-- I wonder how long they were have supposed to have been there...Donatello had time to take down Postapocalyptic Shredder. If only they had him 30 years earlier! I guess he was the only guy they were missing
-- I think I missed the Raphael one the first time. I guess I found it the least interesting anyway
-- SAINW was interesting and is kinda like The Last Ronin, I understand. Or "Shredderville" from the '87 cartoon
-- Leo and Usagi sure love to take out their swords and never cut anyone! Well, that's just how it goes
-- Splinter in distress, if you're into that kind of thing
-- Ultimate Ninja gets to come back to life, de-aged, but not Drako....no one gives a crud about him I guess

While I'm working on the other characters' designs, I decided it would be best to share a little bit more about my TMNT au
TMNT The Hamato Destiny or TMNTTHD for short is an au I made about 3 years ago around 2022 it was made a few months after the Rise! Movie and originally was a Rottmnt au, but over time, the more I worked on it, I decided to make it its own TMNT au separate from Rise! But it is still heavily inspired by it.
The main story of Hamato Destiny is basically a multiverse type story it heavily dives into the TMNT multiverse, explaining how it works and its rules. The first villain they fight, in fact, is a shape-shifting villain who is not named or has a design yet. But he is capable of turing into past dead villains from other universe's like Rise! Shredder 2003 Drako or 2012 Lord Dregg, the list goes on. But he is a one and done villain, so let's move on to more important matters. Rat King is the overall antagonist of my au. He is a very POWERFUL threat to the turtles and the multiverse. In fact, the reason Rat King is in their universe is because he was trapped there as the Hamato Destiny universe is sealed away from over universes, making it impossible for Rat King to hop over to another universe.
He's not the only foes they face tho.
There is Drako
Baxter stockman
Jigoku
Kurōn
Shredder
Bonesteal
Krang
Savanti Romero
And Lord Dregg
These guys are the biggest threats in my au.
We also will explore other things in my au like. The Turtles The Hidden World and its hierarchy. Rat Kings plan and how he got locked in the universe. Why was the universe cut off from the other universe's. And a lot more.
Im trying to make all the character designs for my au before I actually right the whole story down first. So far I have about.
26/53 Characters designs done so far. Yeah... I have a LOOOOOOONG way to go to get all the character designs done.
I don't want to spoil anything too important. So I'll stop right now so as to save all you guys' spoilers.
But if you want to ask about character interactions about the characters' personality or the ages of the characters. Or even about wanting to know who is in my au ask away. But for now, that's all I want to share for now. My next posts will be showing off My Baxter stockman Baron Draxum and Hidden Ruler designs. See you then.

( targaryen b / tom glynn carney / cis man and he/him ) hear ye hear ye — king matthos baratheon welcomes prince aerys targaryen of exile ! his great majesty is glad that the twenty eight year old appears to be adaptable while overlooking that it’s said they are also vindictive, as long as they are glad to celebrate peace in the seven kingdoms. fortunately for them, matthos remains oblivious that they aren’t happy with his reign and that their true allegiance lies with house targaryen.
i. background.
full name: aerys targaryen.
commonly goes by: aer, lord drako.
official title: prince of westeros, lord drako of lys.
age: twenty eight.
gender + pronouns: cis man + he/him.
orientation: bisexual.
allegiance: house targaryen / himself.
spoken languages: common tongue, high valyrian & low valyrian.
religion: the faith of the seven.
ii. appearance.
faceclaim: tom glynn carney.
eye color: a dark purple, almost indigo.
hair color: a natural golden silver, presently staining with berries to achieve a dark, muddy brown color.
dominant hand: left.
height: 5'10"
build: athletic.
iii. personality.
virtues: adaptable, educated, humorous, resourceful, opportunistic.
vices: vindictive, gloomy, scheming, aloof, selfish.
weapon of choice: a nice blade or heavy object, not too picky.
moral alignment: neutral evil.
inspired by: viserys targaryen ( got ), aegon targaryen ( hotd ), & anakin skywalker / luke skywalker ( star wars ).
common tropes: currently embodying ambition is evil, tragic elements of riches to rags, teetering the line of not being like father, like son and surprisingly, even evil has loved ones.
iv. relationships.
parents: king jaehaerys iii targaryen and queen casella targaryen nee bar emmon ( both deceased ).
siblings: visera targaryen & rhaella targaryen.
relationship status: currently involved with elora mooton.
children: none.
pets: a golden eyed, shimmering silver scaled with golden accents dragon - he's named balerion and is currently the size of a small house cat.
other relations: house bar emmon ( cousins ), more to come !
previous relations: none, let's plot to change that !
v. biography.
only two years old when the targaryens were shipped off to essos, aerys remembers nothing of westeros. when they first departed he could remember slight details - silver hair, those purple eyes - but in present time, all he has is what he's been told by others. he became obsessed with it in his youth for a time, wanting to learn every bit of information about the entirety of house targaryen before their demise. the history of ancient valyria became a fascination and though information never came easily, he didn't let them stop him for seeking out whatever possible. not only did he feel like he needed to know about his family, but he promised himself and his siblings they would not repeat the same mistakes that got them sent away in the first place. when they would return, he would be ready.
this is not the life they were supposed to have. the siblings should have known the red keep like the back of their hands as they grew up, surrounded by family alike in a home that kept them safe. instead, aerys looks at their time in essos as a necessary evil, something he despised but did not count out the opportunity it gave them to rebuild whatever was left. though never without an attitude, he found comfort in being able to trust his siblings and bond with them. if not for them, he knows he would have never made it out of essos and back to the home they should never have had to leave.
all he can think about now is how to make matthos baratheon and every single person who had a hand in the targaryen demise pay. he has found an obsession with history and aims to learn as much as he can with their time in riverrun, aiming to become the version of himself that can help his siblings take down any house that dares to threaten their survival. when their eggs hatched, something he believed never to happen, it lit a spark within aerys - a hope that they can return to their former glory. he doesn't care much for the glory, though, he just wants his revenge.
vi. wanted plots.
alliances - though not someone to work well with others beside his siblings, and he would absolutely turn on them in a heartbeat if it meant progress for house targaryen, aerys knows how important supporters are in their effort to gain back the throne. aerys is typically a good judge of character - or rather, is good at spotting those who seem like strong supporters versus weak cowards. perhaps he's just really judgy and has to see something beneficial.
betrothal - aerys has the intention of doing his part to help restore the targaryen name in westeros and one way to do that is by having little dragons !! he doesn't want to marry but wouldn't allow his offspring to be bastards, so he eventually will and would ultimately be picky so they would probably start off in a good place ! their relationship could go a million different ways but ( tw: cheating ) i can't promise he'll be loyal !
would eventually like to have aerys blackmail someone, have someone he's manipulating who doesn't realize, flings, someone he's learning more history from, i'm down for p much anything !

The Forgotten TMNT Villain
In the world of action heroes, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have undoubtedly one of the most iconic rogue's gallery.
And one of the coolest things about it is that in contrast to the rogue's gallery of most other heroes that originated from comics, the Turtles' are always growing thanks to their multitude of adaptations, which have often created new villains for their specific series, comics or movies.
The 1987 cartoon gave us Krang, Bebop and Rocksteady, Lord Dregg, Metalhead, Slash, and Don Turtelli.
The 90s films gave us Tatsu, Tokka and Rahzar.
The 2003 cartoon gave us Hun, Agent Bishop, Drako, and Darius Dunn.
The 2012 cartoon gave us Tiger Claw, Dogpound, Fishface, and Don Vizioso.
And Rise pretty much went all out as just about every villain in that show was wholly original.
But in spite of all that, just about every iterations still uses the villains introduced in the original Mirage comics including The Foot Clan, Baxter Stockman, Karai, The Purple Dragons, Leatherhead, The Rat King, The Triceratons, and of course, The Shredder.
However, there is one villain that is generally seen as the black sheep of the TMNT rogue's gallery (despite how big of a part he played in his debut) and most you probably forgot he even existed!
But before we get to the villain, first we need to talk about the piece of media he originated.
That piece of media is none other than....
Yep. This film.
Fun fact: Next month, this film will officially turn 10 years old (and I'm pretty sure by just saying that, I gave about half of you a mini existential crisis).
But even after all this time, what do I think about the movie?
It's whatever.
It's not the worst thing ever, and certainly not the worst thing in this franchise.
The film does have some merit.
The effects and CGI are really good, the fights are well choreographed, and the Turtles themselves are actually the highlight of the movie.
Although their kinda lacking in depth, they do get the characterizations of the Turtles down to a T.
But that's as much praise as I can give.
The biggest problem with this film is that it doesn't really feel like Ninja Turtles.
It feels like the most generic Michael Bay (which I know he produced this film, but as everyone else pointed out, this film has so much of his style in it, he might've well been the director) film you can think but with a Ninja Turtles coat on it.
You can just tell that the people behind this film didn't exactly understand or had the best knowledge of the franchise.
Hell, it almost feels like an attempt at a more gritty and edgy version of the Turtles.
Which is kinda redundant since they were already like that from the very beginning.
And even then, the film doesn't match the style of grittiness and edge of the Mirage comics at all.
This is shown even more when you look at the rest of the cast.
As apart from the Turtles, everybody else is pretty flat.
April has none of the confidence, charm or badassery of her other iterations, which can be largely thanks to her being played by Megan Fox of all people. Plus, just like any Bay project starting Megan, they objectify her. And not helping her case is that fact that we spend more time with her than the actual titular protagonists.
Vern Fanwick was such a wasted character, especially when he was played by Will Arnett! Like, how do you not make Will Arnett entertaining?!
Splinter was pretty bland. Like, I keep forgetting he was even in the movie.
But the worst of the characters can be seen with the villains.
Like most iterations of the Turtles, the main villainous force is The Foot Clan.
And hoo boy! Were they bastardized!
In fact, this brings me back to my previous point about how the people behind this film didn't really seem to understand Ninja Turtles.
And one of the biggest contributors to that is the notable lack of "ninja".
Everybody's already talked about the designs of the Turtles. From how uncanny they look, to the unnecessary amount of clothing they have.
But one of the biggest complaints against them was their size.
Like, these dudes are 7-feet tall!
It's hard to believe that the Turtles here are teenagers (and their voices don't do them any favors) or ninjas because of how huge they are.
We see them picking up shipping containers and using them like baseball bats.
They have bullets bounce off their chests.
And whenever they land, they always shake the ground.
As GodzillaMendoza pointed out in his review on the film, it's kinda like seeing The Incredible Hulk trying to be stealthy and fighting off enemies with weapons rather than his fists.
But they're not the only ones!
In this film, The Foot Clan are portrayed as a group of gun-wielding terrorists rather than an organization of skilled ninja warriors.
youtube
I have no clue.
I guess because they weren't cool or epic enough for Bay's style?
They're also led by Karai, who typically is an important character in most Ninja Turtles story, usually having some personal connection with The Shredder.
But here, she's just....there.
Hell, I don't think they even say her name out loud.
Speaking of which, let's talk about the film's big bad himself, Shredder!
Out of all the iterations of the character, this is undoubtedly the weakest.
For starters, he's not in the movie for a whole lot of time.
In this out of this 1-hour and 41-minute movie, I think he has only like barely over 10-minutes of screen time.
Which isn't exactly an ample amount of time for your main villain.
In addition to that, we barely get to know this Shredder.
We know he's ruthless like most of his other iterations.
But we're never given anything on his past, how he became part of The Foot Clan, or the reason for the ridiculous evil plan of this film.
Another drawback is his dialogue....or lack there of.
Apart from his out of suit scenes and the fight between him and Splinter (which I'll touch more on later), Shredder barely talks.
Like, in the final battle, I don't recall him speaking like...once!
What is he? Prince Phillip?
It's kind weird how the main villain of the film doesn't have much of a presence while the secondary villain does.
Oh yeah....talk about him!
Ladies and gentleman! Children of all ages! Let me reintroduce you to Eric Sacks!
youtube
It's kinda funny how forgettable Sacks was despite that fact the we see more of HIM (like 4-times more) than The Shredder himself.
Along with that, he contributes more to moving the plot along than Shredder.
He's the one with all the plans.
And reveals to our heroes The Foot Clan's scheme in general!
Although he's an incredibly generic (and once again, forgettable) villain, he weirdly comes off as being more of the main villain than the actual main villain!
And there's a reason for that.....he was suppose to be the main villain.
Time for a little history lesson.
The 2014 TMNT film started production all the way back in 2010, shortly after Viacom purchased the rights to TMNT franchise from Turtles co-creator Peter Laird.
And when it was first announced a few months later, expectations were not exactly high, largely thanks to the reveal that Bay was gonna to be involved in the project.
But things only got worse when in 2012, a script for the film was leaked.
This script was lambasted to Hell and back, and there were two major reasons for that.
First and more infamous reason was that the Turtles themselves were going to be aliens from another planet and not mutated turtles.
Yes, you heard me right.
The second reason was in the case of The Shredder. In this script, Shredder was a white, American military officer named "Colonel Schraeder" (whose armor would've been cybernetic), with The Foot Clan depicted as a black-ops military unit.
This did not sit well with anyone.
The obvious reason being the inherent scuminess of casting a white man to take the role of a Japanese character.
But worse part about all of this was the white Shredder's new name: Eric Sacks.
While this name may sound kinda dumb, when you translate it into Japanese, it'll show the results of a familiar name.
That name being....OROKU SAKI.
The Shredder's real name!
Yeah. This was blatant whitewashing.
The fact that they made Shredder in to a white American man would've been bad enough. But the fact that they went as far as to Anglicized his name was just the icing on this shit sundae.
This would be like casting a white actor to play the Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle and changing his name to James Ray.
The fact that the people behind this movie thought this kind of thing was still okay as late as 2012 is just pathetic.
And given that this was produced by Nickelodeon Movies, you think after hearing this, they would've had the crew change that in an instant.
Given that they already have experience with this kind of issue.
But apparently not as if you look at the final film, you can definitely tell that the change to make Sacks and Shredder separate characters was done somewhat last minute.
For starters, let's look at the history of the project.
Principal photography for the film began on March 22, 2013, and wrapped up in August of that year.
However, additional filming was done in January and April of 2014, just 7-4 months before the film's intended release.
This was most likely used to film the new scenes with the man who may or may not be Oroku Saki (along with some changes to the already filmed scenes in order erase any remnants of Sacks being The Shredder).
But when looking at the final film, it's pretty apparent that these changes were done fairly late into production.
There's the aforementioned scenes with possibly Oroku Saki.
But they're in a dimly-lit room, and Saki himself is always shrouded in shadow (making his face barely visible)
Whereas Sacks has light reflecting off him where we can actually see his face.
Also, whenever Sacks and Shredder are acknowledged as separate characters, whoever says it is always offscreen at the moment and it's always done in ADR.
You never see anyone acknowledge the two characters as separate onscreen.
There's also plenty of shots of Sacks looking at The Shredder armor, as if he's planning to put it on.
There's also the aforementioned Shredder barely talking while in the suit, and even when he does, it's an ADR voiceover.
Plus, we never get to see anyone in armor as well.
Nor any scenes of Saki putting on the armor (because there wasn't).
Sacks also walks around dressed in a black undershirt that just screams Tony Stark's clothes under the armor.
And perhaps the biggest of them all, in lot of the official tie-in material, especially the Nintendo 3DS game, Sacks is The Shredder.
Mostly likely because a lot of that stuff started production right before the additional filming was done.
But one last detail towards Sacks being The Shredder comes during the fight between Splinter and....well, Shredder.
For some reason, Splinter acts like as if he personally knows Shredder, when in this continuity, he shouldn't.
Which is already weird to mention since in just about every iteration, Splinter and Shredder have always had some kind of connection to each other.
Seeing them so disconnected from each other just doesn't feel right.
And once again, Splinter having personal beef with Shredder in this continuity wouldn't make any sense as given from what we've seen, these two have no history with each other.
However, if it was Sacks that was The Shredder, then that would make sense.
Since in this continuity, Splinter and the Turtles were originally the test subjects of Dr. O'Neil (April's father), who was also the partner of Sacks.
But after O'Neil found out about Sacks' true plans, he burned all the research they've done.
But while April and the subjects were able to escape, Dr. O'Neil wasn't so lucky as he got shot by Sacks.
With all that being considered, the personal beef would've made much more sense if Sacks was kept as The Shredder.
However, the funniest thing about Sacks is when we look at the far better sequel of this film, Out of the Shadows.
From the get-go, we learn about what happened to most of the villains since the first film.
Keyword: most.
Shredder was arrested and sent to prison, and The Foot Clan have been operating without him.
But strangely enough, despite how present he was in the first movie and how much he moved the plot along, Sacks doesn't appear nor does he even get a mention!
The last time we saw him, he got knocked out by Vern!
Like, they could've easily explained what happened to him in the span of a few seconds.
But no, they don't!
It's almost as if the filmmakers just forgot he even existed like most of us did.
All in all, given how generic and unremarkable Sacks was, top that off with the massive controversy that stemmed from the character, I don't think we'll ever see him again.
I know there are plenty of TMNT villains that have yet to be adapted into other iterations (specifically the 2012 and Rise ones), but they're most likely gonna get that chance in the near future.
Sacks on the other hand, I highly doubt that.
If we're lucky, Sacks would come back in a new iteration....but he would be a total joke villain like The Amoeba Boys, The Toiletnator, and The Box Ghost.
He'll probably be some weirdo who obsesses over Shredder and even wants to be him, as a jab at the fact he was originally going to be Shredder.
Though maybe they could do something cool with that concept and gradually have Sacks go from a total laughing stock, to an actual legitimate threat.
Maybe he starts to built his own Foot Clan, starts to learn in the ways of ninjutsu, and even creates his own Shredder armor.
He would be kinda like a mix between Syndrome and Ludo.
Not to mention, this could also lead to Turtles and Shredder having to work together to take Sacks down.
Which now that I think about it, outside of the comics, we've never really seen that happen.
So that would be cool to see!
Anyway, that's all I wanted to talk about.
See ya!

Dodi, a boss that was is going to be in Chaos;Domain, though likely with a resprite. This character actually has a long and detailed story behind it. Basically, when I was in first grade, one indoor recess the teachers put on Disney's Aladdin. I really enjoyed the movie for what it was, that was until near the end of the movie where Jaffar took control of the Genie's lamp and ordered the genie to fling the tower that Aladdin was in to the North Pole.
That's when the teacher shut off the movie and said that's where the movie ended, to be continued in Aladdin 2. I ended up being super freaked out about this cliffhanger ending and thought Jaffar actually WON. I ended up skipping school on the day they showed Aladdin 2, but later they showed Aladdin 3 and everyone was fine so I assumed Jaffar lost in Aladdin 2, but I had no idea HOW he lost or what sort of damage was done to their world under the control of an all-powerful Jaffar. So, I made up MY OWN plot for Aladdin 2, as I was too scared to watch Aladdin 2 which I assumed to be this super dark scary movie and didn't even want to rewatch Aladdin 1, which I enjoyed, because I was afraid of being re-traumatized by the "cliffhanger." But I still watched Aladdin 3 all the time on this bootleg DVD that had every Disney and dream works movie (as of 2009) on it.
During this period of time (around 2009 to 2011) I came up with this bizarre fan fiction universe crossover between Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, Ninjago, Webkinz, Animal Jam, and a bunch of other things that was like Kingdom Hearts if it was written by an autistic 8yo. And like Kingdom Hearts there were clones, artificial humans, ancient prophesies, relics of mass destruction, doomsday cults, multiple apocalypses and universe-shattering wars, not-deities, and tons of other stuff. Believe it or not, this series was the origin of the Chronicles of Chronicles series, albeit a very early form/incarnation of it.
The original big bad of this saga was a guy named "The Emperor" who was HEAVILY based off Palpatine from Star Wars and had two underlings, Dodi (pronounced "Do-die" like the city Dubai but with die instead of bai) the snake charmer and Flon (pronounced full-on like colon) the evil fairy. Dodi was pretty much 1-to-1 with Jaffar with just his name changed and little else, but Flon's backstory and origin is an even weirder example that I'll get to once we get to her sprite. The big bad of the later arcs was Lord Drakos, heavily based off the principal of Gaithersburg Elementary, who loved abusing and manipulating me for his own twisted amusement.
But anyway YEARS later, like around 2014 or so, I discovered that the teacher showing us Aladdin all those years ago completely lied, and there was a whole extra 15 minutes of Aladdin I didn't know existed where Jaffar was defeated in an epic battle and the world was saved. And how did I discover this? A freaking Watch Mojo video. Something about "top 10 most evil villains in Disney" and Jaffar was number 5. During Jaffar's section they showed footage from the last 15 minutes of Aladdin which absolutely blew my mind that there was a whole extra 15 minutes of runtime I completely missed.
After I spent a summer afternoon rewatching THE ENTIRETY OF Aladdin on some shady website, I did some research on Wikipedia and figured out that Aladdin 2 and 3 were actually just cheap cash-ins made in the early 2000s that also served as both the pilot and the series finale of the Aladdin TV show, which aired from 1999 to 2002. The first movie had a beginning, middle, and end and DIDN'T end on a cliffhanger like I was led to believe, and Aladdin 2 and 3 were unnecessary made for TV sequels given almost zero budget. (though I still have an affinity for Aladdin 3, even if the animation sucks ass) This is also where I learned that the overwhelming majority of "Disney sequels" that I grew up with on that bootleg DVD were low budget cash-grabs not even made by the main Disney studio. So yeah, my childhood was a lie and Jaffar never won in Aladdin 1. It's going to be a fun story to share with my future nieces and nephews, though.
In battle, Dodi primarily uses fire elemental arts along with his "hypnosis" and "wrap" arts. He's a lot easier of a boss than the first one, King Kookookaka, that's for sure. The Medusa to that game's Minotaur, to say the least. (SMT4 reference)

I’ve been binge watching the old ‘03 TMNT series, and you know what I’ve realized?
Same As It Never Was is hilarious.
Oh, don’t get me wrong- the episode itself isn’t hilarious. It’s a sombre, heartbreaking and nightmarish story, and easily one of the best of the ‘03 series. You just feel so, so bad for Donnie that he’s been put into this scenario and has to see and experience what he does.
But what makes it hilarious is when you compare it to what the rest of his brothers were going through when Ultimate Drako sent them across time and space.
Michelangelo gets to live out a dream scenario by going to a world where he and his brothers are superheroes in a world built upon Superhero Comic Tropes and teaming up with said Super Turtles.
Raphael gets to cut loose and become a racing champion, and gets the opportunity to lead a dangerous and morally broken planet into a new, better phase simply by giving them a better example to follow. In this way, he gets to be a hero.
And Leo? Leo gets to re-unite with his good friend Miyamoto Usagi, fighting alongside him and aiding his friends against the machinations of Lord Hebi, enjoying adventure and heroism in a version of Feudal Japan where he is normal rather than a freak.
And what does Donnie get?
He gets to experience a dystopian hellworld where Shredder reigns supreme, Splinter is dead and his brothers have viciously fallen out with one another over said death, Casey Jones also dead, the local resistance is so desperate that it uses children in its fight against the Shredder, and pretty much everyone he knows has been completely fucked over by what’s happened... and even though the Future Shredder is defeated, it comes at the cost of the other turtles lives, and Donnie is left with a pyrrhic victory and emptiness over what it cost to take Shredder down once and for all.
Like, holy shit. Can you imagine what must have gone through his head when the others talked about where they went and what they did? What the hell did DONNIE do to deserve this???
And to be clear- what Leo, Raph and Mikey went through wasn’t a picnic or a vacation, they were all in very real danger. But while they were put into situations that were tailor made for them to thrive in, it seems like Donnie was singled out to be put in a place that was custom-made to torture and traumatize him in the worst ways imaginable.
It’s just so insanely, psychotically lopsided, it’s hilarious.

( mint ranchrawee, 26, cis woman, she / her. ) announcing the arrival of AHAVA of house ROGARE, the LADY of LYS. whispers among the court name them to be both SYMPATHETIC and QUIXOTIC in disposition, and those closest to them speak to their interests in painting. if we bards could compose a song for them, it might tell stories of never living up to your potential, twirling around in dresses, being in the shadow of others while baring the brightest smile. the seven whisper to their most devout queen as she sleeps, making her question where their loyalties truly lie. are they right to whisper? for their loyalties truly lie with THE EMPEROR OF ESSOS.

PART V.
— you're the youngest of the family, born with three older siblings that carried the responsibilities and burdens of the family from the start. you, however, were doomed to live under their shadows ever since you can remember. always clinging to everyone's sleeves and begging for something more
— you want your father and those around them to look and think of you as worthy of their trust. but no one can look at ahava and think of her as something other than a pretty flower that still needs a lot of work to fully bloom
— it takes you a while to accept you'll never be worthy of a lot within the family. you accept your softness, your kindness and your lack of deep knowledge on the family business. you keep up with appearances and never let your family down, however, you never exactly feel like you fit in.
— the death of your father sort of weakens you, as you lose idea of what to do. ahava, you truly never knew who you were, right? you smile, you act right, you read the script everyone has been throwing your way from birth but you never truly took the time to understand what you like. what you dislike. to think for yourself
— you live in your bubble of pretty ideas, of brown brushes and paint-tinted fingers. maybe one day you'll come in handy, who knows.

Teaser for the next chapter of Dragon of the Sun:
Despite his rough arrival, Leo had to admit that Usagi's world was...beautiful.
It was strange, walking around in broad daylight. The warmth of the sun felt almost unfamiliar without layers of clothes hiding everything beneath, and being able to freely walk into the village he'd spotted before without anyone running or screaming at the sight of him felt...nice.
Mikey would love-
Immediately, his heart clenched tightly in his chest, and he had to take a moment to center himself as he remembered yet again why he was so desperate to get home.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"Done already?" he asked when he saw Mikey get up from the couch without his comic. "You just sat down not too long ago, didn't you?"
It had only been a few minutes, in fact. Regardless of the amusing and ironic fact that Mikey was a speed reader second only to Donnie, even he couldn't have finished it that fast. Especially since he knew Mikey liked going through them a second time just for the artwork.
"I'm gettin' kinda hungry, so I was gonna get started on lunch," Mikey grinned, but it was a bit too stiff. Too...off.
Something was wrong. He had a good idea what it was, too, but going by how Mikey kept fidgeting in place and his eyes refused to meet his, he wasn't going to get anywhere if he tried to draw it out. He'd missed the chance to do that weeks ago.
He just had to be patient. Mikey would come to him eventually. He always did.
"Just let me know if you need help."
He allowed the unspoken meaning linger between them, and felt some of his concern ebb away when Mikey's grin shifted into something much more genuine and warm.
"You got it, bro."
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"We must make haste to Edo," Usagi said, bringing him out of his thoughts. "Do you know how to ride a horse?"
"Oh. Uh...no. Not exactly a lot of opportunities to do that where I'm from."
"Then we will procure just one other and ride in pairs." His friend smiled a bit. "Perhaps, should we find a moment to spare while traveling, I can teach you some of the basics."
He perked up at the offer. He doubted there would ever be a time he'd need to know how to ride a horse in New York, but learning obscure things had become a sort of secret hobby of his over the years ever since Master Splinter had taught him about alligator pressure points. It was always fun to see the absolutely gob smacked expressions of the people around him whenever he knew about something or managed to pull off a move or skill no one expected of him.
It was a trait he shared with-
The excitement that had built up in him faded, although he did his best to smile back.
"Only if there's time. I don't want to put Lord Noriyuki in any more danger."
"Of course," Usagi nodded.
He paused for a moment, as if he were going to say something else, but ultimately kept moving.
His mind was quick to drag him back the moment silence fell between them.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"Someone, quick!" Donnie exclaimed. "Grab the-!"
Scepter, he finished in his mind. If they managed to grab it, then Drako and the Damiyo's son wouldn't be able to freeze them like they had Raph, and it would make it easier to fight them. It was a good plan. Probably the only chance they'd have of making this fight turn in their favor.
But they'd anticipated the move, and in moments, they were all frozen in midair.
"Uh..."
All of them, except for Mikey.
He felt ice shoot through his veins at the enraged snarl that echoed through the air. He could see the hatred that burned in their eyes. The desire to destroy. To kill. And it was all aimed at his little brother.
His little brother, who had been left to face it all alone.
"Insignificant insect! You only delay the inevitable! There is no- Gah!"
Something shot passed them, and it wasn't until it clattered to the ground after hitting its mark did he realize that it had been a pot lid. He felt a spark of pride wriggle through the worry and panic, even as another part of him wanted to shake his head. Throwing weapons specifically designed for it was one thing, but throwing things not meant to be thrown was harder than it looked. It said a lot about Mikey for him to have it done it so well under duress.
The panic returned stronger than before as Mikey sprinted forward, eyes focused on the falling Time Scepter. His expression was determined. Resolute in a way he'd never seen before- even when facing down the Foot and the Shredder. Then again, he'd never had to face such a threat on his own before now.
He should never have had to.
Casey cried out in shock somewhere behind them, but Leo was too focused on Mikey as he lunged forward, hand reaching out for the scepter as it fell.
He didn't even have time to yell out a warning before a large tail slammed into him, knocking him away and into one of the support pillars hard enough for part of it to break off.
"Mikey!!"
Mikey slumped to the ground unmoving, his plastron cracked and a trickle of blood dripping down from the back of his head.
Leo felt his heart stop.
"MIKEY!!"
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
"-san. Leonardo-san!"
He jerked back into the present, Usagi frowning slightly at him as he held the reins of a horse. Still, his friend didn't question it until they made it back onto the path outside the village.
"Such lack of focus is unlike you, Leonardo-san," he murmured quietly. "Are you well?"
"I'm-..."
No.
"I-..."
I'm not.
He trailed off, words failing him as he struggled to keep everything at bay. In doing so, he missed the way Usagi's frown deepened.
I'm...scared.
But he couldn't falter- not now.
His family needed him.

Something to consider: since we're dealing with temporal powers, did this spell work backwards to put in motion the events that led Renet here with the scepter or did the spell work specifically because Renet hadn't given the scepter a target? It just raises too many questions
This episode is one where you can really appreciate the storytelling when you know that Lord Simulatenous and Renet are adapted comic characters, while Ue and Drako are cartoon originals. The way the writers matched characters and plot devices from the source material together with their own original material creates interesting arc welding. It makes the universe the characters live in feel more cohesive when elements from different stories can interact.
I also liked the way Drako and Ue get built up. Their dragon form was already acting weird when it first spotted the Turtles, their desire for revenge causing them to almost break their disguise too soon. Similarly, there was a small flash of the two halves of the combined being not being in complete harmony, as their form distorted and warped a moment before they grabbed the Time Scepter.

Drako: thank you Twilight... you see before Ember became dragon lord my people and the dragons were bitter enemies, the dragons would seek our treasure for their hordes and in turn we would defend our home and we would use dragon scales and bones for armor and jewelry as... war trophies... such a practice disgusted me but still I did nothing to stop it... it's something I feel guilty about even now... but thanks to you spike and Thorax fences have been mended, it doesn't change what happened though and it still makes me feel guilty.
Thank you for expressing yourself to me, we cannot changed what happened in the past, but we can live in the present, and change outcomes in the future. ✨

AGE : unknown SPECIES : demon JOB : torturer .... demonic bounty hunter
INTRODUCING : elijah jones. elijah is a well deocrated torturer of hell. he is the one who receives the souls the moment they hit the rack. though if they were to escape. it is also elijah [ ... ] who is tasked with hunting them down and bringing them back.
the two first met when payne died at the age of 17 ━ and elijah was the one who received her soul. of course, he instantly knew who she was. knew she was a child of one of the knights, which did nothing to deviate him from his task. if anything he took great pleasure in torturing her. trying to break her. the sounds of payne's screams, being the greatest symphony he could hear. it wasn't aimed at payne personally. it was more the fact he hated the knights. hated how they could lord their power [ ... ] over the lesser demons without a care. so elijah getting the opportunity to hurt those of the knights blood. then well payne received the whole plethora of elijah's anger. without question.
and when payne broke out of hell. it was elijah that was sent to bring her back ━ to bring her where she belongs. though it had been a while since elijah had been on earth. and as such it was much harder for him to find her. and when he finally did, she was protected by drakos. a knight of hell. thus elijah couldn't get close to her. but he had a feeling he and the little demon would be seeing each other again. and low and behold, not long after. payne once more returned to hell. and right into elijah's arms. once more his knife cut into her skin, marring her as his. his plaything, his toy.
of course the fact that payne once more broke out of hell. and has been walking around on earth. is a sense of anger for elijah. and he has been hunting her down ever since. knowing he would be punished for letting her go ━ for letting her better him. one day elijah knows the two will come to blows again. he just has no idea, it will be when payne is at her strongest. when she is now his better. and will make him, her toy.

closed starter for tybolt lannister, @xfulminare.
there are many names and houses that make his list of revenge, but the lannisport lannister branch has been one of fascination. unrelated to the main branch and not much to tie the two together, aerys sees a potential opportunity. he sits with a few other lords, some merchants from essos, when he spots the lord lannister out of the corner of his eye. " lord tybolt ! " he calls, a warm grin inviting the man to the group. " my name is lord drako of lys... if you are not busy, my lord, i think you might be interested in what i have to offer, " and aerys would learn if the man could be an asset or a burden.

Yeah. When Leo landed in Usagi's world, Lord Noriyuki (a panda lord) had a bounty on his head. Lord Hebi (the snake lord) was willing to pay big money to any ninja clan that brought Lord Noriyuki to Lord Hebi, so he could kill him. Leo ultimately decided to help Usagi and some other allies protect Lord Noriyuki, from Lord Hebi. In the end Leo and the other's fought Lord Hebi, though it ended up becoming a one on one with Lord Hebi, and Leo. He got his ass kicked at first, but because it's a kids show, he ended up winning the battle. Then they went to the Battle Nexus, so Leo could try and get his family back together. He tried, but failed. (That’s why the other's "glitch out" a couple of times during their respective episodes. That was Leo trying to pull them back.) Eventually the Ultimate Drako revealed himself, and threw Leo, and Usagi in a never-ending fight. Just as they thought they were gonners, they appear back at the Battle Nexus, along with the rest of his family. The episode ends with them all happy and together, as well as the Daimyo's son 'The Ultimate Ninja' being turned into a child again. Then they all go back to their respective worlds.
(Or somethin' like that.)
Saw this video took screen shots and it perfectly fits my entire idea of that episode
Cause like everyone had some shit happening and then there’s Leo who wore a wig that steals things
