Once again, you know who is underutilized in DCxDP crossovers? Battinson. Skrunkly shivering boi. Who we should definitely give children to care for. 

 Did you know that Jason canonically had a brother named Danny? Well you do now, and it should also be used more. 

 We all want to give Battinson a robin, so why not give him four for the price of two. He of course gets Dick from the circus- he’s never going to go into public again, this was the first time he’d gone to do something out of his comfort zone for a while and look how that turned out. 

 And on one of the nights that Dick has to stay home (Alfred insists he must finish his homework if he wants to go out on patrol) Bruce returns to the batmobile to find not one child, but two. Is Danny reincarnated? Just appeared one day? Who knows, but he’s here now and going to protect his little brother. 

 Bruce might have tears in his eyes when they both hit him in the kneecaps and bolt because even with the armor it still hurts. How he manages to grab both kids he’s not too sure, but he ends up getting them food after they put the tires back. He also doesn’t understand how he’s convinced them into the car but they’ve both conked out and maybe he’s panicking and needs Alfred-

Current day Wolfstar(let me preface this by saying, you should take liberties when it comes to these character, JKR sucks, these are just my gripes with how the fandom currently perceives these two)

Aka I’m annoyed so I’m making it everyone else’s problem. The “stupid feminine Sirius who’s 5’4 and who’s oh so much uglier than Remus, and he’s basically just a charity case!” STOP IT, stop it stop it, stop it. I have zero problem with feminine Sirius, go wild, my problem is with relating femininity to weakness and stupidity.

Also, I am so, SO sick of “big alpha 6’5 hot Gryffindor Casanova Remus Lupin”, not only does it not make sense, it’s annoying, and it reinforces gender roles. Remus Lupin spent his whole life being told he was basically a big scary monster, who can’t be around other children, HOW do you think he would react to being perceived as this big angry asshole with no regard for the people around him?

ALSO, Remus Lupin was NOT drop dead gorgeous, I’m sorry to say, he was not the hottest guy around(that is still my darling man and I will not tolerate anything against my darling man), he was a scrawny werewolf with scars, and premature lines and shabby clothing, if anything, he looked like an anemic average British man in the seventies, if not below average.

Sirius was literally “Hogwarts’ pretty boy”. I’m not saying this to make Remus seem like a charity case, because, wolfstar is pointless when you make one the “man” or “woman”, or “hot” and “ugly”, i’m saying this because Casanova Remus Lupin annoys me, if ANYONE was “Casanova of Gryffindor Tower” it was Sirius Black. (I also think people forget the negative connotation with the term “Casanova”, which is sometimes annoying to see when talking about Remus, or Sirius)

Also, I could talk about how canonically, Sirius was the tallest marauder, or how a huge part of his character was HOW hot he was, I could talk about how he was hotter than Regulus, i COULD talk about how Remus wasn’t the smartest marauder, I could talk about how Sirius is canonically an overly clever wizard, I could talk about how if anyone is aggressive between the two, it was Sirius, but, I don’t think I will, because that will seem like I’m trying to push Sirius being the “aggressive man” of the two, and Remus being the “ugly woman” of the two, and I don’t believe that,

Wolfstar has now become just a way to reinforce gender roles on two characters, and that’s gross, making Remus the smart aggressive “man” of the relationship, and Sirius the stupid small “woman” of the relationship, is just gross dude.

Wolfstar doesn’t HAVE to fall into gender norms, that’s not necessary, neither of them HAVE to be the “man” or “woman”, that’s NOT necessary.

Remus being a funky looking guy, while Sirius is a hot nepo baby, is so beautiful, and it makes their relationship so much more interesting than “man aggressive and hot” and “woman ugly but pretty and pathetic”.

Whose your favorite tbhk character?

Ahhhhhhh I’m so glad you asked this!! It’s easily Teru, no competition. I decided he was going to be my favorite before I even read the manga and I have stood by that decision, everything I read about him only makes me love him more. Since this is a primarily ship account, a femslash account at that, I don’t get to talk about him as much as I would like to but I absolutely LOVE Teru he is my son

It’s so refreshing to see an older sibling in anime that isn’t abusive, I’m so used to seeing ones that absolutely suck ass. Don’t get me wrong, I love a lot of those characters too, but it’s nice to see an older sibling character that actually acts like an oldest sibling. Everything he does is for Kou and Tiara, he adores both of them. He always looks at and talks to them so fondly but we still catch scenes of him teasing them like siblings do (the donut scene with Kou). He acts very parental with both of them which is sweet, Minamoto dad who?? I only know Teru

I also like that he falls into the Gandalf archetype of “strong character that everyone else relies on to save the day”. Part of me hopes he dies just so we can see what the characters would do without him lol, but there are other ways to write him out for that development. Put him in a box like Gojo, or have him get arrested like Dazai. Tbh anything would be more interesting than him ending the series staring sadly at Akane and Aoi as they walk into the sunset without him. Best case scenario, let him quit his job!! Let him be somebody’s malewife, I don’t care who just give that boy a break. Let him pull a Maki Zenin on the Minamoto Clan

And yeah speaking of the clan, Teru’s angst is obviously a large part of why I like him. He didn’t get a childhood, and he’s forced to continue with a job he hates so that his siblings don’t have to. I love those type of characters tbh, they make me so sad. He’s morally gray and I love that but I also find his reasons for doing what he does to be very admirable, I would do the same if I were in his shoes. He sacrifices all his free time to protect the city from supernaturals, bro is just casually the Batman of the TBHK universe. And he does it mainly for his siblings, which circles back to the “good big brother” thing. It’s not a reach to assume he has trauma from fighting supernaturals at such a young age (and for so long), so I understand why he has a hard time seeing the good in them. That makes it extra interesting when he decides Akane is an exception

I love his personality, he’s the embodiment of the word “silly.” I like his sadistic side, sadist characters are so fun to me (Minamoto Typical Sadism mention). I like that he’s charming to his classmates and generally kind to all humans, despite all the cruel things he’s been through. He doesn’t want any other humans to suffer like he has so he treats them with kindness and vows to protect them. And most of all I like the way he acts around his friends and siblings, particularly Akane!! He acts like a normal teenager around him and we get to see just how socially awkward he actually is when he’s being himself. But he also doesn’t hold back with Akane, he doesn’t feel the need to show him the same respect he shows others so his sadist side really comes out when they’re together. Many fans seem to assume that Teru ONLY acts his age around Akane but that’s not true, he acts that way around Nene and Aoi too!! And with Aoi he shows a bit of his darker side, though he’s not mean to her the way he is with Akane

I love his atrocious sense of fashion, I love his terrible cooking skills, I love how scheming and shady he can be, I love how caring he is towards others, I love his speech patterns. It’s the exact opposite of Kendrick and Drake, I love everything about this man. He’s my silly little guy, my gay best friend, my skrunkly dude. He’s clearly under a lot of pressure and he’s still super young so I cut him way more slack than most fans do, my little sister is also 17 and she’s a baby in my eyes so Teru is too

Oh, what are my favorite scenes of his? I like when he agreed to help Kou catch bugs without knowing the context, I like when he randomly started venting to Akane, him taking out the roof of that train, what he did with the pepperonis, the entire sequence of his first day off, the zombie chapter…ugh I love this guy. I love writing him. I need to write Teru again

Short headcanons

◦ OK, so I have an odd headcanon about Micah being Blasian one his name 2 just cause 3 reminds me of my Blasian boyfriend. (I was Ghosted actually but let me be delusional)

◦ I feel that his hair care would be more meticulous than normal given the fact that he does have white hair. Which on its own is a lot to take care of and even more with a tighter curl pattern, which a lot of colored people have.

◦ Definitely sleeps with a bonnet and has delve into skincare, he does like taking care of himself, but not to an extreme extent. He doesn’t have a full skin care routine now. Maybe a cleanser and a moisturizer, if you’re lucky and explain it to him, he might have his skin care routine by the end of.

◦ The silk bed sheets and everything, no im lying maybe not that much but he does wear his bonnet nightly.

◦ He does have days where he simply does not want to do his hair which does come to buy him and his ass later. He would appreciate it if you did do his twist out every so often.

◦ You cannot tell me that hair is on a twist out the curls look too wavy but bouncy at the same time but not flat like it head heat used on it.

◦ You cannot tell me this dude does not look like a nonchalant dread head when he decides to go to sleep after his twists.

◦ Despite being rich and whatever he doesn’t have any fancy hair care best believe he’s at that pink oil moisturizer and blue magic. maybe some hair oil if you’re lucky.

Yandere Kunikida domino effect

Hey guys :P This is silly but

TW: Obsessiveness, kidnapping

Kunikida is the type of yandere to plan every single aspect of your and his life together like if Dazai looks a bit too forward in his schedule he'll see creepy shit like me and Y/N get married TヘT And then after throwing Dazai in the mix, he would totally bully Kunikida for it. Dazai can't just be like call the police he ,despite me also mischacterising him sometimes as the skrunkly, is mentally fucked. So he just decides to pretend to be attachted to you. But of course it back fires and now he can't go two seconds without you So obviously Atsushi is going to get invovled since that's his mentor lol. And he's just trying his hardest to get Dazai to focus on anything that isn't you. I mean he was aware Dazai was doing it as a way to annoy Kunikida but now.. Atsushi's not so so sure. And then Akutagawa see's Dazai clinging onto you with the "If you leave me I will kill myself" mentality and immediatly thinks okay Dazai-san likes this person so if I study them for every waking he'll like me. Thus Akutagawa starts stalking you. Atsushi and Higuchi soon follow Akutagawa's footstep as well. Chuuya soon meets you as he thought Dazai was alone and came to fight him and he thinks it's love at first sight so now he's started the 'Make Y/N join the port mafia' movement. And Gin joins solely to see why Akutagawa is making a huge fuss about you. She see's after a couple of weeks and is now fully commited to the movement . Tachihara is confused to say the least but he won't even think about you for a little while. And you know what? Fuck it. Throw Verlaine in the mix he comes out of hiding and joins the MYJTPF (Make Y/N join the port mafia). Now we circle back to the ADA where fights between Kunikida and Dazai have broke out and now there are two sides. A) Dazai should back off Kunikida Kenji Katai Yosano B) Kunikida should back off Dazai Atsushi Kyouka Junichiro and Naomi Ranpo and Fukuzawa remain indifferent. Ranpo deduced that none of them have a healthly liking to you long ago anyway. Kyouka and Kenji are so confused. Why is everyone fighting over this? I guess I'll go on this side because my friends are agreeing with this dude. But after two hours hiding in the break room with you while Kunikida is ripping Dazai apart they're both like parent? Paarent.. And Kenji moves to team B because fun dad over strict. Even if Kyouka and Kenji are your biggest supporters you're kind of limited to what you can talk to them about because y'know child so you start to confide in Yosano and BOOM yandere. Don't ask how there's still things I'm figuring out. Most of the ADA -Katai and Ranpo are yandere. Mori is now sat there wondering where the hell did all my employees go. As soon as they figure out you're the root of the problem but not really but technically no victim blaming here guys. Mori decides to just kidnap you and use you as leverage for Dazai re-joining the mafia

Cannibalism as a metaphor for love and devotion or whatever, except it's very literal and I doubt there's any love beyond 'u and interesting critter dude' from both sides

- Ok here's my major nitpick with this chapter: KAGAMI STOP BREAKING AND BENDING YOUR OWN FUCKING WORLDBUILDING AND POWER SYTEMS. Until now it was established that a vampires strenght is dependant on 1. their rank (as in who's blood turned them) and 2. their age. But now appearantly Ferid can eat vampires and absorb their strenght? If this was some universal but very difficult thing for any vampire to do, then I wouldn't be this salty. Also one of my favourite things about Ferid as an antagonist was, that power-wise he was on the weaker side. Despite being 'weak' he was still a major threat. He made up for his lack in actual fighting power with smarts and immaculate planning. But now he's another uber-strong genius. C'mon we already had Shikama and Rigr for that department. Bleh.

- now for the Yuu / Rigr and co confrontation, it's fiiiiine. I guess. At least Shikama is still somewhat of a formidable threat. Not to the major characters obviously but yk, it's something.

Henry, you are the most jollyest, most jovial person i have ever laid my eyes upon. Your absolute whimsical personality causes innumerable amounts of serotonin to flood my brain. This may sound weird but i have almost all of fawfulydoo’s art of you in my candyman album, quite literally causing me to run out of storage (including the candyman art). I just wanted you to return home and unmutate. Then allas, you did(n’t), my skrunkly skrungo (didn’t) came home and i rejoiced. 2023 was a hard year for us zude, but in 2024 you made history happen. You could be so whimsical in almost every situation and i couldn’t believe it. I was crying, crying a river even. and then my glorious pal yelled “DRAT!! I’M ALL OUTTA MEDS AND INSURANCE HASN’T APPROVED IT YET!!”

Movie Love {Horrorpedia x GN!Reader}

Having an eccentric horrorpedian as your best friend was honestly a great thing in most cases. Weekends filled with movies and rambling over mysteries, horror tropes, cliche characters, and more. It was a normal occurrence to stay at Horrorpedia, or as you know him, Joshua's house over the weekends.

And currently this weekend, you were over at his place having a scream marathon. Joshua had managed to get the full scream movie collection on VHS and invited you over to have a marathon. Obviously you said of course, since the two of you had seen the first scream movie together and now would watch the full set.

You waited in Joshua's kitchen waiting for the popcorn to finally get done, pulling out a bowl with a frankenstein print on it. As you waited, Joshua came up behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist, causing you to jump. As you turned, you couldn't help but let out a yelp as you were face to face with a ghost face mask. "Josh! Dude- not funny." You deadpanned as Joshua laughed. "Sorry, Sorry. Couldn't help it." Joshua said as he pulled the mask off, placing it on the counter. "Almost ready?" Joshua looks over at you, then the microwave. Thirty seconds left on the timer. "almost. Got the VHS player set up?" You asked, placing the bowl near the microwave to easily transport the popcorn from the microwave to the bowl.

"Yup. I also got you an energy drink to help you stay up." Joshua says, leaning against the counter. "Thanks." You said with a smile as you finally got the popcorn into the bowl. "C'mon c'mon let's go!" Joshua went to pull you along into the living room of his apartment, it was a bit crowded, gadgets, CDs, and random tools were scattered around near the green armchair. Joshua sat down, pulling over the smaller plush footrest for you to sit on. As you did, Joshua pat his lap, and you laid your head in his lap.

"comfy?" He asks and you nod with a smile. "Good, cause there's no moving for the next seven hours." Joshua teases. You roll your eyes as you adjust yourself a bit. Joshua starts the first movie and dims the lights...

A bit later a scene between Billy and Sydney comes on and Joshua grimaces "I always hate when they throw useless romantic tension in the movies. Like...lets not suck faces while there's a murderer around." Joshua laughs a bit. You laugh a bit as well. "mushy stuff helps the audience kinda feel a sense of comfort during the whole scary essence..but I get your point. It's a bit cringey." You say, head still in Joshua's lap.

"True, but still they could make it seem more real. It's kinda cliche with the whole 'Main girl and her boyfriend who turns out to be the killer'. I mean." Joshua said with a small grimace at the current scene. "I guess, but if you had to write it, what would you have it be?" You ask Joshua. You already know the answer, but you'd rather hear it from him. "Two close friends, as the killer picks off everyone one by one they stay close and when the other gets injured by the killer, the main character gets them to safety before facing off the killer in an act of revenge. Now THAT would be a good romance in horror." Joshua rants.

You smile. "So, if I faced off a killer for you would that be our development?" You ask with a cheeky smile. Joshua rolls his eyes. "If anything you'd be the one injured. But I could see us developing like that. I already adore you, so why not." Joshua smiles, running a hand through your hair. You grabbed his hand, holding it. "I adore you too. My horrorpedia."

16- For Paige:

His pain tolerance is intermediate. Being raised in an extremely well off family and being carefully sheltered for most of his life, Paige has had very rare encounters with pain. But when he does experience pain, he tends to jolt, momentarily freeze, then move on or make a calculated decision on what to do next, depending on the amount of pain inflicted (this is the exact sequence in which he reacted when he started drowning. When he realized he couldn't swim back up, he just froze and let himself sink).

He hasn't experienced a lot of things more painful than being stomped on by hundreds of adults as a 9 year old 💀

For Aurinelle:

This guy has some intense pain tolerance. You could torture him with boiling hot water and he wouldn't bat an eye. I mean ask Floyd, no matter how many times he squeezes Aurinelle, it's as if he were giving him a massage instead of choking! And that cheeky smirk when he sees that Floyd has given up on squeezing the life out him, makes Floyd cranky as hell.

20- For Paige:

Paige actually is a pretty jealous person! But he doesn't really show it. He doesn't want to seem possessive and make whoever is causing him jealousy uncomfortable.

His jealousy usually manifests when he's having a conversation with someone he really likes, but when he sees them talking to someone else, they seem happier than when they're with him. He just lets it happen and shrinks back to allow the person to do whatever they want. He thinks that maybe he's just bored them or that he's not all that important in their life.

For Aurinelle:

Aurinelle is the manifestation of petty. He doesn't get jealous easy, but when he does he makes it pretty obvious.

If someone makes him jealous for whatever reason, he resorts to giving them the cold shoulder. Ignoring texts, not listening when they try to ask him what's wrong, plus other petty tactics.

When it comes to who he's jealous of, he decides to assert dominance (male alpha moment 😭) by purposely making his aura more intimidating and making himself look bigger (for literally no reason. You're already a giant dude).

Oh, and he pouts. And glares. He pouts and glares a lot.

21- For Paige:

I answered this previously, but that was for a different ask game, so I'll answer it again!

Paige has undiagnosed PTSD Type 2, also known as ASD(Acute Stress Disorder) as well as Agoraphobia, the fear of crowds and places that may cause panic, helplessness, and/or embarrassment.

Paige isn't aware of his ASD, and he could've gotten treatment for it before it developed into PTSD, but his parents never took him to a therapist after the events that caused him a trauma, so he's never actually dealt with it in any way.

He deals with his Agoraphobia by just staying as far away from crowds as possible.

For Aurinelle:

Oof this guy. Aurinelle has undiagnosed PTSD type 4, also known as Complex PTSD, which consists of multiple experienced traumas instead of just one, and is easier to trigger than uncomplicated PTSD. He also has panic and anxiety disorder, all which he developed when he was young, heightening his sensitivity to dangerous situations. He is also claustrophobic :(

As I said previously, these illnesses are undiagnosed, so Aurinelle is unaware he has them. When he notices symptoms, he dismisses them as siren survival instincts instead of actually acknowledging them.

He refuses to admit he's claustrophobic (he thinks Azul or the tweels will use it against him).
