Hi hello~ this is literally just me writing a letter to jungwon pretending he can see this. It’s just my feelings cuz I’m just a girl <3. Also~~ I don’t have a bday fic rn but I am cooking one up for Valentine’s Day (let's hope I get it done) Ik I’m early for this.. hushhh

Dear jungwon,

Goshhh where do I start? You’re turning 21 this year!! While I’m so ecstatic and proud of you that you made it this far I just have to say- my heart is crumbling as I write this. 

I still remember that first day when I saw you. I-land 2020, your boba eyes, fluffy hair, and dimple filled smile had my heart. I knew that I would be heartbroken if mnet did you dirty and got you eliminated. But god, you don’t realize how happy I am. Through so many challenges, tears, and hardships you made it. Your pretty illuminated face when they called out your name. I still remember it in my heart the way you seem so surprised, but we all knew you had it in you. You were strong and resilient through the hell that you were put through. 

And before Enhypen debuted you were crowned leader. It was a shock to me too because I never understood how you could be a leader. But lord was I wrong. Your undying compassion, care, and authority is what makes you such an amazing person and such a wonderful leader. You don’t understand how much it hurt me to think what you were put through. First making history as the youngest ever leader and then getting hated on for being unique. I couldn’t bear to imagine what you must have been thinking. I mean how could anyone hate you?? You always ask us how our days have been, you are always so active trying to connect with us, and your members love you so so so much. Some people say that K-pop idols are fake and they only pretend to care about their fans. But oh how you proved them wrong- my heart stutters every time I see your eyes shine when you look at all of us who support you. We know you care and I hope you know we love and care for you just as much maybe even more. 

Don’t even get me started on your different comebacks. I could go on forever honestly. The debut era where you looked like a baby, the next few where I saw you grow and define yourself and your position and personality. Then came your manifesto era and I don’t think you realize the way I yelled when I first saw it. You make me weak with your wide shoulders and perfect waist. And oh my Achilles heel, men with dimples. I think the thing that I love most about you though is your smile. It makes me feel proud and ecstatic inside because you had something to smile about. Because your smile lights up any room, which includes the chambers of my heart on hard days. You had it all, slowly you became the one I relied on. The smile you would give even your silly laugh, my heart was doomed from the start. Everything you said and thought was so beautiful as much as it was profound. 

Personally what you did for me was the biggest piece of my love for you is rooted. The way you made me smile on days I felt like crying at the foot of my bed. The way you motivate me to be better because you deserve amazing people to support you. The way you kept me company throughout my lonely nights or when I had to study. The way your smooth and deep voice comforts me constantly. The way that you finally opened up to us when you cried on stage for the first time. The way that your bubbly personality and cute features make me squeal in joy. The way your heart is so kind and soft that I fell in love with it. The way that you handle yourself and give me advice making me retrospect and figure things out about me. The way that even if I couldn’t see you or hear you I could still feel your positive presence and that’s what kept me going in my darkest hours. Because what you did for me is something no one ever has. I don’t think there are big enough words in the dictionary to tell you how I feel. So the least I can say is thank you. You taught me lessons, made me smile and were always there for me.  Maybe I would describe my heart like a flower. Before you came along it was withered and closed off, too afraid to let its colors shine. But the moment you entered my life, the flower burst into a beautiful joyous color. It decided that its petals WERENT just delicate but also what made it so unique. But once it bloomed you didn’t let it die. You let it grow, watered it, talked to it for hours because your words always hit me deep.

Most people don’t understand how much you mean to me and to what extent my admiration for you goes. So yes, my heart is crumbling as I write this because you went from my small baby who was so pretty and soft to this amazing, strong, independent, and caring man. I’ll miss you because I grew with you, for you, and thanks to you. And of course I mean it when I say. I went into 2025 with the same boy I fell enchantedly in love with in 2020

Unpopular opinion but I think we should start treating drug addictions as mental health issues rather than "disgusting people who should be punished and humiliated". No one wants to be addicted to things that are meant to kill the body, it's when your mind can no longer handle its own reality that we seek to survive through alternative means. It's not something that should be promoted, but something that should be handled with the goal of overcoming and healing instead of ruining an already broken life.

I live in a very small town that has a pretty damn good bus system due to the fact about 45% of the town itself is taken up by the local university. That said, we're also a very rural town with homes all over the outskirts.

We lived in a house about five miles out of town. The farthest bus stopped at the nearest grocery store about four miles away from our house. And the only way to get to town was down the main freeway connecting these out of bounds neighborhoods to the main road connecting to Route 66, which runs directly through my town.

We live in town now, but the amount of people even living IN the US who have told me to just take public transport when I complained about gas prices was obnoxious. You are telling me to walk roughly two hours to get to the nearest bus stop, along a freeway that doesn't have sidewalks or bike lanes, that directly connects to one of the busiest routes in the US... "Just drive to the bus stop and-" Stop. You're right. I COULD do it, sure, but that isn't the point. The point is while it's POSSIBLE, it's not SAFE and it's not REASONABLE. In my case, the nearest bus stop i by a store, yes, but it's also smack dab in the middle of an area with a high crime rate - particular in car break-ins and carjacking.

I'd love it if public transport was as easy as people make it sound, but for now, it's not. You don't live here, you don't get to complain or comment on it.

sometimes i think about how my grandfather, the only grandparent i have left, pretty much has a new family through his friend and his wife’s kids who he sees way more often than his actual grandchildren and how you wouldn’t even know he has grandchildren because his completely renovated house now only has photo frames of some random woman’s babies. and how he would completely flip if he finds out none of his grandchildren are straight. and also it’s gonna be an awkward funeral when i have to get to know this random christian family who knew my own grandfather more than me

I like to soak in the tub with the lights off while on my phone either just scrolling or reading and I just accidentally flashbanged myself with my own stupidly pale skin, asdfghjkll--

i don’t think there would be much contact, esp from angel’s side because she’s so stubborn and she can’t think of anything she wants to say that isn’t mean or hurtful. if she were to message drew during the break up it wouldn’t be productive, it would just be rambling and mean jabs at odessa and drew himself here and there.

but i feel like drew would occasionally call, sometimes angel answers and sometimes she doesn’t. he just wants to make sure she’s okay, and that she’s still taking care of herself. & i feel like there’s that awkwardness of drew not fully apologizing for his actions/what he said through the phone, that they both chose to ignore because they don’t want to have the tough conversation that maybe an actual breakup is what’s best for right now. they’re both so attached to each other.

& in terms of them bringing the drama to the public, i don’t think drew would at all. that’s a given though obviously, his old ass doesn’t even know how to DM. but i feel like angel might manically post story times about the drew and odessa drama on her tiktok without name dropping. but later delete them after feeling stupid…..

Like the current one? By the end of July 2023 I posted my first Kyoshi novels fanart and maybe one month earlier I started rebloging and commenting on posts from others, this was after I read the novels and I jumped into their fandom and then in the procces I've also got into tlok and atla (I enjoyed them way earlier but I just didn't participate in their fandoms)

Your favorite trope in fiction?

HMMMmmm Grumpy serious stoick ish x chaotic more fun (and other antonyms that matches first character idk) (whatever heituat has going on))), expressive women with strong personalities, girlfailures<3, severe stern ruthless etcetc women but caring deep down inside (optional), morally gray characters, and I'm just a little obssesed with mother daughter relationships in fiction if that counts as a trope

Your favorite random fact?

That might be well known idk, but sometimes for a video game character they'll hire one person as only just face model, and then differnt person as voice and acting/motion capture

Must feel weird and funny when you basically see yourself in video game doing stuff you didn't do speaking with a different voice

Now I don't really play video games myself but since I've watched Until Dawn gameplay yeaaaars ago I still like to watch playthroughts of those choice based horror games (the quarry, devil in me, resident evil etc), and later I watch other playthroughts for different choices outcomes scenes etcetccc, The games can be kinda stupid but fun, alsooo playthroughts of adventure games(???), I usually watch them when I eat something

Also CHECK OUT "STRAY"!! I only watched playthrought too but it looks so cool, you basically play as a cat (they did good job with motion capture, feels like real cat moves and it looks so fun to play) and you're in a world when humans no longer exist and there are cool looking robots, you can stratch walls and make robots pet you but I promise it's not just that lolol it has an actual plot and wordbuilding

Aside video games I like chess but I suck big time, but for my defence I mostly played with my friend who sucks even more aHA, we downlanded one chess app for two players and played during some classes

I think I'm just interested in 3d models and graphics hehhh I like 3d modeling

There's also a game called Hades, and this one I actually started playing myself, not the kind of games I'm usually into (roguelike),but friend got me it and! The character designs are very cool

I was gonna send the big ass thing I had written replying to some stuff and also talking about things that happened in my life because why not share, I am already attached to you whatever you like it or not, but then I saw the ask that you replied to that I apparently sent. I had a small moment where I just stared at the ask and was like “When did I send this?” But seeing the thing about the country stuff reminded me of when I might have done that.
