Ashe Fire Emblem pls

ASHE. ARCHER BOY ASHE. Such a sweet boy, such a good knight.

Favorite thing about them: His devotion to his siblings (both Christophe and his brother and sister). He cares so deeply about them, and is so determined to make the world a better place for them. I love how he is willing to acknowledge that Christophe made mistakes, but is still devoted to him, and cherishes his memories of him.

Least favorite thing about them: He has a tendency to let those who he views as having higher status walk all over him. It’s completely understandable, given his background, but it makes me sad for him. While he eventually gets much better about it, it’s the only thing I can think of that bothers me about him.

Favorite line: “I think I know what I need to protect now. It's been staring me in the face all this time. I don't know why I couldn't see it. I'm Lonato's son. His pride and his wishes are my inheritance. Those are what I should protect.” [From his B support with Gilbert. I love how Gilbert tells Ashe that Lonato was wrong to forget about his duty towards Ashe, and Ashe acknowledges that and still wants to honor Lonato.]

BrOTP: Ingrid. They just have so much fun together. They really understand one another, especially after Ingrid realizes that Ashe isn’t as naive as she first thought. Their relationship is also really low pressure, because Ingrid doesn’t feel like she’s going to get married off to Ashe (not that it wouldn’t be an advantageous match, it would, given that Ashe is going to end up with Gaspard territory. But it never really seems like Count Galatea would consider it.) Ashe doesn’t feel pressured to put on a show of proper behavior around her, because he views her as another future knight. It’s just a really good friendship.

OTP: Dedue. I really love their relationship and how they enjoy each other’s company so much. They really understand one another, and I love how Ashe acknowledges he can’t understand Dedue’s experience of racism, but he will fight it with all his heart. I also like him and Byleth together, particularly in AM or VW. I almost S-supported him at one point. He is an idealist in a way that Byleth can really benefit from.

NoTP: I don’t really have one. I’m not really into him and Dimitri, but I don’t hate it. Generally, I think Ashe gets along with everyone really well, and would be a good partner for almost anyone.

Random headcanon: He gives his children the Gaspard name, even though he never takes it himself. They are, after all, the heirs to Gaspard territory. Of course, the moment he steps down in favor of his daughter, she immediately changes her name to Ubert, and from then on, Gaspard lands are ruled by the Uberts. In later times, stories proliferate about the common-born knight whose honorable nature, devotion to his people, and virtue made him beloved by his people. The Knight of the Silver Bow becomes something of a folk hero, and as the founder of the Ubert line, is remembered in song and tale.

Unpopular opinion: I only have them about him as a unit, rather than as a character. He’s actually a really good archer unit. He was a major help in the final battles in my AM maddening run, especially in the final one. Yeah, his strength growths suck, but his dex growths totally make up for it, as do his combat arts.

Song I associate with them: Garmarna’s version of Herr Mannelig or Dole Teifi/Lliw’r Heulwen in Cynefin’s version. I generally feel like Welsh folk music is really fitting for Ashe

Alec waved at the clerk as he left the comic book shop. He had a day off and was catching up on getting a few new comics he had yet to buy due to work. He was flicking through one of the Captain Marvel comics he had gotten when he ran right into someone and sent all his comic books flying along with his bottle of Dr. Pepper. “Crap!” He exclaimed and scrambled down onto his knees to grab his comic books. “I’m so sorry, I was being stupid and not watching where I was going.” He rambled as he fixed his glasses and had his comic books back in his hold finally.

Cursor, Breath, Knight (the Class), Pawn, Skaia.

Oh, wow, I wasn't actually expecting to get any of these! :D Yey!~

Cursor: Suppose your server player decides to do something fucked up to your house, e.g. throw a bathtub through a wall. What would they do? Hum. If they were gonna mess with anything, I'd imagine it'd be something from the living room, just 'cause it's so easy to access. Probably the couch. Yeeting the couch through the patio because they couldn't see there were doors there from that angle.

Breath: What would be your main quest about? Hm. Good question. :O I'm not sure? I guess it could be something as simple as learning to put my trust in others, which I have a VERY hard time doing due to a messy and convoluted past. I've kinda got it ingrained in me that the only one I can depend on is myself.

Knight: There is something that you need to make peace with to accept yourself. How could it be reflected in your Land? Ah, this one lets me dive a bit into my Land headcanons. -cracks my knuckles- Let me see here... alright. The Land of Lanterns and Color (LoLaC) is pretty and vast, but very empty, and seems to lack substance. Paper lanterns float in the air and light up the world, and there are various little towns littered around the planet, hidden under and inside tents of cloth, much like a circus. Everything is bright and colorful in these pocket towns, but everywhere else, the world is barren. It's not devoid of life, per say, as there are twisted trees covered in swaths of ribbons and lots of beautiful flora, and the rivers that cover the land flow with a mystifying array of purples, pinks, and yellows. Prettiness with seemingly no purpose. Underground, there are various channels of long, dark caverns. The rivers empty into these channels, slowly filling them up. In the darkness, the Denizen waits for the Maid (it me!) to find them, seek them out. ... I am honestly unsure if I answered this one correctly, but I tried.^v^;;;

Pawn: You have a NPC companion. Describe them. Dear sweet perfect precious PRECIOUS little Tortina, the timid and tenacious turtle consort. Daughter of Toberius, the mayor of Turtle Town City. She is tiny and adorable and she deserves all the fancy hats and shiny cloth. >v< Also I guess my cats? I love my cats. Angel and Destiny are my lovely and chaotic fur-daughters. Like hell they're not coming with me.

Skaia: What would be your opinion on Skaia? Mystical cloudy blue ball in the sky. I wouldn't be sure if the information provided from it during my dreams is trustworthy, and, even if a lot of it appeared to be true in the end, I'd remain cautious and skeptical. >n>;; I don't think I'd be too keen on blindly following the "visions" given to me by a higher power I don't understand.
