Imani Lewis-(First Kill deserved better than being cancelled after one season. Let her do more horror and supernatural themed

Leah Jeffries-(Deserves all the support especially once the Percy Jackson series comes out)

Carlos Reyes is on the path to conventional success. He has a law degree, a nice car, his own apartment and an interview with one of the top law firms in the country.

That's until Carlos’ runaway ex-boyfriend arrives back in Austin and immediately lands himself in trouble. As it turns out, a murder mystery involving TK Strand is a case that Carlos can’t quite stay away from

To preface, I have never done a mood board so I hope I did this right lmao.

BUT, I read this at the very beginning of 2024 when I was freshly off giving birth to my tiniest human. It’s such a strange time in life, not knowing what day or even year it is lol. So, this story gave me some comfort and enjoyment in the wee hours of the night and early mornings when it was just me and the lil bebe. Plus, it’s SOOO GOOD OBVI

BUT, I did enjoy reading this so much that I read it again after my leave was over just to make sure I could send Lola my most unhinged reviews and thoughts.
