Having a valid excuse to take that sweet, sweet valium that won't get you in trouble with your therapist, psychiatrist, PCP, or Medicaid

#seriously i get so many lectures if i want to take valium #nevermind the chronic anxiety #okay my PCP isn't the worst when it comes to lectures but like this is the only reason it's ever prescribed to me #my therapist hates when i suggest taking it and my psych clinic isn't even authorized to prescribe benzos #TW warning for suicide mention but after my attempt eight years ago they gave me Xanax #and then a few weeks later i got interrogated by Medicaid over the phone as to why i had Xanax in my records 🙄#officials are so weird about benzos #lol i have a psych telehealth a few hours after i get back #image described #valium
