My favorite moment in Epic Rap Battles of History was when Thor said "We'll flyte it out" which is not just a pun on fight and flight. It's also a reference to flyting a Norse custom of fast paced exchange of insults, usually in verse and sometimes set to music. In other words basically rapping.

In Norse Myth Thor did flyte but he wasn't as skilled as Loki which means Zeus was probably right when he said "Loki must have written your lines!"

On a side note extra points for their version of Thor being based on Norse Myths with only one reference to his Marvel counterpart "I'm the thunder down under, nailing Natalie Portman"
