140 days of productivity: day 96/140
📸: feeling alive again
The days are so beautiful that I've been having breakfast in my backyard almost every day. Today I finally started to feel the benefits of my new meds. I was able to leave my house without feeling anxious and I felt happy with the gentle wind blowing on my skin. My appetite also seems to be back to normal - I was even able to eat an afternoon snack!
I worked hard today and felt inspired to create a new instagram feed for my candle brand. I checked my notes on the last graphic design course I took and did some brainstorming. I also delivered a candle order and received a visit from my mother-in-law. We talked about our plans for this Christmas and planned a trip.
I couldn’t make it to my yoga practice today, so I did an outdoor run around 7 pm and it was great. The weather was perfect for running. When I got home I folded some clothes, did dishes and prepared my schedule for tomorrow.

Welcome to my ‘Weekend Mantra’ series! Over the next several weeks, I’ll be sharing a mantra with you each Friday that you can carry through the weekend.
The word mantra comes from two Sanskrit words: man, which means “mind,” and tra, which means “vehicle or instrument.” So our mantra is our mind vehicle . . . our mind instrument. It is a tool to transport the mind from a state of activity to one of quieting down into stillness and silence.
This weekend we are going to dive into lokah samasta sukhino bhavantu, which means ‘May All Beings Everywhere Be Happy And Free’.
This mantra goes along nicely with a Metta - Loving Kindness - meditation. (and I’ve got some Metta meditations on YouTube in case you are seeking to send some extra love out into the universe this weekend!)
Take this mantra into the weekend with you - you can chant it silently to yourself while in meditation, or you can also repeat it to yourself whenever “life” starts to get in the way, so that you remember your wholeness and highest potential.

Günaydın.
Yoga yaparken müzik dinlemek caiz mi?
E sordum evet dediler.
Müslüm Gürses olmazmış, ne demek olmaz kardeşim ne demek olmaz?
Gayet iyi oluyor.

Wala namang nag sasabi na you don’t exist Memsh, napaka wrong move lang na if you want your child to go into showbizness hindi ganyang way na makikilala yung anak mo na anak sa labas ni FM🙄.
And Oo, for 15 long years nanahimik ka it is because kase alam mong me Mali from the start. Sige nandun na tayo sa part na yun na alam- did she by any means get in touch dun sa legal wife even nung namatay na si FM? Did she attend FM's wake? Kase kung tanggap ka ng Family ni FM then dapat nakadalaw at naka silip ka man lang sa burol ni FM and hindi ganyang way ang pag labas mo sa publiko na sasabihin mo na nanahimik ka for 15 long years.
Another thing, yung pag be benta mo ng gamit sa Pinoy Pawnstars you could have requested it to be confidential kung ang aim mo lang talaga is mag-benta pero yeah, galing na din sa iyo mag-a-artista si anak and ang panget lang ng way na makikilala si anak mo ng publiko- napaka wrong move nito para sa akin. So this is an early publicity para kay anak na makilala ng public.
Hindi ko lubos maisip na ibenta ang bagay na bigay ng taong sinasabi kong mahal ko at mahal ako- kase para sa akin NO AMOUNT OF MONEY COULD COMPENSATE THE THINGS GIVEN TO ME BY THE PERSON WHOM I DEARLY LOVE lalo nat' may habilin yung jersey na iyon.
Yes, nakaka gulat at nakaka lokah ang pag labas ni Ate Gurl at ni anak and there is always a much better timing and way para sa pag papakilala ni anak sa madlang people. Walang kasalanan si anak that's one thing for sure.

Mantra Meditation for Beginners
Introducion to mantra meditation: On a Path of Internal healing and inner recognition Mantra meditation represents the profound discovery to the realization about mental welfare as well as for the purpose of spiritual development. Primarily speaking, a mantra represents something way more than simple phrases or mere words - an overall transformation healing self-discovery mechanism. A mantra comes from the word Sanskrit in which "man" means mind and "tra" means tool. Mantras are considered sacred utterance consisting of syllables, words, or verses that are chanted to bring focus and silence to the mind. Of all mantras, Om is the most renowned and is also known as the primordial sound of the universe, representing pure cosmic energy. Key Attributes of Mantras Versatility: Can be chanted quietly, softly, or loudly. Accessibility: It can be used by beginners or the experienced Spiritual Depth: It draws from Eastern spiritual traditions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, and Sikhism The Science of Sound and Mental Transformation Mantra meditation is based on a powerful energetic principle. The repetitive recitation of a mantra sets up sound waves that penetrate deeper than thought and interact with all fields of an individual's energy3. They are said to have the effects of: Having less anxiety and stress Improving the immune system Increasing awareness consciousness Lower blood pressure Support emotional healing Vipassana and Mantra Meditation: Complementary Healing Practices Although Vipassana and mantra meditation are rooted in different traditions, both practices aim for the same end: mental cleansing and self-realization. Mantra meditation is an excellent preliminary practice for Vipassana. It will help the practitioners to: Concentrate: On a given sound or word Stop the mental chatter: Stop repetitive negative thoughts Achieve inner silence: Prepare the mind for the more profound mindfulness techniques The Vibrational Physics of Mantras According to Sadhguru, an influential spiritual guru, mantras are "not just sounds, but vibrational keys to deeper dimensions of existence"5. By science of mantras, it is clear that: It is founded on the principle of sound It consists of three primal sounds-"aaa", "ouuu", "mmm"-to give birth to all voicing The correct transmission and understanding are necessary for its action Selecting and Using Your Mantra Here are some tips for choosing a mantra: Intention: Select a mantra that resonates with your spiritual or healing purpose Resonance: Pick a mantra that has personal significance Tradition: Review mantras from multiple spiritual traditions Example Mantras for Healing and Transformation Om: The sound of the universe born Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu: A universal prayer for happiness and unity Om Namah Shivaya: Embracing the divine within yourself Working Meditation Method Simple Mantra Meditation Practice: Get into a quiet, comfortable space Sit in a relaxed position Select your mantra Close your eyes Start repeating the mantra silently or out loud Let the sound become rhythmic and natural When thoughts come, gently bring attention back to the mantra Scientific Evidence Recent scientific research has provided good evidence for the benefits of mantra meditation, especially in: Reducing stress Managing anxiety Controlling hypertension Boosting the immune system Conclusion: A Holistic Path to Inner Healing Mantra meditation is the profound journey into self-discovery, bridging ancient wisdom with modern understanding of mental and physical wellness. The practice can be embraced to reach deeper levels of consciousness, healing, and personal transformation.

YOGI'S AIM MUST BE TO DESTROY THE MIND, THE MIND WHICH IS DESTROYED CANNOT RE-APPEAR, EVEN NOW THE MIND IS NOT, ARE YOU AWARE ~
Mr. K. S. N. lyer said that he was not convinced how spiritual life could be reconciled to worldly activities.
The Master in answer cited some verses from Yoga Vasishta. (The original is said to be millions of verses, of which only 32,000 stanzas are now found in the Sanskrit
text. It was condensed to 6,000 and called Laghu Vasishta. The latter has been rendered in Tamil in 2,050 stanzas).
Devotee : Without the mind concentrating on it the work cannot be performed satisfactorily. How is the mind to be spiritually disposed and the work kept going as well?
Maharshi : The mind is only a projection from the Self, appearing in the waking state. In deep sleep, you do not say whose son you are and so on. As soon as you wake up you say you are so and so, and recognise the world and so on.
The world is only lokah, lokah = lokyate iti lokah (what
is perceived is the world). That which is seen is lokah or the world.
Which is the eye that sees it?
That is the ego which rises and sinks periodically. But you exist always. Therefore That which lies beyond the ego is consciousness - the Self.
In deep sleep mind is merged and not destroyed. That which merges reappears. It may happen in meditation also. But the mind which is destroyed cannot reappear.
The yogi's aim must be to destroy it and
not to sink in laya. In the peace of dhyana, laya ensues but it is not enough. It must be supplemented by other practices for destroying the mind. Some people have gone into samadhi with a trifling thought and after a long time awakened in the trail of the same thought. In the meantime generations have passed away in the world. Such a yogi has not destroyed his mind. Its destruction is the non-recognition of it as being apart from the Self. Even now the mind is not. Recognise it.
How can you do it if not in everyday activities. They go on automatically.
Know that the mind promoting them is not real but a phantom proceeding from the Self. That is how the mind is destroyed.
