Tteokbokki in Daegu of Korea for $1.50 per serving
Hello! ‘szul’ providing information on small and medium-sized cities in Korea.
Today, I’d like to introduce “Dalgo Tteokbokki,” a delicious dish you can try in Daegu.
The sweet rice cake, known as Daegu Dalddeok, gained fame even before being featured in the tteokbokki episode of the Three Kings of jongwon Baek.
When you hear the name “Daegu Dalgo Tteokbokki” it evokes the idea of sweet tteokbokki. Located in front of Dalseong High School in Daegu, it’s aptly named “Dalgo tteokbokki.” The sweet and spicy rice cake is affectionately referred to as sweet rice cake. Situated in the Shinnaedang market in Daegu, it offers an authentic local experience.
It’s a great spot to visit in Daegu, allowing you to enjoy tteokbokki while exploring the local market.
The exterior is covered by a tent, and upon entering, you'll find a cozy space.
Despite being budget-friendly, the portions are generous, resulting in waiting times and a bustling atmosphere.
However, tables turn over quickly, so you won't have to wait too long for a seat.
At just 2,000 won per person (approximately $1.50 USD), you can eat tteokbokki and dumplings.
Many foreign tourists visit Korea to eat tteokbokki.
Don’t just stay in Seoul! Visit the famous sweet and spicy rice cake in Daegu.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to try a dish that has been endorsed for its exceptional taste on a popular show.
I’m excited to share information about various small and medium-sized cities in Korea with those planning a visit.
If you’re interested in a trip to Korea that includes Daegu Dalgo tteokbokki, please leave a comment.
