While it’s encouraging to see an increase in home inventory, it’s important to understand that we haven't shifted to an oversupply situation. Despite the growth, the current number of homes for sale is still significantly lower than pre-pandemic levels. This means we’re far from a market that could lead to a dramatic price drop.
