I've been wanting to draw my favourite LN character combined with my favourite planet for a while now. They're both my favourite, both are yellow (well Six's iconic raincoat is yellow) and Saturn is the 6th planet from the Sun, matching the name of the girl in question.
And since I despise the fanon trope of Six eating every Nome she sees (or wanting to), I decided to make the 12 Nomes she can hug in LN1 be some of the moons of Saturn. Saturn has like over 140 moons and I am not drawing that many Nomes. And here, would they called 'Noomes' or 'Momes'?
Also slight inspiration from @mybrainbutonpaper's remake of the four OG protags going to the beach (or pool?) because he makes Six look so adorable with the floaty, hence the fashion in which Six is holding her rings. 😊💜

The Sounds of Nightmares episode 5 analysis: Getting Swept Away
Jord knocked it out of the park with the setting and monsters, the cliffhanger was fucking wild.
The Nebulous Figure:
The Ferryman is extending his comic MO further by trying to convince Noone not to come to the Maw, but to integrate into the Nowhere as a whole. And like in the comics, I believe he personally engineered Noone's suffering in the Counties, let me explain. I believe the Ferryman used a piece of his liquid like body to contaminate the stream by Noone's old home, causing her sickness, it's persisting effects and now, a tumor, funnily enough, one shaped like the universal symbol of Nowhere, an eye.
As Above, So Below:
Jord's monster concepts are killer, a treasure hunter mixed with a sewer worker is just a perfectly LN-like way of warping things into somewhat recognizable horror, a strange man sifting through a watery area searching for things to collect. The visual of his "bag head" is perfectly visceral and his parallel with the (curiously well adjusted, almost Bully-like) kids and the parallel between that and Otto and Noone is just *chef's kiss*.
Noone's comment about feeling the Treasure Hunter's been changed either just serves to confirm that all humanoid Residents were once people, OR it's suggesting he's become a Resident more recently, which is quite strange seeing as he's a full grown adult.
There's not much to say about the kids on the surface other than their a great twist on the "minor" monster idea with them being a more indirect threat.
NOMES!:
I'm astonished it took us this long the involve Nomes in the series, but it was more than welcome. Not to mention the first nome's "betrayal" has some very interesting implications for my and @queen0fm0nsterz 's idea that Noone's companions parallel the Ladies.
Leading Into The Ending:
Since I know everyone will be curios, I think the ending had the Ferryman warping through the screen, batting Otto away, and seizing the chance to take Noone, this time, permanently.

Note
reading your LN posts, your version of Six reminds me of the Nomes.
Huh, she kinda does.
Both often get trapped.
Tends to runaway a lot because of experiences.
Will follow someone and help them if they're kind to them or realizes they're not a threat.
Very playful when they feel safe.
Tends to draw the eye or the signal tower in Six's case.
Both look like cultists.
...
Thank you anon, my brain won't shut up now and the things my brain is saying makes RK's death even worse.

The way Mono and Six are shown away from each other with references to their dark futures...

While Low is giving Alone her wrench as a gift, my heart can't take this.

And my first thoughts were "is he tryna eat him or??" XD

LN Channel Change AU Sequel: "Seven" {here} {2} {3} {4}
Mono and Seven take a short reprieve from hell. But their survival skills are still required if they want to enjoy their vacation.
Note: Mono's memory is still fuzzy. He only knows he's been betrayed by someone in a yellow raincoat he thought as his friend before. Seven often reminded him of said friend, but he feels more at ease now on this island. Mono knows he has some strange powers and can travel through TVs, but that's the extent of it. So he's testing out those powers of telekinesis to try and open canned goods (water chestnuts) with his powers instead of a rock. It is a bit draining though at first, but he's practicing it more and more as their day goes on.

Little Nightmares: Rewind sequel 1 - Lingering Trauma
Alternate timeline of Hezu's Little Nightmares ‘Channel Change’ AU
[Animatic - WIP]
[Novelisation]
[Previous]
[Next: A discovery is made, then some decisions, one or two loose ends get tied up, a uniform is established, and caterpillars. Though not necessarily in that order]
~~~
Though you may have escaped the pain and demons of the past physically, they can still stick to you mentally.
~
In my post asking for sequel ideas I never said that it'd be all perfume and roses (I say that because if I said 'Sunshine and rainbows', people might point to the panel of the Signal Tower collapsing in the original comic)
@yansweetz gave me an idea that Raine could be touch-starved and that she'd let Six borrow her raincoat whenever Six gets cold. So from this I made this first sequel about Raine's trauma from her touch-starved past and her offering her raincoat to a cold Six, and Six still getting flashbacks from Raine's death (her survivor's guilt) and getting kidnapped and imprisoned by the Hunter (her PTSD) in the original timeline. But thankfully, Raine thinks of a way to comfort Six to remind her that she's there and that they are safe, and Raine gets some of the touch she's been starved of.
Mono in Hezu's 'Channel Change' AU has selective deja vu, whereas here Six in my AU however, because she's not trapped in the loop, doesn't get deja vu of the events of LN2, but she does remember everything from before she traveled back in time and created the Rewind timeline, hence why she still fully remembers Raine's death and being kidnapped by the Hunter from the original timeline. Which causes her to still have survivor's guilt and PTSD from those events. Of course, Six's PTSD would be much worse if she did have deja vu of the events of LN2 (and LN1), but she doesn't since she's not trapped in the loop. However, RCG's death, being kidnapped by the Hunter and kept locked in his basement for over a month (judging by the tally marks on the wall, though given that Mono never came to free her in 'Channel Change', I'd be hard pressed to assume that her imprisonment there wasn't much longer before the Hunter came for her), would still leave Six traumatised and with PTSD nonetheless.
I had a little trouble deciding how to draw some of the panels, so shoutout to @that-kid-bunny for helping me with Six's arms in the flashbacks of the Hunter's basement, and @penheadie for helping me with the panels of RCG stretching the raincoat around herself and Six. And lastly, I hope that I do not offend anyone in the audience who either has PTSD or knows someone that does. I'm trying to handle PTSD with tact and grace in this comic while also sticking to factors like the characters being children (therefore they wouldn't understand what's happening that well) and that LN seems to be set in the 1940s (where mental illnesses weren't as well understood compared to now), so I hope the way I had Raine get Six out of her flashbacks is okay.
Also, did anyone notice anything in one of the panels? 👀
