hi! not sure if its been asked before, but i was looking thru ur notion template and i wanted to get more stickers from littlepans in etsy, i tried searching their shop and i couldnt find it :'( do u by any chance have any link to their shop? thanks sm!

idk if its drugs or if its therapy or if its sleep

but I’ve felt strangely determined yesterday. And put on a headphones and listened from them for a while on a metro and in the city. Why is that a big deal for me: - last time I did something like this was 5 years ago once/twice, and then 9-8 years ago. I have hyperacusis and tinnitus and headphones were a big scare - my health/ocd anxiety about hurting my ears makes me feel anxious about moving things (even my hands) around my ears. Putting on headphones with a string is just as bad. I remember having a littlepanic episode when I first tried these headphones something like 4 months, 5 months ago - just putting them on my head, not even resting on it, just coming close to my ears (what they slip and hit my ears?!)

idk if its drugs but I feel less happy than i thought I’d be because this is improvement for sure. Like “whaaat” type of improvement, when I sent it to my friends.

Keeping this pic here as a reminder. idk if it’s drugs but my memory has been kinda hazy lately.

hey what's the website/app that's on your desktop in the last post you just made? it looks so nice and sleek, I'm trying to find new ways to stay organized! thanks :))

it’s called notion! the app is free to download and use on phones and computers. i love it, but there is a pretty steep learning curve just to get everything running the way you want if you’re just using it for planning purposes..

lmk if you’d be interested in me sharing the templates i’ve used and made!
