My nephew, Murphy, the littlest pack leader. He makes my heart want to explode with love when I’m with him. Being with family is one of the ways I recharge and recenter. They mean so much to me. My human pack. Murphy is pure positive, confident, and calm. I love how children just do things without question and doubt. I gave him the pack and he walked them. Some adults struggle with this exercise at my trainings because they get anxious, tense, and overthink. They aren’t in the moment. The pack senses it and will start pulling all over the place.
