The little mermaid is one of my favorite Disney movies growing up and the live action trailer looks amazing ☺️ it's wonderful to see a black mermaid for this film, all colored characters should be represented in a positive manner to show that any fictional character animated or not can be created in any color 🧜‍♀️🌊 we shouldnt focus on skin color, only a person's character

Hi, I’ve been wanting to do something like this for a long time. I think Halle Bailey is a GREAT choice for Ariel; yes, they have different skin tone but that’s it, Halle has that sweetness of Ariel’s face, her little noise, her amazing voice.. I’m really looking forward to watch the first look of the actress as the most famous mermaid.. but in the meantime, I hope you like this fanart.

The little mermaid figurines series is back! Sort of😅 I kind of forgot to post these two... Ursula is probably the most daunting one just due to her expression (that being her licking her lips while Ariel's voice is pulled into the shell, a little detail I really liked). Her eyelashes are a little wonky but I'm ok with that.
