Kouichi blinked awake from the shrill, familiar voice, recognizing the familiar brown-haired child that was calling out to him. A tiny version of Takuya, as he understood it, was standing above him.

"Takuya… ? Uh, hi," he answered sleepily, rubbing at his eyes.

"Morning sleepyhead!" Takuya laughed happily as he jumped on the older male. "Aggie said you’d play with me today since he’s busy! Get up and let’s play, let’s play!" He cried, bouncing up and down excitedly.

"M-morning." Kouichi groaned and held his head and he was pounced upon, breath leaving him for a moment. The nausea of waking up was not helped one bit. "Aggie? Play?"

"What's he so busy with that he said I'd play with you?"

"You looked sad." Takuya stated, moving to climb on Kouichi’s back. "You’re Ichi, right? A bigger Ichi! I don’t want big Ichi to be sad. You should be happy!"

"I'm fine," Kouichi wiped his face. Worrying a child - Takuya was right in that he ruined everything. "H-how do you know my name?" He tried twisting his head around to the person on his back - too disheartened to try and remove them.
