WELL s6 may be over and s7 so terrifyingly soon so don’t be a loser who has to pay for gems lol, check this guide out (reminder Bluestacks only currently works on a PC/laptop and not a Mac, sorry!! But you can also use an android device as explained in the guide)

I really recommend doing it before s7 drops if you haven’t done so yet. The mod apks on sites never actually updated during s6 and we had to figure out a workaround, which already some people are struggling with. My theory is, Fusebox are really cracking down with mod usage and somehow making it harder to mod the app and so, these sites can’t.

So, there’s really no guarantee you’ll be able to mod after season 7 drops, we can test if the workaround works but no guarantee.

Don’t panic though! If you already have the mod and transferred your save data to a normal app then it will update to s7 normally with your progress and gems still intact since it’s now an app linked to your App Store.

Your friendly neighbourhood mod guru popping in for a reminder to mod your apps, besties.

But also, a little reminder who will/will not be affected once s7 drops:

- anyone who has moved save data from the modded apps to a regular app is SAFE. Only the data is modded at that point and is basically normal save data, just with loads of gems. Regular apps from the App Store/Google Play will update with seasons on their own and nothing will be affected as long as you have moved that data.

So, anyone who has used the Bluestacks method, used an android to move to iPhone/another android or is playing on a regular app is SAFE and will get s7 at the same time as everyone else Wednesday (yay!)

- However, if you are playing on a modded app straight from the mod site and DID NOT move your save data, you will be affected since modded apps are not connected to the App Store/google play and need to be manually updated from the mod site.

These updates did not come during s6, at all. Majority of people relied on the workaround, but there are zero guarantees this will work during s7.

So, move that data to a normal app asap if you can to be safe!! Give me a shout if you’re still struggling!

I hope you’re doing well too and happy almost s6 release day!

I was going to wait until tomorrow and see what my app does in terms of updating before I said anything but here’s what I know so far:

Modyolo is on like v17 something of their APK and the LITG is on v21 I think. So basically, people are struggling to get their APK off the computer and sync it to a normal app on their phone. This should be fixed once the s6 version of the APK goes live and then everything should work as explained in the mod guides.

But if you’re like me (you downloaded the modded app and then moved the unlimited gems save over using the cloud onto a normal app) then I believe it will update with s6 as its only the save data that’s been modded and not the app! I hope you’re still with me 😅

So basically, i think if you’re playing on a normal app from the App Store you’ll be fine and it’ll update tomorrow. If the app you play on is directly from a mod site then it’ll be frozen and you’ll have to wait for them to update it on that site!

Now, I haven’t tested it yet myself but in theory it should work with the original mod guides. Instead of downloading the litg 2 apk you’ll instead do love Villa, does that make sense? Make sure the og love Villa app isn’t on your phone otherwise it won’t work! You will lose all progress too so bear that in mind!

Now as for which sites have it, you can find a load on google but I have been told the happymod one works perfectly. Just be extra careful as I know happymod has a lot of ads so just be extra cautious in what you click and I’ll always advise moving the save data to a second device. (Seriously be careful, I don’t want to get sued today pls)

okay. so I have an android tablet with the hack on it. I played the horror that is season 5 up until episode 16. then I just randomly wanted to see if it would cross over t my iPhone and it DID! I’m jumping for joy!

So now I can play Season 6 and be a rich girl! thanks for the help!!!

Eeek! I’m so happy for you!! You only have to play 2 episodes of season 5 for it to work (to spend a ticket!) sorry for putting you through 16 episodes of that 😭😭😭

tip for the ads thing. if you're playing on mobile mobile you can play just fine with data turned off and if on bluestacks i'd recommend using airplane mode in the app, however I cannot confirm this as for some reason the legit app won't open on bluestacks for me rip. you just need data on for the small second of submitting the character name and then you can turn it right back off.

Yes! @rebelrayne taught me the airplane mode trick to stop ads! So clever!

Also, have you tried using a Samsung device instead of Bluestacks if you have one? Same method as laid out in the mod guides, but you use a Samsung device to transfer the data instead of your computer? Hear that’s working for a lot more people lately!!

hi! the new episodes are riddled with ads. if I delete, will I lose my progress? I’m using the mod that was transferred from my galaxy tablet on my iphone.

So, annoyingly some people got lots of ads and some didn’t. Luck of the draw, unfortunately!

Technically, the save data should be on your Facebook, if you followed the mod guides. Check how you’ve got it backed up. Make sure you save your current progress and override that data before you delete the app. That way no progress should be lost. I think that’s what you’re asking?

Re-downloading the app won’t solve the ads issue. It’s probably Fusebox trying to put a plaster over the gaping mod issue and still make some money. From stuff I’ve seen, their ad process works based on demographic. If you fall into a category advertisers they work with like and want to appeal too, you’ll get more ads.

Same as I don’t get the “watch an ad for X amount of gems” ad people don’t like me, apparently.

But yes, you’re not the only one to get lots of ads and I know it pissed a lot of people off. I will warn you about deleting your app though, since the version you play on with your iPhone, it’s from the AppStore. Some people are saying the love Villa and litg2 apps keep leaving the App Store, so just be aware if you delete it, you may not get it back.

You should however, if you do want to reinstall (at your risk, check litg is on your App Store), just download the regular app and load up that backed up data you just saved and should all be okay!

i have a question for downloading the modded app work around method. on step 8. when it says to download litg2 is it the modded version or the one from the play store? Thank you for all your help!

yeah I mean download the normal litg 2 app from the playstore, the modded app should only be downloaded onto Bluestacks!

i just had a quick question about this newer mod method. is the facebook account absolutely required for this new method or is there an alternative we could use like a google account, apple account, etc.?

Unfortunately, yes it’s only working with Facebook at the mo. But you could always make a burner Facebook quickly, do the steps and then delete the Facebook account. Once you’ve transferred your save data to a normal app then it’ll update normally so you’ll never have to do this again and when s7 arrives it’ll update straight from the App Store perfectly!

Hey!! My pinned post does briefly explain this! I’m playing on a normal apple app, so I got the modded data from an android and moved it to an iPhone over the cloud and it updated fine!

But this won’t work for android because it’s a modded app in itself, it’s not from the play store so won’t get updates! Unfortunately, you can’t even sync the data somewhere else and will have to wait for the mod to be updated (should be no more than a week) :( I’m so sorry!!

There’s a s6 workaround there too which works with the older version of the app. The apps have still not been updated and likely will not be since I’ve heard Fusebox are attempting to tackle the mod issues and stop mods happening.

Guessing you came from @mrsbsmooth’s post which means you’re probably new to my blog, so hi.

I’ve got all the info, guides and links on my page on how to mod your app. But this is pretty useless atm because that mod is still not updated :(

HOWEVER, there is a workaround to get the mod working with s6 (see here)

They tried to stop us modding the app, but we’re sneaky sneaky. Also check out any comments on that post! Or my faqs pinned to my page. Loads of extra info there. Or reach out to me if you’re stuck, I honestly don’t mind :)

hello! i treid logging into facebook using an old version of the mod and was successful, but whenever i install the playstore version of the app, it logs back but it doesn't ask me to choose between the local save and cloud save so i always start at the beginning. i don't think my data from the modded version gets saved at all. any advice on how to fix that? thank you 😭

Yay for it kinda working! But I do have bad news 😭 unfortunately, that version of the APK is too outdated atm and doesn’t have s6 loaded into it. Whereas your playstore app does. So trying to move the modded data across isn’t working. This, unfortunately, happens every season but once you do actually get it over to your playstore app that will always update because it’s a normal app. Hope that makes sense ☺️

I’ve also heard once the app is downloaded it’ll launch straight into a season and make you play an episode so you can always try that and then see if it will let you access save data?

I think the modyolo apk will be updated by next week and that should sort it all out but I’ll post here as soon as it’s up! (I’m checking a lot) xx
