So pleased with how #lunch came out today. This is another one of my gumbo #stirfry creations-very #lowsodium, lots of veggies and filling-not full. I'll call this #Chard It! A small bake potato with cinnamon and a drizzle of honey the side. This dish is seasoned with #tumeric, #TraderJoes everyday seasoning, tarragon vinegar and salsa.
