Do you think Lita father knew that Lita was acting to break up engagement with Thyme?

It looks like that since he was calm and most parents would get angry if they thought their kids was being married to volatile/ angry person.

that's a really good point. I loved this scene. it truly gave me the redemption I wanted for Lita. she went from sweet to evil back to sweet real quick.

Lita notices that Thyme is struggling to contain himself at the mention of early wedding. I think Lita made the decision to break off the engagement back in Thyme's bedroom, when she saw how useless he was in his declarations to free himself. Lita really looked at him and thought, wow this boi is in love but utterly clueless on how to secure the love of his life. she gave up Thyme the same way Gorya gave him up. the difference being that while Gorya betrayed Thyme to give her the opportunity, Lita betrayed her parents by lying. but as you say, perhaps the father knew that none of that was true.

you know Thyme takes a deep inhale and swallows thinking he is about to reveal the truth, that he cannot marry their daughter. Lita doesn't want to be anymore humiliated than she has been. remember she has been a pawn between Gorya and Thyme for a while now. Thyme begged her to be his girlfriend, promised to love her only to fail on all fronts. Lita is proud, and it is her pride she treasures above all else, I think that was the reason she stuck to him for so long like glue, like Thyme said, it was about winning.

when he goes to announce the split, she is faster and dispels the illusion of perfect couple quickly. she blames Thyme for being a brute, she blurts it out, almost as if she had to hurry or she might change her mind. but I believe my girl had this planned all along.

I think it's brilliant that she assaults and insults him and they part ways in the same way they met. he calls her a monkey, she stomps his foot, ruffles his hair and he looks at her like a lost puppy. a true bottom indeed. lmao. what a deja vu. they mirrored this with Gorya at the airport, too and I liked the parallels.

Thyme releases that she was preparing to do this back in his room. his flashback confirms it. he goes to her to comfort her, actually but she pushes him away, which is ironic.

it's as heartbreaking as watching Thyme and Gorya break up. I swear I cried. the way Thyme is looking at Lita, admiring her self-sacrifice, because they've both learnt that you can't gain love that was never yours. Lita understood Gorya's sacrifice and so did Thyme. Gorya taught them BOTH that by caring for other people you gain more than you lose, that losing a battle doesn't mean you lose a war. sometimes it's a out the long game. and Gorya is plying the long game y'all.

Lita lists all the reasons why she could never love him, but they are the reasons why she fell in love with him. which...pain train.

Thyme gains respect for Lita, he watches her with adoration for the first time, as if he saw a whole new person. he is grateful, guilty and proud of her. well done Lita baby. you earned yourself a gold star from mommy D.

can we just talk about how kavin explains to kaning that the situation that's going on between gorya, thyme and lita is something that only the 3 of them will have to work out. there will be people that will get hurt but eventually one of them will have to withdraw. we may never know for sure who hurt the most, but it sure as hell looked like lita. not to discredit gorya and thyme though. each of them have suffered bc of this engagement in their own way. It all worked out in the end although it took thyme some time to understand what gorya wearing the necklace meant LOL

what i wanted to say was, lita exiting might as well forshadow what kaning might try to do when she finds out what happened between mona and kavin. following the original story, she might take a step back under the impression that that it's what's best for the two childhood friends, that is, after she meddles a bit and shows kavin the "message" mona left for him.

we very well might have the same problem that we saw with gorya and thyme, that being kaning might think she has no place in f4's world. not just with the wealth but kaning's up against kavin's past. again similar to gorya and thyme, kavin has already gone and entered kaning's world, he'll recede a bit i'm sure during the crossroads of deciding if he should let himself be stuck in the past with his old ways or allow himself to heal in moving forward with kaning.

Episode 10 commentary (pt. 2)

Part 2 of my long ass commentary :)

11. It's prom night! Trash used this time to give Gorya the red card. This man goes beyond my expectations, he really does. Her locker gets fallen down, and this is where everything starts. Talay pretends to save her, and makes her believe that Thyme gave her a red card again. HE'S AN ABSOLUTE JERKFACE.

12. On the other hand, we have our smart F3 trying to find information about Talay (also known as Trash). They're seniors, so prom is a very special event for them, but I love how they don't go to prom to help Gorya. They're like her older brothers :) ❤ While these two investigate, Ren flew off to Gorya. And Thyme doesn't know a thing, cause he had just entered the prom room with Ms. Lita 😑

13. It's getting serious; these asses are hitting Gorya like there's no tomorrow. I really can't with these people; do they have nothing to do?! She fainted, you asses! And you're clapping?! I'm done with all these shitty ass people.

13.1. REN! I LOVE YOU. He came to save Gorya, and the look he gave them was AMAZING. He's the quiet one in F4, so seeing him being angry was very refreshing to see. And his line too! AH I LOVE YOU ❤️

14. Between #13 to this one, shit happens once more. Our F2 is going through the CCTV to see who gave Gorya the red card, and how she got it. While this is happening, Ren manages to take her out of the stadium, and put her in his car, but Mr. Trash comes back and beats Ren. OH I HATE YOU TALAY. GO TO HELL. On the other hand, Lita and Thyme are at prom and she gives him cookies (he threw away the ones Gorya gave 😭). She made Thyme cookies, and they don't look exactly like the ones Gorya made, but A+ for the effort, right...? I'm gonna make a whole other post about this, so get ready 🤪 She asks him to make some room in his heart for her. I'm so sorry to break it to you, but the only person in his heart is Gorya!!

15. Now for the best part! I watched this whole episode, just to see this. And, I do not regret it AT. ALL. Lita and Thyme go on the dance floor, and put their flashlights up. When he took out his phone, he got a message from Mr. Trash himself.

Even his messages sound like shit 😂 He's just a shitty person, in general. I want Gorya to kick his nuts. Any who! Thyme starts shaking, and his eyes start trembling after seeing those three messages. I mean, who wouldn't?! His love is about to get hurt due to his past actions. He needs to save her. The scene where he runs to her was freaking AMAZING! The emotions of Thyme were unbelievable. Bright is such a good actor ❤

And, that's how Episode 10 ended. Well, not really, cause MJ's story was shown. I wish they could've made F4 Thailand a bit longer; they could've added his story in the plot as well. They literally put his story so they can advertise KFC! ... they actually did pretty well with the advertising cause I wanted a burger after watching 🤣😫

This episode was a wreck, and I was a wreck after. But, like usual, every single actor/actress did amazing 👏

Thyme x Lita vs Thyme x Gorya

Look, I know we’re all team Gorya and know Thyme x Gorya is gonna be End Game but I wanted to talk about Thyme’s reaction to both Gorya and Lita.

From the beginning Thyme works so hard to get Gorya to respect him

But she flat out says no

So he uses a moment of weakness to get her to do what he wants

And look how happy he is

Now compare it to Lita complimenting Thyme.

His reaction is not positive, it looks like he hates it.

Lita fell in love with the gentle, caring, lovable Thyme that Gorya created ! That’s why she fell in love so quick compared to Gorya who was there for his bad and good. What Lita knew of him was from articles and looking him up online so when she finally got to meet him , he exceeded her expectations because at that point he was changing and becoming better for Gorya . Gorya actually had to deal with all his bad which is why it took her time to get to be in love with him .

I was finally able to catch up on f4, HOW DID YOU GUYS SURVIVE SO MUCH??????? THYME x GORYA x LITA????????? KAVIN x KANING x MONA??????? WHAT?????? Thyme x Gorya x Lita! wooouw just woouw, I still think that the thyme x Lita couple is very cute and I would like to see Bright work in the future with Milk as a main couple, they have very good chemistry and they look very cute together but going back to the initial Thyme x Lita The end they had hurt me, Lita crying for a broken heart in the arms of her father broke my heart but it is nice to see how she knows that it is not her place and with a lot of pain she decides to leave there but as they showed images of the moments that they had together while she said the type of man she would like to end up with!!!! that was a low blow because although there was not much screentime of them, their moments were very nice especially because of the change in character and growth that Thyme had. Gorya x Thyme sjoijcoiv HOW RELAXED AND PEACEFUL THYME SEES WITH GORYA!!!!!!! and when in ep13 he told gorya to let kaning do her things and that it's okay for her to worry but that's not why she should meddle in her things ?????? LIKE HELLO???? THA MF CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT!!!!!! WE LOVE THAT KING YEEEEESSSSS 🧎🏼‍♀️🧎🏼‍♀️🧎🏼‍♀️🧎🏼‍♀️ and also the beautiful relationship they have, I love those relationships in which the couple are friends before they are a couple, I mean, they keep bothering each other and laughing at each other , advising and always being there for each other!! Another point that I love about them is the trust that Gorya has in Thyme, she is aware of the change he had and although she doubts how long all that trouble with Tyme happened, after that I think she felt very bad for having doubted him and that is why she decided more than ever to trust him. To finish I love the fact that Ren is always there for gorya, I love how she helps her and how he always cares about her... AHHHHH I WANT A REN IN MY LIFE

this was demonstrated when Gorya kicked him and jumped on his lap and shook his collar and declared war. 

now that scene is somewhat replicated here, with the way Lita stands up to him immediately and establishes boundaries, saying he needs to take responsibility for the fact he dragged her out of the party and can’t leave her abandoned on the side of the road. she asks to be taken home, quite rightly. 

there is no denying he enjoyed it. 

the resemblance to the way he looked at Gorya after their accidental kiss? yes. 100%. yep. he’s shooketh. 

the ear nibble did it. danger zone. 

even his lip trembles as he attempts to deny it. ah the parallels. 

she playfully chases around the car...and...sigh. they are so fuckivg cute I am not cut out of this.

i think episode 12 of f4 thailand has got to be my favorite episode so far. prior to ep 12 it was the episode with the magic pork story but by the time we got around to lita's narration, it stole my heart. milk was exceptional, she played her role well and then some. the writing in this ep was so good. kavin, gorya and lita taking turns narrating over scenes as they play out was such CHEFS KISS.

When Gorya got red card it was about 222 days since she joined the High School. Her family was celebrating in EP1.

Lita seems nice and clueless but definitely likes Thyme. I do not think she will give up Thyme so easily. I think the scene with blanket and bathroom is Lita and Thyme.

I hope the pink blue TxG is not some dream sequence.

ah thanks for clarifying about how much time has passed. so technically she has known thyme more intimately for 143 days roughly? which is like almost five months that they have been ‘not dating’ and ‘not enemies’ and also ‘not lovers’ and definitely ‘more than friends’?

ok I'm gonna start doing spoilers because everyone should have figured this out by now apart form my Tumblr bestie lmao. 

im 50/50 on the duvet girl, it depends what they do with the plot ending, whether thyme will reach there in time or most likely we won't get the reunion until episode 11 after the xxxxxing has happened?

dude lita is NOT giving up look at her coming to tell gorya that they are now a couple. wtf. 

so it COULD be lita later in episode 11. idk. I refuse to think about y’all I am in so much emotional turmoil over fictional characters, that I have seen more than once in the other adaptations, but this show has me on chokehold and every second is more poignant than the previous. this series is absolute work of art and I will never be over it.
