Somewhat productive Saturday so far compared to our usual super lazy do nothing Saturdays

I accompanied Unfriendly to Costco where he got his bivalent booster and flu shot. We also did a couple of other errands and came home

Also picked up some lemon mini-cakes from Costco that were surprisingly good. I picked up a different supplement to help me digest gluten so we'll see how that works

Gave Gigabyte a flea bath. :( We had been doing a lot better. I had not caught any fleas in those sticky traps for about 4 days. Then we went to the pet rehab place last Tuesday and I realized I was getting bit again that evening. I combed two off of her on Tuesday.

I did rub food grade diatomaceous earth into her neck, spine and tail. You're supposed to wash it off after 12 hours or so but she's not a heavy groomer anymore. I also rubber it into her bedding, the carpets and bedding. I only caught one flea yesterday in the traps so maybe it's better now?

I can't completely blame the place. I didn't treat her little soft crate and carrier but they had been in my car for a week and it was getting hot enough in there to kill fleas / flea eggs but it's still a variable. I had still been changing out the sheets / blankets daily and vacuuming her window bed

Anyway, she complained during the bath but we all survived it. She really is a good girl.

Now I'm off to be lazy!

3) saturdays- literally so fucking good i literally cannot wait to scream 'my heart might be broken but i cant be broken down' at the fitf world tour, i literally feel like im floating in a pool at night when i hear this

4) silver tongues- bop, not one miss, im in a convertible speeding down a dirt road blasting this shit while it's sunset

5) all this time- literally slay wtf this song was laced with dopamine the softness of his voice, the build up, the way i literally died and passed away itsworthitsworthitsworthitaLLTHISTIME

6) chicago- this song is so powerful ive never felt more pain than listening to her

7) paradise- i would die for this song she's literally so good i started crying when i heard her for the first time also the way he is bluegreening on main again

8) lucky again- i love her and the demo vers that got leaked a while ago i literally love this song so much and i hope we all shout the im in love part live on tour please

9) holding onto heartache- when he goes up an octave okay king scream your truth, this song literally hurts so fucking bad i feel like im in the middle of the ocean just floating there

10) out of my system- a classic, pop punk indie rock moment, im going to punch a senator or something to this song

11) face the music- idk if this makes sense but when i listen to this song i feel like im on a run but the run is in outer space and im not human and the drums in this song literally are so good im addicted

12) bigger than me- another classic slay, we love gay music

13) the greatest- this song is literally such a good tour opener i cant wait to scream my larynx out to this with my friends

14) thats the way love goes- i think this song is so cute but also so heartbreaking, like i want to sway to this with my friends at fitfwt, his voice is so soft in this song i never knew it could be softer than it already is

15) common people- this song is such a beautiful love letter to his hometown and the people there, the sister to changes and it's such a sweet song and ill sway with my lighter in the air

16) angels fly- youll be okay 🥺 we can talk tomorrow 💗 this song is so sweet, again ill sway with my lighter in the air

17) she is beauty we are world class- im at the bowling alley during glow in the dark bowling, i just bowled a strike, and louis is chanting 'surrounded by lights surrounded by lights', this song literally just is so vibes and amazing

i get that after he hurried off to another demention in Skipper, literally seeming to dematerialize and take his body with him but still somehow ending up in the body of the other universes Rimmer, that it's more likely that the Rimmers that were booted off by this intrusion went to some outer plane or were just uncontious while our scumbag Rimmer piloted. but wouldn't it be fun if instead the skipper hopper remote thingy worked more like they swapped places? then we'd get to see Listy and Cat probably scaring the snob/rat man universe's Rimmer to death, or at least horrifying him shitless.

the reason why i don't think this is how it already works is that Lister notices immedietly when Rimmer's back and to me that wouldn't make much sence to be like that if he has been with the other Rimmers (in our Rimmer's body) the whole time.

i'm just saying please let Listy meet a few new people too! he if anyone deserves a break and it would for sure be funny

It wasn’t exactly everyday day that you started nesting, especially after Dabi took you. You refused in fact, trying to deny your instincts as an omega to make a nest no matter how much it hurt. You weren’t comfortable with him, he was your captor after all, and you didn’t want such a private thing to be there in his apartment.

However you couldn’t ignore your instincts forever, especially considering you were becoming more and more comfortable with the alpha. So that led to you now, running around the apartment gathering everything you could find to set up a nest in the corner of the bedroom.

You cary many pillows in your arms, dropping them into the pile of things you want in your nest. The pile at the moment consists of pillows, blankets, plushies that Dabi’s gotten you, and some comfortable sweaters you found in the closet. This should do it! You had everything you needed for a nest, a comfortable and cozy nest!

You carefully arrange all of the soft items into your ideal nest, smiling at the place just for you that you’ve created. However when you lay down on the fluffy blankets and pillows, something is missing. But you don’t know what! You had everything you usually had in your nests at home before being taken here, but now it felt like something was missing.

You sit up, huffing loudly before standing up and looking around the apartment for whatever is missing. You walk into the closet hoping to find something you needed in your nest, but you’re gravitated to Dabi’s side of the closet. You look through plenty of old shirts, band tees, and ripped tank tops. But you find nothing. Until you see it!

Dabi’s signature long leather villain coat. You’re glad the alpha forgot it before he left today. You grab it, wrapping it around you as you walk back into the living room. The jacket still has his strong scent on it, Dabi’s scent was always very strong and practically screamed alpha.

As much as you hated it in the beginning, his scent comforted you. He made you feel safe, comforted, like an incredibly loved omega. You keep the jacket wrapped around you, pressing your nose to the collar and happily reveling in the scent. He scented you everyday, even biting over your bond mark everyday. So his scent was always on you, but you still loved how much of his smell was on this leather coat

The leather wasn’t exactly the most comfortable, and neither was the metal around the end of the sleeves. But it wasn’t the comfort that you grabbed it for. You lay back down in the nest, quickly falling into unconsciousness after laying down.

Dabi was quite pleased to come home and find you curled up in not only his jacket but a nest. You looked so peaceful. His cute omega. He laid down beside you, normally an omega would invite an alpha into their nest, but Dabi didn’t care.

You let out little purrs in your sleep as Dabi gently kisses over your bond mark. He’s so proud of how far you’ve come.

I had to go back to the holistic dentist this morning to pick up a sleep test machine that's supposed to measure how badly I grind my teeth

I picked up coffee at the Human Bean on the way there. Really good coffee!

I realized this morning I have panic related job requests still due to the last healthcare shit show job.

One of the big wigs requested something and only emailed me. Of course the attached example wasn't attached and the guy hadn't emailed me back. I just called him. It helped humanize him and removed my panic.

I miss my kitties but I'm not anywhere near being able to be guardian again
