Self care comes in many forms and actions. Sometimes it means taking a warm bath, going to the spa.. getting your daily workout in, eating nutritious foods and Superfood shakes.. and sometimes it simply means accepting medicine and listening to your body, when your body says enough is enough. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ Well today, my body said “enough is enough” and we had to stop 🛑 my second bag of chemotherapy because I was developing hives up my arm. Not to worry everyone, I got 90%of the second bag in my system so I’m sure I’m not missing enough of the chemo drug to be enough. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ I urge all of you to listen to your body. 👂 🤫 When it whispers, take a step back, listen with intent and proceed in the direction your body is telling you to go!! ⠀ ⠀ ➡️➡️ Scroll to see photos of me at my appointment.
