i feel like the funniest thing about the bear s2 for me vis a vis the odd romance plot (and trying to figure out why it was done in the precise way it was) is that the closest we got to a sex scene if I'm remembering correctly was a strange purple-lit under the covers couple of flashes of difficult to decipher limbs. they coulda just been wrestling or hanging out, hell it coulda just been him in there or a piece of his imagination or a very windy day. the lack of attempting to inject sexual passion or chemistry into their relationship was fascinating and not because they were trying to give us ace carmen (rip that would be actually great). just threw out A Girl Template and did the absolute barest minimum to remind us she exists and "is great" according to occasional reviews from other characters and completely neglected to write. chemistry.

Pros and Cons of Dating Fizzy
notes: i decided to make a compare and contrast post for me?? why the fuck not cuzzos. this is some form of self advertisement and im not above it. (im off limits and a minor)
M. List
Pros:
i will be very loyal towards you
if i like you a lot, i won't get an ick -unless it's something SUPER bad but even then i tend to let red flags pass over me.
i'm a good listener when i want to be -if i rlly like you again, i would always want to be
i'd do literally anything and everything for you
id buy you gifts and pretend not to care if you didn't like it
i don't keep secrets of mine from you -unless i CANT say anything, then, sorry
you don't have to do much to gain my trust if i like you a lot -that doesn't stop intrusive thoughts.
i'll adjust to your needs after studying your behavior
i have a good memory so i'll remember certain topics you bring up -likes, dislikes, facts you share, a story you tell me about.
i'll defend you should anyone try to do or say anything bad about you -i'll throw hands for you
i am not a dry texter most of the time so you'll have an interesting convo for the most part
it doesn't take much for forgiveness if i'm rlly down bad -i don't forget tho
you get goodmorning/night texts
giving you my hairtie/bracelets and spraying perfume on it -i'll pretend not to notice if you don't wear them
A Double-Edged Sword:
i'm blunt - i could be overly blunt but at least i'll be deadass with u
ill drop my needs for yours -if you rlly care then you'd be sad abt this i think
i struggle to pick up certain implications -you can probably use that to your advantage
i've learnt to mask really well to adaptto your personality - you wont rlly know how i'm feeling unless i choose to let you know
i'm attached to you -maybe too clingy? if you tell me to fuck off i will tho
i'll take what you say literally most of the time
i'll brag to my friends about you -i might also complain if you make me sad
i put my family before you
i have a hard time saying no a lot of the times
i hold onto promises -i keep mine tho
i'm kinda stubborn
i do dangerous shit -it has the potential for entertainment but if u rlly care then the downside is that i might get hurt over a simple dare
'are you sure?' x100
i laugh at everything -you could end up thinking ur funny bc i laughed so you go retell that joke to ANYONE else and realize my humor is shit and you are not funny :|
i send you memes/videos and go 'us' -it could get annoying
i'll pester you to take care of yourself -it could get annoying. also i do not take my own advice
i can be rlly protective but not like super alpha sigma dw
i'll want to wear your hoodies/shirts
my standards are dangerously low -you don't have to do much
i put myself down a lot -this could end up funny
Cons:
at least once a week i'll ask you if you're gonna leave me
i have underlying health complications that show up at the worst times ever
i am not funny -and it's worse cuz i'll actively be trying
i'm very specific about A LOT and i'll lose my shit if my shit isn't together -yes this has potential to become your problem
i will not tell you what i need from you -i just won't. unless you pester me for way too long
i'll assume you'll leave me at some point -this is regardless to your answer to the first bullet point
i WILL complain about my day and you WILL have to listen to it -it's full of complaints and i'll only stfu if u tell me to
i'll cry over the dumbest shit -whether it's front of you depends on how close. usually early on and you'll be the cause 8/10 times
if i'm overstimulated it might be your problem
i'll get mad at you from the cause of my overthinking
i'll secretly not trust you -not for like other people i mean reassurance wise
i need constant reassurance and it might be brought up indirectly but snarkily -i'll never tell you outright
i suck at flirting and i'll run away from you
i might zone out on you during face to face convos -probably from calculating correct eye contact durations or just thinking bout you- but while you're talking so its not good
i'm kinda loud and it's worse when i'm excited -i'm quiet in the mornings tho :3
i'm a lil aggressive
i'm kinda shit at comfort and my advice may not be good advice
if i see a point/indication and i don't like it i'll ignore it because i don't want to deal with it
i want your praise/validation
i get pissed easy
i take nothing seriously
'oops'

The long awaited second half of my first fanfic!
This is the second half (Part 2 of 2) of “Truth and Love Revealed”, my fluffy Rocketshipping confession/first kiss fanfic. The first half worked as a standalone but I wanted to add more, and it turns out I’m a lot better at writing from Jessie’s POV. Or maybe I felt I could flesh it out more because I wasn’t trying to upload it on a Valentine’s Day deadline. Or both.
Side note, if anyone can walk me through how to use Ao3 (particularly the tagging system) I’d love to post both halves together there and reach more readers. I also want to add illustrations at some point.
Here it is:
The distant screech of a Dodrio woke Jessie shortly after sunrise. She kept her eyes closed--if that had been a dream, she didn’t want it to be over. And such a vivid dream, too--she thought she could still feel his arm around her shoulders, heavy and warm under the top of her sleeping bag...
Wait a minute.
Opening her eyes, at first all she could see was James’s sleeping face in front of her. His dark lashes brushed his cheeks, and the little wisp of hair he could never tame hung down, almost touching the pillowlike cushion of his sleeping bag. She could hear the faintest of snores; his mouth was slightly open, each breath making the hair that lay across his cheek flutter.
For once she let her guard down and allowed herself to fully appreciate just how beautiful he was. It ached, to think of him that way, when she knew her attempts at finding love always went wrong. And that he seemed reluctant, even scared of the idea of dating a girl.
A soft sound interrupted her conflicted state. James was mumbling indistinctly in his sleep, his lips moving slightly before settling as he went quiet again.
His lips...she could still remember what it had felt like to kiss him. No dream of hers had ever been that clear before, or focused on one sequence of events so long instead of dissolving from one scenario to the next. A tiny spark of hope lit in the back of Jessie’s mind in spite of herself.
And as she stared at his mouth, all soft and relaxed in sleep, she noticed the tiniest smudge of pink on his upper lip. It looked like lip gloss.
Her lip gloss.
It wasn’t a dream! She gasped and barely managed to keep from making some sudden sound that would have awakened James too abruptly, but he must have heard or felt something because the hand on her back moved a bit and his face twitched. The deep, rhythmic breathing faltered as his brilliant green eyes blinked sleepily, then he saw her and his face seemed to light up, those lips curving into a warm smile. “Good morning, Jess.”
She tried to speak and instead produced a sort of high pitched noise like a Pikachu might make if its mouth were covered. Instantly embarrassed, she yanked the corner of her sleeping bag over her head, hearing James trying not to laugh as he sat up.
“What was that for?” he asked, lifting the cloth away from her face. There was no teasing in his expression, just that wonderful soft smile she remembered from last night. When she had peeked through her eyelashes as he described everything he loved about her.
“It wasn’t a dream,” she replied. Half asking.
“Ohhhh...No, no it wasn’t.” He reached down and helped her into a sitting position on top of her sleeping bag, facing him.
“So…” her voice got fainter as she spoke. “Do you really…” Her mouth formed the words love me, silently.
Those gorgeous eyes looked straight into hers. “Yes.”
“I want to hear you say it.”
He met her eyes. Hesitating a bit, as if he too felt that all of this was almost too good to be true, he spoke. “I...I love you, Jessie.”
Tears trickled down her cheeks; she knew it would be clear from her expression that these were happy tears so she said nothing, only watched and listened as he repeated himself. Perhaps he was just as thrilled by the sound of the words as she was.
“Jessica, I love you. I’ve loved you for...so long. You have no idea how long I’ve wanted to say this.”
So her faint hopes and guesses had been true? Part of her wanted more proof.
Another part remembered that tiny pink smudge.
“Then kiss me.”
He blinked, looking surprised, then smiled. He didn’t say anything aloud, certainly nothing as bold or cliché as I thought you’d never ask, but his face said he really had been hoping, and not quite believing, that she would make such a request. She puckered her lips and leaned a little closer, waiting. At last, he reached for her, one hand gently cupping the back of her head and neck, the other over her shoulder, his palm warming her back. Slowly, carefully, tilting his head just enough not to bump noses, he fitted his lips against hers.
His kiss was no less passionate than hers had been last night, but he was so tender and gentle that it was an altogether different experience. This time, the feeling of warmth didn’t fizz--it flowed, slow and sweet like sugar syrup. She leaned a little closer to him, eyes closed, and felt his silky hair brush her face.
Too soon, he withdrew, the hand that had supported her head brushing lightly against her cheek as he sat up straight again. Jessie blinked, reeling from the overwhelming sensation.
“How was that?” he murmured, his beautiful green eyes shining softly.
She reached for him, clumsily. “More.”
He laughed, sounding delighted, and scooped her onto his lap instead. She was almost as tall as him, so she had to scrunch down to see more than the side of his head. They shifted until he sat cross-legged and she sat sideways in the space between his knees, leaning back against the arm he’d wrapped around her shoulders with her own arm around his.
Lowering her eyelashes but not fully closing her eyes, Jessie tilted her face up, lips slightly parted. James looked at her, grinned, then leaned in to kiss the tip of her nose, startling a giggle from her. He laughed along with her, then kissed her cheek. And her chin. And her other cheek. And her forehead just below the point of her hairline, so light and tickly that she almost forgot that wasn’t what she had asked him for...almost. The laughter in his eyes reminded her.
“Ja-ames,’ she complained with a playful pout.
“Oh, all right,” he said in the same exaggerated tone, trying not to smile and failing. This kiss was just as affectionate, and she returned it eagerly, wrapping her free hand around the back of his head like he’d done for her. Pressed close against him, she could feel the thump of his heart, quick and strong.
A familiar voice cut through the warm haze in her mind. “Were either of yous gonna tell me about this, or was I s’posed ta wake up to you smoochin’ right in front of me?”
James started and pulled away. He and Jessie twisted around to glare at Meowth--or at least Jessie glared. James just looked rather guilty.
“Is there something you want us to tell you?” Jessie asked, more than a little irritated at the interruption.
“Um. No. Wait, yes!” The little feline’s face brightened. “Who confessed first?”
“Uh—”
“Me.” James’s face flushed pink.
“Ha!” crowed Meowth. “Wobbuffet owes me!”
They had bets on us?! Jessie made to move, but James squeezed her shoulder, urging her with his eyes to relax. She sighed and stayed put, but couldn’t resist saying, “Just so you know, fuzz head, I kissed him first. In case that evens your wager.”
She could feel James laughing silently as Meowth sputtered angrily and stopped digging in their bags for Wobbuffet’s Pokeball. “Hmph. At least I can tell ‘im I found out your secret first.” That thought seemed to cheer him, and he chortled to himself as he began packing away their small camp.
James must have recognized that Jessie was still annoyed, and seemed to be trying to distract her. He stroked her cheek lightly, and in spite of herself she leaned into it, squinting her eyes shut, savoring the gentle touch. He chuckled.
“What?”
Inclining his head toward Meowth, James replied, “I’ve seen him make the same face when someone pets him.” The amusement in his voice faded into mild curiosity as she moved her head slightly to stay in contact with his hand. “You’re touch-starved, aren’t you?”
“Mnph.” It made her sound vulnerable, put that way. And yet there was a part of her that did crave the simple feeling of contact, from the firm, reassuring pressure of his hugs to the delicate brush of his fingertips on her bare skin. It was hard to tell whether or not that came from her feelings for James specifically, but maybe he was right.
He had withdrawn his hand, looking concerned. “I didn’t mean you should stop,” she muttered, half reaching for his hand before he rested it on her cheek again.
That got even more of a laugh. “Just like Meowth.”
“Tell her all my embarrassin’ feline habits, why don’t you?” came the complaint.
“Says the cat who wouldn’t shut up about discovering our secret, when we weren’t even trying to keep it a secret. And besides, I know about ‘em al...ready…” Jessie would have said more, but James had started tracing her hairline with the tip of one finger, then sliding the side of his hand along her jaw. It tickled but in a very good way.
Delicious shivers ran up and down her spine, multiplying as he traced the curve of her ear. Her eyelids fluttered, and she felt as if she were melting into his arms. Maybe it wasn’t just touch she had “starved” for, she realized. Maybe it was affection, or the feeling that someone else cared deeply about her and found genuine joy in knowing she was happy. When James switched from caressing her face to running his hands through her long hair, Jessie let out a contented sigh and buried her face in the side of his neck.
In stories, the love interests always smelled like some poetic and improbable combination of scents. All Jessie could smell with her nose just above his jacket collar and his hair tickling her closed eyelids was a slight hint of sweat, too faint to be unpleasant, and something else, something sweet and distinctly floral…
She inhaled slowly. Roses. Of course. Either he used some sort of scented shampoo or the aroma of the flowers themselves lingered in his hair. Maybe both.
“Jess?”
She lifted her head to smile up at him. “I love you, James.”
He cuddled her close. “I love you too.”
They sat like that a while longer, until James broke the silence again.
“So,” he said, sounding suddenly shy. “Will you...will you be my—”
“Your girlfriend?” she asked with the same hesitancy, hardly daring to believe what was happening.
He squeezed her shoulder gently. “I was going to say ‘my sweetheart’, but sure.”
“Oh—”
Her throat was too tight to answer him. She nodded vigorously, hair bouncing behind her, and leaned in to kiss him but found that she couldn’t stop herself from smiling. Instead she nuzzled his cheek with her nose and hugged him tighter and was finally able to whisper, right in his ear: “Yes.” She swallowed hard, not wanting to cry again. “Yes, I’ll be your sweetheart.”
If he had been standing up, she suspected, James probably would have lifted her off her feet and spun her around, so happy he looked—and then sounded, as he replied; “Then I’ll be yours.”
They had things to do, surely. Traps to set, plans to make. Meowth was already grumbling somewhere nearby about “love-boids wasting time”. But it could all wait, Jessie reasoned, if it meant she could stay in her sweetheart’s arms just a little longer.

tbh im tired of fuckin’ around with this topic. its simple, if you dont give a shit about fighting ableism and specifically wont put in the effort of listening to mentally disabled people with some basic respect and sympathy when we call you out no matter What in the goddamn fuck we are saying or how impactful You personally think it is bc your opinions come from an outside perspective, if you wont recognize able minded ppl have privilege and that you are part of a group with a ridiculous amount of power over us and in fact a history of VIOLENTLY ABUSIVE AND MURDEROUS OPPRESSION towards us, if you wont accept that the Inherent ignorance you have Ingrained by that privilege could be causing you to perpetuate behaviors that harm us without Realizing it because you and the rest of society are abled centric and benefit off of our oppression and this is deeply saturated within every system imaginable, if you wont sit the fuck down and Consider hearing our voices and caring about the suffering you have been causing us, enough to just Think about how you could try to unwork it in really simple ways, bc thats the LEAST you could be doing for us, then you are not an activist lmfao. you absolutely Cannot be a disability ally of Any kind, and you frankly dont even get to be a decent person. in my eyes when you desperately try to turn a ‘this is ableist!’ topic into a mock opportunity no matter how ~irrational~ it seems to you, you’re a whiny privileged piece of shit thats Seeking out reasons to belittle us so you can gloss over your responsibility, and blatantly parroting ‘i hate sjws theyre so wild for wanting me to respect minorities lol cringe’ rhetoric, and you prob would have gladly ignored forceful institutionalization if we were born 100 years earlier because idk apparently accommodating ppl like me inconveniences you enough to ignore me and laugh at the concept of my struggles now.
i really could not feel any more apathetic than when i hear one of you ppl say you think you’re being called ableist over something stupid. lmao a young disabled person is telling you that your language hurt them on tumblr dot com, which you can apparently even ignore and mock without social consequences, how terrible. we have a body count. we have people who spent their entire fucking lives in miserable abusive hospitals and care homes that let their spirits rot there because they were useless to them. we have forceful sterilization, we have disabled children left for dead, abused or murdered because parents were also ingrained with this ignorance and thought we’d be ‘better off’. and this still happens! so i couldnt care less about your annoyances and your mild discomforts and inconveniences, or how hard it is for you to interact with us and use some tact, frankly it makes me wanna laugh in ur spoiled bratty faces. bc you really dont get your privilege, and really dont get what weve gone through, and Still go through, when your worst complaint is being annoyed. when special interests and stimming and unworking ignorance is the struggle that you present us with. when you try to pass off ‘cringe’ as a real plight of any kind. Lmfao.
dont add some whiny fucking offended comment here, dont rb with screenshots of ‘ridiculous’ autism cringe mock fodder argument points you’ve seen to try and make some kind of ‘’’’’point’’’’ (the only point being that you’re ugly af inside and are attempting to demonize a minority as an excuse to get out of respecting them), shut the fuck Up and stop being such a baby abt ableism. you can handle hearing that you fucked up even when you (privileged majority) dont Think you have, and if you still wanna disagree the literal bottom of the fuckin’ barrel >LEAST< you can do is respond RESPECTFULLY about it. stop complaining and just rb this and think about how inhumane it is to look at how disabled people have been treated historically and then ignore us now when we Kindly try to educate you. stop perpetuating this evil ass behavior for the love of God, have some standards, normalize respecting mentally disabled people in topics of ableism even when you dont want to.

Okay…I got in trouble for looking at my fellow coworker when I was just passing over the order to be made.
I understand some of the complaints why he thinks that way on how I work but for a person(me) who works at the area that’s on the other side with hardly anyone to talk to, working on preparation that he never done him self because I’m the only person knows how, When I noticed it I try to finish preparing their preparations that they are working on that needs to be done for that day as much as I can, and wash the sink filled with dirty dishes, when my hands are open. The actual amount of full on conversation I actually able to chat while working only happens like once in a blue moon with other coworker. I don’t talk to him unless it’s related to work because we don’t have any topic that both of us knows or interested in.
Apparently he claims that I am pressuring him by eyeing him to make the order. When Im just looking if he heard the order. He speaks very quietly and I can’t hear him even if he answered me. How else does he expect me to check if the message has been received?? I look at anyone when I am talk to them because I grew up being told to look at the person who I’m speaking to. I speak both Japanese and English and speak one or the other depending on the staff when passing the order though. ( I even repeat my self in both languages when both English speaking and Japanese speaking staff is near)
I pass over the order to the closest person in the kitchen because we don’t have rules witch kitchen staff dose what, every body do everything together, so who ever the closest gets the order passed on to, unless their hands are busy with preparation that needs to be done right away. Then it Gose to the second closest staff.
If my eye looks angry, what can I do about it? I was born with angry looking eyes, so I look angry even when I’m not. I grew up being told to look at the person I’m speaking to. Must look, don’t check with just your ears to prevent miss orders.
The stupidest reason I got in trouble for something that’s I think it’s nothing. Especially when the person has worked with me for around 5-6years? Thinking I’m just standing there chatting or listening to music and doing the simple stuff when I’m not.
I don’t eat breakfast or lunch during work so I can finish as much as I can. And I can deal with the customers right away, I’m working in the area with nobody is there other then passer by just to use the sink and the wrapping machine. So I have nobody to chat to while working, I never asked someone else to do my job I’ve been working on for 20 years. I hardly take vacation days others then 4 day convention days at Fan Expo Toronto.
He dose do his work ( working here for about 5-10years) but what I’ve seen over time what he dose is he goes for a smoke almost every hour, have 2 more staff working close to him and have a small conversation while working, takes so many day off compared to other staffs, due to family reason and coincidentally gets sick a week later every time someone else calls in sick. Never answer the phone or hardly do the register because he doesn’t want to deal with the customers in person, And yet I never complained about him, I have a lot to complain but because I know I don’t see everything I try to keep it in until it really gets worst.
I may of been annoyed but I never complained.(…until now…On social media)Because I know he dose his work as much as he can, working in a Asian place that has no Chinese? Or Mandarin? What ever his native asian language is or very minimal English spoken by other staff. But now it’s sad to see he only sees and hears what just in front of him not what he may be missing. Not paying attention what other is actually working on especially when the other person is working on the other side of the kitchen where he can’t see. Just because you don’t see it, it doesn’t mean their not doing their anything. If there is no completion or most of the progress is not worked on, then that person isn’t working. Just because you have been working on what you do every week, it doesn’t mean what other person is working on is meaningless. If you want to complain that other persons is useless because what you hear or just see that one split moment, try working on the task their working on…With out the BS excuse like you don’t know how to or I have other stuff to do or etc. if you gonna complain prove you can do it no problem or better and faster job of it.

Good Morning Snore Solution Review
Good Morning Snore Solution
Good Morning Snore Solution is a product that I ran across online, but based on appearance alone, I simply was not interested. After a few months, I noticed that it was becoming increasingly popular (See how Good Morning Snore Solution compares to other anti snoring devices HERE). However, at that time, I had already settled on another mouthpiece as being my number one choice. Read our updated SnoreRx review.
Update: From time to time Good Morning Snoring Solution provides us with exclusive coupon codes that we can offer to our audience and subscribers. When the promotions are running they will be posted here.

A few more months passed, and my wife asked if I had heard about Good Morning Snore Solution. I told her I read about it a long time ago, but I just didn’t add it to my list because it didn’t look like a mouthpiece, so I didn’t see how it would work like one.
We got online together and discovered that Good Morning Snore Solution doesn’t look like an MAD because it’s not one. It is a tongue retaining device (TRD), so it does not even go in your mouth. I still was not convinced, but she wanted to try it, so the phrase “happy wife, happy life” came to mind. I ordered one for both of us that night.
Pros
Design is relatively comfortable to wear because it is soft and doesn’t take up space in your mouth.
GMSS is BPA-free. In case you don’t know, BPA is an acronym for a product known as biphenyl A. It is found in many polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins, and it is associated with several serious medical conditions. I try to stay away from mouthpieces that contain this chemical in general.
Backed by a money-back guarantee.
It is really easy to clean because the design is so simple. It lasts a really long time. The average lifespan is about a year, but I’ve read people wear their Good Morning Snore Solution considerably longer.
Manufactured by a company accredited by the Better Business Bureau (not always the case in this market).
Device was designed by a dentist.
The United States Food and Drug Administration, Australian Department of Health and Aging, and Canada’s Therapeutic Products Doctorate cleared it.
A new version is now available that is for smaller mouths or young adults. Be sure to read our full review of the Good Morning Snore Solution For Young Adults.
Complaints
The price is higher than some expect to pay (especially after you see the simple design). However, with its long lifespan, it won’t need to be replaced every few months like some do. So if it is a better solution, I think the price still even out over time compared to other options.
Will likely experience tongue soreness the first few days while you get used to it. I’ve read that in some cases the tongue soreness does not go away, so this is probably the biggest risk of you not liking it
Need to be able to breathe through your nose to wear this device.
The device can slip off your tongue in the night. My wife and I have had this issue only on very rare occasions, but I’ve read others complaining about this.
See how Good Morning Snore Solution compares to other snoring mouthpieces HERE.
Good Morning Snore Solution is a TRD
How is Good Morning Snore Solution different?
Unlike other mouthpieces, GMSS is not a mandibular advancement device. MADs sit in your mouth, like a mouth guard you would wear for sports. They hold your jaw in a slightly forward position to keep your airway clear (this is an uncomfortable feeling for most of the products I tried). GMSS is completely different.
Good Morning Snore Solution is actually classified as a tongue retaining device (TRD). So, rather than hold your jaw forward, it works by holding your tongue forward. It basically delivers the same results, but takes a different approach.
GMSS holds the tongue forward
Hold the tongue forward?
GMSS has a suction bulb that attaches to the very tip of your tongue. The rest of the device rests between your inner lips and outer teeth. The concept will likely remind you of a pacifier, but there is only a small bulb that can be seen, when your mouth is closed.
Since the suction keeps your tongue held in a forward position, it can’t collapse back into your throat when you fall asleep. This keeps the airway clear and reduces the risk of soft tissues vibrating against one another to make my infamous snoring sound.
After dealing with a mouthful of plastic for years, this little solution seemed a little too good to be true.

My Personal Experience
I ordered two GMSS devices: one for me and one for my wife. She has tested every mouthpiece with me, and helped me write this Good Morning Snore Solution review. Between the two of us, she is the louder snorer. I’m sure of it! My teenage son tends to disagree, but I’m sure she has bribed him multiple times through the years to say so.
Anyway, when they arrived, I cleaned both devices using Polident denture cleaners sent, so they would be ready for us later. I have to admit, I did play around with it a bit to get the hang of attaching it to my tongue, even though my wife made me swear I would wait for her to get home. Guess she’ll know now, if she reads this!
On the first night, we laughed a lot trying to attach it in place. Not that it is hard to attach by any means, but the simplistic design just had us both a little hysterical. Did we really think this thing was going to work. All you have to do to get it to fit is squeeze the bulb and touch it to the end of your tongue. As you release the bulb it creates suction.
The first thing we both noticed is that it is very comfortable. I immediately loved that there was nothing actually in my mouth taking up space. It felt a little weird attached to my tongue, but definitely not uncomfortable. My first night I thought I may have made the suction a little too tight, but I left it anyway. I figured I would try a looser fit the next night. Although I was saying this was not going to work, in the back of my mind, I was really hoping it would because I was already in love with the design. I didn’t even have drool running down my chin like I usually do when my mouth has to get used to another device. It was effortless to wear.
Initial Reaction: Good sleep – but some growing pains
The next morning, I awoke before my alarm. I was literally wide awake, full of energy, and ready to tackle the day. I’m usually so tired and drained in the morning after a night of heavy snoring, so I knew I had slept well. However, my tongue was pretty sore.
I expected to feel a little soreness while my tongue got used to having something attached to it, but this was sorer than I expected. I should have listened to my instinct and loosened the device a little, but I didn’t. I went online to re-read some other reviews, and saw that a number of people had mentioned a similar soreness issue, especially on the first night as they were getting used to it. I made a mental note to make sure it would be looser on the second night.
I joined my wife in the kitchen, and she had a big smile. She had slept as well as I did. She even said she didn’t hear one peep from me when she went to let the dog out in the middle of the night (we have a senior dog that needs a mid-night bathroom break). She also said that before our son left for his morning track practice, he told her he didn’t hear any snoring from either of us all night. Okay, so we were both ecstatic, but it was only one night. We had been disappointed by mouthpieces in the past that did not maintain their effectiveness.
During the following week I attached it much more loosely. In fact, it was so loose I thought it would probably fall off, but surprisingly, it didn’t. The next morning I awoke after sleeping the whole night through again. My tongue was still sore, but not nearly as sore it was the previous morning. Actually, by the fourth morning, I made it halfway through breakfast before I realized it wasn’t sore at all.
Usually, when we do a trial on a new device, it is for either 7 or 14 days. Our trial never ended with this one – it’s not perfect, but it’s been the best solution for both of us so far.
Who Can Wear Good Morning Snore Solution?
The company’s site says that it can be worn by a wide range of people. Many mouthpieces can’t be worn if you have dental crowns, bridges, or caps (I don’t have these issues). Plus, the design of an MAD makes it impossible to wear with dentures or loose or weak teeth. Since Good Morning Snore Solution isn’t an MAD and does not sit in your mouth, it can be worn in all above mentioned scenarios. For the same reason, you don’t need a prescription, and you don’t need to buy it from your dentist (if they even have it available).
It is also perfect if you simply can’t get used to having a dental appliance in your mouth. Some people just don’t deal with the sensation of a full mouth – it’s a feeling I got used to with other mouthpieces, but certainly never enjoyed. If this sounds like you, then you will probably like the unique design of this tongue retaining device.
Who is Not a Good Candidate?
You have to breathe through your nose to wear Good Morning Snore Solution. So, if you have nasal polyps, a deviated septum, or some type of nose injury that doesn’t permit this then you are probably a better fit for other mouthpieces.
In this case, I would recommend ZQuiet. It was my number one pick for a long time before I started wearing GMSS. Although a traditional mouthpiece, it is super flexible and soft. It has Living Hinge Technology, which provides maximum flexibility. So, you can literally talk and even sip water while wearing it.
I actually still wear my ZQuiet when my allergies are bothering me or if I have a cold. So even if Good Morning Snore Solution ends up being your preferred choice, it would not hurt to have ZQuiet as a backup.
Let’s Talk Price
Good Morning Snore solution costs a little more than some options, but if you buy two the price is in-line with many other products. As of October 25, 2018 Good Morning Snore Solution is $69.94 for a single and $99.94 for a bundle pack. So, if you have another snorer in your home or a friend wants to try it too, you definitely get a better deal buying two. You can even just get both for yourself, so you have a backup. You know, in case the dog steals it off the nightstand to bury in the backyard. Surely these events don’t only take place in my house! Really you’ll only need one though – they are very easy to clean, and it should last a long while (standard time is ~1 year).
Note you’ll also pay extra for shipping – I think around $10 in the US. I think they sell in other countries as well, not sure how shipping cost works there. If you want it expedited, shipping price is around $30.
Update: Get the best deal on Good Morning Snore Solution
Also, Good Morning Snore Solution has a 30-day money-back guarantee. The fact that there’s no risk is one of the reasons I didn’t argue when my wife wanted to try it (and because she’s especially scary after a night of listening to me snore). If you decide it’s not for you then you just have to request a return authorization number. Then, you still have another 15 days to have it back to the company.
Overall, the price is reasonable (if it works for you). There are definitely cheaper anti-snoring mouthpieces available, so if the price doesn’t suit your budget, check out some other options.

Summary
Good Morning Snore Solution is really unique because the design makes it sit outside of your mouth, rather than in your mouth like most anti-snoring mouthpieces. I found it to be very comfortable, easy to clean, and most importantly very effective. As long as you can easily breathe through your nose, Good Morning Snore Solution is a very good option.
Conclusion
If it sounds like I am overly about Good Morning Snore Solution, it is because I truly am. I wanted to hate it simply because I was so sure there was no chance it would work for me. Every day, I’m grateful that my curiosity got the best of me. I know my wife and teenage son feel the same way.
If you are looking for a snoring solution that is comfortable, effective, durable, and safe, I highly recommend Good Morning Snore Solution.
