So I'm pretty sure I'm a bit delusional and my five-year fnaf phase is catching up to me.

Guys.. there's something I need to confess..

*Ahem*

If you guys ever thought that my Sonic and Sonic.exe phase are bad.. just know, that..

My Minecraft phase was even WORSE as a kid.

NO- FR- I used to play the game so much on my mom's old computer, I accidentally got blown up by my first mob, which was a Creeper (because I genuinely thought it was harmless), I even got 2 Minecraft plushies (I think.?) And a Minecraft poster of a cat chasing a creeper. I used to have 2 posters, but one of them just didn't wanna stick on the wall, so my mom had to put it away because the corner were already ripped a bit. I even used to have this big Minecraft torch that I would put on my wall as a nightlight (but it eventually faded in light and had to be put away as well)-- hell, I even have a Minecraft bed sheet as well as 2 pillow covers for my 2 pillows (because I had a little Among us phase and now have a blanket, 2 plushies, and a pillow cover relating to that game- BUT WE DONT TALK ABOUT THAT ^^"). And if you think that isn't enough, I have 2 little figures of Alex and this... Blaze (I think thats what it was..? Idk), both of them in minecarts stored inside of the little pokeballs I have on the desk close to the mirror. I think I might have a few Minecraft related stuff hidden away, but I'm too lazy to think about them since I just woke up and started writing this-- but yea....

I even used to have the Minecraft Story Mode games, and even Minecraft on the Xbox because WHY NOT?! :]

Though.. I didn't play Minecraft on the Xbox as much since I was so used to the PC version, so it was a bit hard to control it.

Not only that, but the fact I used to hear fanmade Minecraft parody songs of popular songs at the time.... I used to hear so many parodies of my favorite songs, even the infamous "Don't Mine at Night" song 😭

I used to hear it so much that, now when I hear those said popular songs on the radio I always play when I'm asleep, I start to remember the lyrics of those Minecraft parody songs more than the actual songs playing on the radio WHICH- MIND YOU- ITS STILL MY FAVORITE RADIO STATION TO THIS DAY DESPITE THE OBVIOUS SUGGESTIVE SONGS💀😭

But they bring back old classics sometimes and even some good new songs, so its all good👍 (and hey, maybe even a bit of Disney songs at rare times, or maybe some songs that I've heard in animation memes- those are always fun to stumble into when listening to the same radio station for years, now.)

But uhmm.................

But I guess I can't say my Minecraft phase wasn't too bad, per se...? Because I did the same with My Little Pony, The Powerpuff Girls, Pokemon, Five Nights at Freddy's(that phase was.... hell, actually. I couldn't stop talking about the game to my parents- and because of the movie that came out a long time ago but is still recent- it boosted the little fnaf phase that i had left hanging by a thread due to my Sonic phase taking over, i got to buy fnaf merch as well--), Bendy and The Ink Machine(it was a bit minor, but it definitely did a very good impact to my phase with FNAF), Cuphead(again, i watched gameplay and started hearing cuphead fan songs over and over, and i even have both Cuphead games that i never finished- i think i used to have a comic dub phase where i would watch so many cuphead dubs as well as FNAF and Baldi's Basics), Just Shapes and Beats (again- i just watched so much gameplay, I even had an animation meme phase that lasted up to 2022, and played the Story Mode many times as well as making my parents play the multi-player mode with me :])-- Fandroid, and then there was a bit of Osu one day, then I went from Nightcore to hearing Vocaloid, and then FNF (which was just watching the gameplays of almost all of the fnf mods I knew as well as hearing some of the fnf mod songs over and over, which i still do! It's just... filled with demon hedgehogs that have a little word next to them called "EXE", so uhm... YEA-), and not only that, but fnf mods were actually the ones that introduced me to the Fleetway comics and even started my Sonic.exe phase (which I still have.......-) and then I eventually watched gameplay of the Sonic.exe fan games, too.)

So, uhm...

Me having a Sonic phase isn't exactly new...

But I'm back to buying merch. And when I say that, I mean like.. I got at least 3 T-shirts of this blue gumball son of a gun, 2 Shadow plushes, 3 Sonic plushes, a rectangle package that has at least 4 or 3 official Sonic art as frames to put on the wall (but I never did because the nails that I see in my room are kinda running out, so it's just sitting there on the floor, using the wall as support to keep it up), a little Sonic school pouch to put in my school stuff, some Sonic stickers--

I think it's obvious that you can find a little bit of everything in my room.

oh i have seen the first twilight movie!! i just wasn't a fan. but it was my best friend's favorite series so i do know a lot about it! was anyone actually team jacob? he's like gale in the hunger games. the only reason anyone would actually prefer them is because they're Not the main love interest (sorry to any galeheads out there...)

anyway now i want to imagine what fandoms each of them would be in, so:

🎭 caroline: well, she's a great artist and a monster fucker.. i don't think i have to spell out what she was doing online fjkjsdsj and she loved comic books as a kid, so i feel like at the start of the MCU madness she was really hype and then she got more and more angry with the state of things

💬 beth: she's written some star trek fanfiction more highly researched than her master's thesis and she loved nsync because what is a baby dyke without her emotional support boy band / comphet crushes

🎸 danny: music is the obvious answer, but i'm not familiar with musical history so i can't go into detail 😭 but his dad introduced him to bob dylan and taught him how to play guitar, then he learned piano, then he taught himself how to produce his own music from scratch. this was in the 90s btw so it wasn't very easy to learn. also he used to seriously follow skateboarding

⛅ mikaela: she loved old school country music from female artists like tanya tucker, reba mcintire, loretta lynn, etc. she's less interested in modern country but she looooves shania twain. and she's worked nights (first as a bartender, then a nurse) for most of her life, so she got really into daytime soaps

🌲 asa: he's literally the only one on this list where i'm like...... stumped. he doesn't pay attention to anything online, celebrities, music (he'll listen to whatever), movies (doesn't care), could never commit to watching a whole tv show, etc. he's very floaty and daydreamy? lmao he just doesn't have the headspace to get attached to fictional media like that

🎥 finn: we know he's always been a harrison ford fan boy and in any universe where he survives past the 80s he's a huge nirvana fan!! (if he and jules had a son, they would've named him kurt... he's deeply serious) he's also read every stephen king book that came out while he was alive. he was a big reader in general, particularly horror

🧸 stevie: canon seth rogen super fan, has seen every adam sandler movie (every last one of them) and i knowww she knows the fnaf lore... as soon as she finishes a show/movie she likes to find the weirdest fan art to terrorize her followers. also loves musicals and wants to see cats on broadway someday (a girl can dream)

🎀 elaine: she loves following celebrity news but she watches them like animals in the zoo; ie. she's observing from afar, she has no personal stake in them. she's a frequent flyer on gossip forums like fauxmoi. she was on the ground floor of lipstickgate and was SEATED for dramageddon. and she had a serious twilight phase

🎨 jada: SOMEONE on this list had to get assigned supernatural... i'm not saying it just to say it, i really think she would connect with (early seasons) sam what with the dead mom... fear of losing their humanity... having powers they don't understand... a hot girl manipulating them to use their abilities in sketchy ways... yeah. i'm sure she has favorite contemporary artists (painters specifically) that she'd be able to talk about on end but sadly i don't know anything about that world 😭 oh and she's kind of obsessed with hate-reading booktok books to feel alive

🏈 casper: sports count as fandoms and i don't want to hear a word about it!! his team is the patriots but he's kind of a fairweather fan (maine doesn't have an nfl team so he doesn't have that state loyalty factor). miley cyrus is his problematic fave forever but he's kind of a pop girlie in general

💋 coco: in high school she was a speedcuber if that gives you an idea of what we're working with here.... she grew up with pokemon, naruto, dragon ball z, she collected trading cards, etc. she still likes anime and video games and stuff, she just doesn't have the time to get invested like she used to, and it makes her sad because it reminds her of her late best friend liam. she makes time to play fortnite and minecraft with his little brother and she plays other games on twitch sometimes. has done a LOT of cosplay. she's a huge nerd basically

Jojo I've been listening to the Kingdom hearts 1 title screen music non-stop because a friend of mine told me that It was good and now I actually want to start playing the entire series like you don't understand. The song just gives off a calming atmosphere and I'm legitimately curious on where to start.

I know that you Played Kingdom hearts before because I see you mention it on your blog multiple times. And I was wondering where you first started on the Kingdom hearts series.

(I know Kirby is your main priority at the moment but I couldn't resist asking this question, also FNAF rules ngl)

OHOHOHO. OHHHHH. These are floodgates I have yet to open on this Tumblr but I am a huge, HUGE Kingdom Hearts fan. I am not currently in a Kingdom Hearts phase (since it’s been a few years since we’ve gotten anything new). But when I am, I am utterly consumed hahaha. It was the first game series I was a truly a fan of. Years and years before I learned about Kirby.

Kingdom Hearts music is INCREDIBLE and I could talk forever about it. I’ve been to three of their World Tour concerts when they came to the US. The OST albums on Spotify consumed my top statistics this year :P with every new game, I always quietly sit and listen to the new version of Dearly Beloved on the main menu for a while before I begin as a personal sentimental tradition. :’)

I started playing Kingdom Hearts almost at the very beginning. I followed the series across all the different platforms it released on over the years. Thankfully it’s easier than ever to play now! If you’re interested, I recommend getting your hands on the “All-In-One Package” for the PlayStation or PC- whatever you happen to have (however I hear the switch version is extremely flawed. I don’t have it but maybe be careful with that one).

Some people would recommend playing them in chronological story order since it can be quite a wild ride. You can look up the chronological order out there. But my personal recommendation is to play the games in the order they released so you get the same experience as the people who followed the series from the beginning like me hehehe. But do whatever you’d like! I love this series very very much, through all of its triumphs, and even for its flaws and the absolutely wild story it has,

…because where else can you have a frame with a realistic looking Orlando Bloom as Will Turner Pirates of the Caribbean, with a cartoonishly bright Goofy staring blankly in the background? Or Yao from Mulan socking Donald Duck in the face?! I love it I love it I love it anyone can talk to me about Kingdom Hearts whenever they want!!

Anyway- The life-changing part of the game happened to me almost immediately lol. Like in the opening of the game and the tutorial section haha

I was instantly hooked. It’s been a huge positive influence in my life. 20 years later, I still remember the emotions I had playing each of the games for the first time. I’ve probably played KH2 a few dozen times, just on the PS2! I can’t wait to see where the next game takes us- but if there’s one thing you have to be as a Kingdom Hearts fan…. Is patient! xD

My kin list as animatronics/suits in my FNAF fangame in 10 words or less (Part 1/Game 1)

Luz - Freddy but she can go through either hallways (and unlike Freddy she can appear at the door position like Anne (Bonnie) and Molly (Chica), and if repelled she'll go back to the stage instead of either hallway corner. Also these don't count as 'words' since they're explanations for any new or remade mechanic)

Anne - Bonnie but she can sometimes switch to the right hall (which is why you need to check the cameras so you won't get caught off guard, but the way to repell her is the same, just close the door if you see her in the door position)

Molly - Chica but she can sometimes switch to the left hall (same deal as Anne)

Naruto - Foxy but with more phases yet a faster movement opportunity (unlike Foxy's four phases of movement our boy have double the amount with over eight, but the reason for this is because his movement opportunity is almost two times faster than Foxy's, Foxy having a chance every 5.01s while Naruto have one every 2.52s)

Akko - Golden Freddy but she's an actual threat, not a secret (she can appear in any camera but will wait for you to put the monitor down and up again to get rid of her)

Izuku - He can copy the previous five's moveset, pay close attention! (-on his location and placement/pose on the cameras)

Skid and Pump - You can't see them anywhere, you gotta listen for them (if you hear their shuffling and/or snickers on either side of the office then close the door until you hear either of them groan in dissatisfaction)

Erma - Don’t look at her, she really hates being watched (similar to the phantoms in FNAF 3 she'll appear on the camera you're viewing/left on with an audio cue, and if you stare at her for too long then she'll jumpscare you, except this one obviously kills you unlike FNAF 3, the amount of time you have to switch away or flip down the monitor also decreases depending on how high the A.I. Level is set with the lowest giving you 80s and the highest giving you 3.40s)

Satina - Go look for her, she likes playing hide and seek (the reversal to Erma's mechanics where you need to find and look at her for a bit to prevent a game over screen, but stay sharp because she can be active at the same time as/overlap with Erma meaning you'll have to deal with them one at time or you might even forget about the others who are still active while you search for her, thankfully her A.I. is easier than Erma's with the lowest giving you 90s and the highest giving you 5.40s)

The funniest piece of criticism for Mutant Mayhem I've seen is that the voices 'sound too childish'. Like, I don't even know what to say to that. Like, why are TEENAGE turtles, given TEENAGE voice actors. It makes me wonder how many adult people actually remember being teenagers.

your honor the audience shouldn't be forgetting that the main characters aren't even old enough to legally drive (that being 16 in New York)

i really don't think many adults remember being teenagers, or like. they choose not to remember it. i mean just look at every american teen drama ever.

I wrote like. creepypasta and fnaf porn. i had an emo phase. i drew lots of silly little drawings. i wore cat ears before it was Cool tm. i listened to nightcore religiously. i had a queer awakening and started exploring my heritage. i got lowkey labeled as a problem child with undiagnosed autism and adhd. i listened to my art classmates complain about society while i glued woerms to a piece of cardboard.

that's what i need to see the turtle boys doing. I crave them living the True Teen Experience, they are going through life not knowign what's happening and similtaneously trying to have a good time and dying and i'm excited to see what mutant mayhem does

this is a really good question that I don't see a lot of people asking so it's hard to find good advice for this

best advice I can give as a neurospicy individual is to not fight your attention span when it comes to hobbies. with school and work you don't have much of a choice but remember there are no deadlines or consequences in fandom

like I feel kinda bad for not having updated my two big fics in 2-3 months but y'know the juice just isn't there. I like quality and if I'm not interested it won't be quality. I try to keep my blog madcom focused because that's what people followed me for but trust me right now I'm all about my gta dude, sonic, batfam, mw2, and others I can't remember on top of madness combat

I can't give advice for artblock because I don't draw unless I absolutely want to, but for writing at least I find that outlining costs way less mental energy so even if I'm not putting together a new fic/chapter, I can still plan to with relative ease

but yeah neurodivergence doesn't always mean there's something wrong, sometimes it just means your brain works different and I don't think it's productive to try and force it to work another way. do what sparks joy. if your ideas are cringe, kill the cop in your brain because the entire premise of madcom would sound cringe if a 12 year old described it as their superhero backstory. what makes or breaks a story is the presentation of it, not the idea itself

also feel free to combine things you're fixating on. I was on a horror kick, decided to incorporate it with fandom (have not finished it because oh my god horror is so hard to write)

having people to bounce ideas off of is really helpful too because it can help you focus more on that one thing, as I'm sure you saw with the AU I'm working on right now. feel free to yell about stuff in my inbox if you'd like, don't know all those fandoms but I'm happy to listen

music also helps with focus, find a song that fits the vibe of what you want out of your work and set it to repeat. normal behavior I know but it worked for me

ultimately, don't stress. the mojo comes and goes, it's more cooperative if you are. fandom isn't a job or any sort of obligation and you can write, draw, headcanon whatever you want. sometimes multitasking is helpful because you can step back from something and then come back refreshed after working on another thing

hope this makes sense because it feels all over the place but yeah that's basically what I've learned to do

I do have diagnosed adhd , but fair warning i do not take anything for it, at least currently. I might get smth in the future, but for rn I got told to take caffeine (idk how it works??? Don't ask me I'm just listening:,)) ((I also do have a bit of hypersexuality, but it's not bad enough to be literally diagnosed w the whole thing.))

DSaF, FNaF, HFJONE, MUSIC!!!!, Chonny Jash, ARGS, etc. are stuff I love, and theres a shit ton more.

I write and draw in my free time, like most people here. I do dabble in roleplaying at times, but mainly if I don't got much to do and just wanna have some fun!

Angel

When I say that Angel has retail worker vibes, I mean they are the type to lawfully mess with costumers/coworkers that are more annoying than bearable. I'm thinking coffee shop barista. Not a place like Starbucks. More of a locally owned business that has a certain theme attached to it. It's either that or a thrift shop clerk.

Babe

So, we know they work in an office building/setting. I don't know what people do in offices but I just think it would be nice if they worked with Smartass and Baby (Ollie's listener) in the same department

Darlin'

They do odd jobs around the neighborhood. Good enough relationship where people trust them with simple things like dog-walking or lawn mowing. Sometimes helping That One Dad in the neighborhood with a passion project. Their life is too chaotic for them to keep a 9-5 at some corporation

Lovely

Art commissioner/babysitter. Something that offers a bit more free time than a normal 9-5. I honestly feel like Lovely doesn't need to work that much to keep a roof over their head for whatever reason (*coughcough* richkid *cough*). Though Lovely might not have that babysitting job anymore

Freelancer

They worked at their family's shop before they got their powers and moved to Dahlia to go to D.A.M.N. They don't have a current job right now to focus more on their studies and getting control of their powers (and their life)

Sunshine

Daycare attendant. No, I am not going through a FNaF phase. You're absolutely insane. Whatever correlation you may have conducted is entirely false and- Yeah- Yeah, it's because of the FNaF game (I blame amazing AO3 writers). Plus! Plus they just seem like a calming person to be around and especially good with children

Starlight

Okay. Headcanon (that I literally just thought of when I opened this draft again) inside a headcanon: Starlight is Angel's older sibling that went off to college before them and overtime grew apart from their family especially when Starlight had to switch schools. Anyways after college they started working at book shop. A place where they can just satiate their hunger to learn/understand more things while also earning money

Honey

What- What if- What if retirement home worker? Hear me out! We haven't had Honey for long but the way they react to Guy referencing memes and vines and other things it just feels like they hang around old people all day that they just pick up little mannerisms from them. Like one time when Guy was being a little lazy with house chores, Honey looked at him and said, "When I was younger-" And went on a 15 minute rant. To be fair, they were going off of 4 hours of sleep and their morning tea was just not helping.

Honesty time: I have spent a long time thinking that hiding my autism was okay because my mother told me so. I have been masking ever since I was five years old. She told me that the things I liked are creepy and weird, which lead to me to just not talk about the stuff I like. I kinda get that with Poppy Playtime and FNAF to a degree, but she also called Sonic and BARNABY both creepy and weird. She also told me that stimming was bad. But research proved wrong. I am learning that when I don't stim, I get very angry outbursts that happen on occasion. I wasn't allowed to have a Goth phase or even find new interests. I started making my Barnaby cosplay and she responded with an indignant, "Why do you want to dress as something creepy and abstract?" Then she called out the time I stimmed on Huggy Wuggy (a Poppy Playtime character who I suspect is on the spectrum but that is a conversation for a different post). And she also brought up, "Why don't you have your cat as a phone background?" I use my phone as a means to stim publicly and discreetly. I have many pictures of my cat and my boyfriend on my phone.

I have discovered that I have been quite unhappy with myself because I was trying to fit a mold that my mother made for me that was just plain unreasonable. And my big wake up call is actually from Billie Bust Up. I played Fantoccio's demo on my YouTube channel and I found myself getting jealous of Fantoccio. And later, admittedly, I got jealous of Barnaby as well. I asked myself, "Why am I jealous of them? They're both autistic, doing what they love, stimming without feeling like they're going to be punished harshly-" and that was when it hit me. I was jealous of them because they found a way to authentically be themselves. So I tried the face pat stim Fantoccio has. And I did it in front of my mother to try to calm myself down, which was a big mistake. She said that I was "hitting myself" even though I wasn't. (Unrelated note, I listened to "A Million Gruesome Ways to Die" again and realized that Barnaby was comfortable with himself because he was stimming. Adorable and awesome attention to detail).

She also tried to push me into being asexual. I also had an experience with my brother last night where I was stimming without realizing it completely. He told me to stop. I did. Then I put my hand where he couldn't see it, and he told me again that I shouldn't be stimming. I realized that I am trapped in a manipulative household. I can't do anything about it because I'm under conservatorship... I'm beginning to realize that I am not in a good situation. I love my mom but her ideas are unfortunately dated (mainly, stimming should not be encouraged but instead stopped). She has also threatened to put me in a group home (another sign of manipulation since I don't want to be in one). She acts like I can't live independently. She gave me one shot at independence and decided that it wasn't good enough after an incident that left me leaving my old college (I don't want to talk about it). I'm not even allowed to drink Monster energy drinks. Or even to like what I like. I feel controlled from my interests to my clothes.

I have given no reason not to be trusted. So why doesn't she trust me?

I need to change something.

If any of the Billie Bust Up devs read this, I have to say that your game changed my life and gave me a much needed wake up call. I know now that stimming is just self regulatory behaviors and that it's okay to stim. I just need to figure out how to balance when to stim and when to mask.

I had all these mfs in a room and said "I'll feel hands on my cheeks once I shift." And one night I layed there on my back, listening to a sub, and imagining someone holding my face like that. And soon enough I felt it and heard voices. THANK GOD I FREAKED AND CANCELED IT!!!!

Personal Post: 11/20/23

I’m at a very interesting point in my life. I feel like the universe is giving me a second chance to be a teenager. I was very isolated and didn’t have a great support system back then. I was an avid watcher of youtube and was on tumblr nearly 24/7. When the Hunger Games movies came out was when I first found a community. I was too scared to interact with people one-on-one, but I followed numerous Josh Hutcherson fan accounts and gained a small following on my fan blog (which I unfortunately deleted years ago thinking my HG phase was over) and it was the first time I felt like I was a part of something bigger than myself. I identified closely with Katniss and yearned for someone to love me the way Peeta loved her. It felt like home. Eventually, I went to college and after the last movie came out, the fandom slowly lost momentum, but I kept strong with my adoration for it. Hell, I got a tattoo the “the sun persists in rising so I make myself stand” quote when I was 20.

I first realized I could have a second chance when TBOSBAS movie was announced and scheduled to be released on my birthday. To say I was excited was an understatement. I wasn’t allowed to celebrate my birthday when I was growing up (religious cult shit I never subscribed to and left as soon as I could) so this was a dream come true. I saw the movie with a bunch of my friends and then we all went to my favorite restaurant afterwards. It made my heart so happy. When I got home I cried (happy tears I promise). I felt as if a part of my soul had been healed and my inner teen was finally able to live out a reality she never thought possible.

The reason I created this blog is to reclaim what I missed out on. I'm older, wiser, and just as cringe as I used to be. I've been listening to old albums that I played on repeat, indulging in fanfiction again, and better yet, some of the old youtubers I used to watch are back. Dan and Phil are making gaming content again. Anthony is back at Smosh and making sketches. And while I'm not in the FNAF fandom, the resurgence of JH fandom is giving me new life.

Lastly, I've decided that I'm going to try my hand at writing fanfic, I tried a bit when I was a wee lad, but it never really went anywhere and it was bad to say the least. But, fuck it, I'll try it again and see where it takes me.

And to little teenage me, congratulations babe, the odds are finally in your favor.
