Just saw the MOST unhinged take about the aita cake guy and im honestly kind of shook about it. Basically that making fun of cake guy and calling him TA is an essentially ableist thing to do, because plenty of autistic people have extreme food sensitivities, ranging from not being able to eat the thing to "will be extremely upset if i have to eat the thing when i wasn't expecting to have to" and we shouldn't assume that cake guy isn't autistic or that he has another mental disorder that would make a layer of vanilla inside his chocolate cake a traumatic event. And it's like. Absolutely nobody is just coming after this random guy for having food sensitivities. Nobody's actually making a comment on food sensitivities at all. Rather, this is a 34 year old fucking adult male who of his own free will posted this story - without any mention of food sensitivities, autism, etc - to the internet, the famously "coming after random guys" place, literally asking for feedback and looking for justification. This isn't pointing and laughing at a stranger for having food sensitivities in the privacy of his home. This is, in a bitchy way or not, answering a question that he willingly asked the public. It's so odd to see someone completely bypassing that initial act of agency on his part, like, pretending that he didn't make that post. And i honestly can't believe it's real

Wanted to elaborate more on my IFS. This gets long so buckle in folks
First off, IFS stands for Internal Family System, which is a kinda psychotherapy thing. "IFS is a transformative tool that conceives of every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core Self."
This was introduced to me by my mom, who if you didn't know has gone through college and has a master's degree in all this mental stuff, as well as working at a place to help people who are struggling.
Basically it helps you connect to yourself more, and access those parts of yourself that have been wounded or are protective, and is used in therapy. It's not just therapy, but an expanded way of understanding yourself.
This is not to be confused with multiple systems, which is caused by Dissociative Identity Disorder. IFS is a thing everyone has, as we are all comprised of different parts and experiences. It is evidence-based, and you can look up more information if you don't entirely believe me.
The IFS is made up of three roles; Managers, who are the protective parts of you, and help manage emotions and tasks in daily life. Exiles, who hold memories of hurt, fear, and pain, like they're holding your trauma. Firefighters, who seek to ward off the bad emotions caused by the exiles, which manifests in coping mechanisms that are either bad (substance use and the like) or good (listening to music or something to distract yourself.
IFS also includes the core Self, like the genuine version of you, and can identify, observe, and help in lessening how extreme a role may be, or make one more productive, and help them all coexist in an effective way. It includes positive traits like the eight C's and five P's, and the presence of each helps you personally identify how available the Self is, and what still needs to come out.
The eight C's: Confidence, calmness, creativity, clarity, curiosity, courage, compassion, connectedness
The five P's: Presence, patience, perspective, persistence, playfulness
I created characters/sonas of the parts of my own Internal Family System, which right now comprises of 5 firefighters, 2 exiles, and 3 managers.
Euphrosyne (Mirth) is the more childish things I enjoy, as well as my excitement and hyperfixation on things I love and have grown up with, such as Disney, robots, the color pink, dresses, and more
Oizys (Miseria) is the more emotional part of me, which shows itself in her elemental theme. Instead of distracting, this is the part that makes me hyperfocus on bad memories and the emotions that come with them
Asteria is the part of me that loves and worships the stars, and amplifies the comfort and calm I feel from the night sky and the moon. It holds all my beliefs and feelings surrounding the night and anything associated with it
Aphrodite I'd rather not expand on, as she has a more personal role derived from a personal experience
Soteria (Alexis) is essentially a knight, which shows in her design. She's the most defensive, in which no matter where bad emotions come from, whether the other roles or outside forces, she immediately shields me off; most often manifesting in heavy disassociation and avoidance, which are the times I get quieter and seem to disappear for a while
Pasithea (Pax) is the part that prioritizes my own comfort and safety, and keeps the things that are soft and make me calm nearby as much as possible. Like my Hornet plushie, my yin-yang bracelet, my music boxes, and anything else that's really special
Teles (Camille) is the part that prioritizes work and perfection, and oftentimes is what gets me so focused on documentation of games I currently play. She focuses on keeping things known to me, and trying to make everything perfect no matter how long it takes, so she and Pax butt heads a lot
Minerva (Aria) is the part that prioritizes my love and connection to music, as well as keep all my special and favorite songs memorized for me to sing. She ties memories and experiences to songs, so that when I'm thinking or feeling something, I have the perfect thing to express myself
Kitty and Skylar are my exiles, and in being so, I'm not gonna talk about what specifically they represent; only that they are designed how I looked during the period of time in which the memory occurred

On this rare form of Blue Moon, take a deep breath and choose one of these four piles. Each pile holds various messages that you need to hear at this time. But remember, this is a general reading, so take what resonates and discard whatever does not.
If you would like a personal reading from me, I open mini reading requests every Monday where I will answer your question with five cards. Please only ask one question per ask per week, and make sure to leave a name/nickname/initial by which to call you when leaving your reading request.
But if you'd like something more in depth, or have a more urgent question, I am also currently offering in depth personal readings. More info on how to request an in depth paid reading here.
With that said, choose the pile that calls to you, and find your messages under the cut.

Decks used: Therapets, Way of the Panda Tarot, Light Seers Tarot, Wild Unknown Animal Spirits, Shine From The Inside Oracle, Barbieri Zodiac Oracle, Oracle of the Fairies, The Deck (Custom Made Blackpink Oracle Deck)
Tumblr media
PILE ONE:
There's some guilt that you're being called to let go of. There are situations in your past that have caused you to regret how you acted, whether it be that you didn't stand up for yourself or that you hurt someone with things that were said. These situations have been prominent in your mind recently, but it's important to understand the bigger picture here. You're called to reflect on these moments and discover what lesson you were supposed to be learning from those experiences. These things happened so that you could grow, not so that you could be stuck in guilt. Allow yourself to make peace with these situations or people in whatever way that means to you, absorb the lesson, and then release the experience.
You're being called to be kind to yourself, and be patient as life changes and evolves around you. You have strong values, and it's important to stand firm in those while also staying true to yourself and staying grounded. When you're grounded and in tune with yourself, you can move mountains, so it's important for you to really allow yourself to find that center where you can return to when things get hard. It will be much easier for you to do this when you've released the guilt and negativity that is blocking you from achieving this state of mind. Whatever situations cause you stress and anxiety when you think about them, it's time to let go of them.
Now is a good time for you to work towards setting boundaries with the people around you as well. This isn't meant to push people away from you, but it is important to establish to those around you what is ok and not ok, and for you to love yourself enough to set these limits with people. There is insecurities that you have, but remember that most people do in fact want you to let them know when things aren't ok, and the people who care about you will appreciate you doing this. Without these boundaries in place, you're kept in a place of stagnation that doesn't allow you to grow, so please realize how integral setting these boundaries really is to your growth and wellbeing.
The fear of change is normal, but it won't prevent things from shifting, so learning to embrace it is key. This stems from that patience with yourself, but it also comes from allowing yourself to live in the now and let go of the anxiety about what "could be". It's important to be honest with yourself about what is holding you back and holding you in patterns that aren't serving you. This is a great time to start working on building your self confidence and self love, but this can only be achieved after you take a hard look at yourself and honestly assess what things are helping you and what things are hindering you.
One thing that will really help you to grow with this is to celebrate your own victories. No matter how small or large they are, progress is progress, and you deserve to feel accomplished for evolving and making positive changes. Also be open to the signs around you that you're on the right track. Sometimes these signs will be big. Sometimes they'll be subtle. But know that they're always there, and they're always ready to encourage you and cheer you on.
Focus your energy on breaking free of these things holding you back, and making tough decisions. To do this, you might need to step out of your comfort zone by taking risks and doing things you consider scary, but it'll pay off. It's also important to focus on understanding not only yourself, but others, and to not let harsh emotions like anger cloud your judgment.
Lastly, your Therapets card (top middle) is provided as a source of encouragement for you. The truth is, you're far more capable than you feel.
Cards Pulled: Reverse Four of Cups, Reverse Strength, Fire, Air, Celebration, Nature's Signs, Elk, Reverse Death, Reverse Queen of Wands, Hope Not, Tune Into Your Inner Peace, "The truth is, you're far more capable than you feel."
Tumblr media
PILE TWO:
You're being called to evaluate the situations you're in and the people you're surrounding yourself with, and to walk away from the people and situations that are no longer serving you. You have so much worth that you don't even realize because these things are weighing you down and blocking you from even realizing it. It might hurt at the moment to remove yourself from these things and people, but there are so many better things on the horizon for you, so long as you clear your energy to allow it to flow to you.
You've allowed yourself to be swayed by others opinions of you, and in doing so have allowed your own desires to be ignored. It's time for you to take your power back, and focus again on what it is that you want out of your life. It's also important to surround yourself with positive friends, and people who will encourage you following your dreams and doing things that make you happy. Take the time to focus on yourself and your own self care, and remember that it doesn't make you selfish to think about yourself. With these new friends, make sure to balance between giving to them and not burning yourself out so that this can be a more positive experience for both of you, and commit to keeping it that way.
This is a wonderful time to break out of the auto pilot mode you've put yourself into, and to put an end to that cycle. To put an end to that though, you need to be able to deal with past traumas you've been through in your life and make peace with them. This won't be easy to do, but it's necessary work to be able to move forward positively. You'll see so many blessings coming into your life when you choose to do the inner work and choose joy in the future. Make sure to have gratitude for all the things that come your way as well, as showing gratitude will make way for more positivity to continue to flow in. Let go of the past, allow yourself to trust the people in your present, set your boundaries, and allow all of that to bring to you situations that are more positive and divine.
There might even be desires of yours that you've kept hidden for so long that you don't even remember that you wanted it. Allow yourself to tap back into these desires that have remained hidden, and know that you can achieve them if you truly set your mind to it. You might not be perfect at it on the first try, but that's ok. As long as you go into it with an open mind and pure intentions, things will work out for your highest good. and work out the way they're supposed to. This is a great time for you to set goals and think about the things you want to accomplish, and allow your emotions to guide you towards setting goals that align with your dreams. Also allow yourself to listen to your intuition and that inner voice in your head. If you're drawn towards something, and it won't cause you any harm, then go for it.
Lastly, your Therapets card (top middle) is provided as a source of encouragement for you. You're not going to succeed at everything you do, and that's okay.
Cards pulled: Reverse Knight of Pentacles, Ten of Swords, Saturn, Moon, Lost and Found, Pure Intentions, Starfish, Nine of Cups, Reverse Nine of Wands, See U Later, Commit to Self Care Rituals, "You're not going to succeed at everything you try, and that's okay."
Tumblr media
PILE THREE:
It's so important for you to remember that you don't need to have everything figured out all the time. Life isn't as serious as you're making it out to be right now, and you're just causing yourself unnecessary stress. Allow yourself to actually live life, not just worry about life. Your past is holding you down right now. It's important for you to do some inner child work so that you can rise from the ashes of your past and move forward. This is a great time to let go of the baggage that's weighing you down, and let yourself move forward feeling lighter.
It's time for you to let go of these burdens, and allow yourself to rest and relax. This is a time for deep healing, if you allow yourself to do the work and feel the feelings. Doing that will help you to get realigned with yourself and find the emotional release that you've been needing.
You're confined to your comfort zone right now, but growth exists outside of it. So push yourself to try new things, have new experiences and think new thoughts. It's okay to start small, but remember you can't grow if you stay in the same place, so keep moving forward and keep pushing yourself.
You might be called to help others during this time as well, and you might find healing though helping others to find their healing. It'll help you to find your own self worth and remember just how special you are as well. You're not paying attention to your inner voice right now, and it's time to listen to it and think about what it is that you want, and allow your intuition to guide you.
Be receptive to the world around you, and allow it to inspire you to heal. There is hope on the horizon for you. You just need to allow it to find its way to you. Find the bright side of your situation, and hold onto that glimmer of light, and allow it to grow into a bigger and bigger light. You have the ability to change a negative situation into a positive one if you hold onto the light.
Allow yourself to feel the joy that feels most authentic to you. It's important to focus on what feels most authentic to yourself, but be patient with yourself as you do this. Keep the hope and the faith that you will find yourself, even if it takes more time than you'd initially like for it to.
Lastly, your Therapets card (top middle) is provided as a source of encouragement for you. You are going to get through this just fine.
Cards pulled: The Star, Eight of Cups, Jupiter, Sagittarius, Inspiration, Hope, Phoenix, Four of Pentacles, Reverse High Priestess, Forever Young, Step Out of Your Comfort Zone and Try Something New, "You are going to get through this just fine."
Tumblr media
PILE FOUR:
This is a very successful time for you, so remember to celebrate your wins. It doesn't matter how big or small they are. Allow yourself to revel in the feelings of success or satisfaction, because acknowledging those feelings will allow more of it to flow to you.
You might be finding yourself at a crossroads in life, and you might be trying to rationalize which path you should take. Drown out all the noise, and allow your intuition to guide you. If you really take the time to stop and listen, you'll find that you know what choice you should make already. Don't judge yourself for being unsure tho, and don't judge yourself for wanting to make a decision that others might not consider to be the "right" one. Those people are not you. You have to do what's right for you, and show yourself love and patience for having the courage to make that choice. Others opinions of what you choose to do does not matter.
You're a very caring person, and you wear your heart on your sleeve sometimes, and there's no shame in that. Allow that to be a strength and not a weakness, and let that propel you into manifesting the things you desire. You're moving towards even more success, so don't doubt yourself.
This is a time for creativity for you, so allow those ideas to flow through you and to you. You'll be opened up to new paths and new relationships with this, so allow the abundance to flow to you, and allow yourself to take this path with empathy, both towards yourself and towards the people who come into your life. Don't allow yourself to get overwhelmed and get cold. Your heart is your greatest asset. Allow it to stay open, despite what might happen.
Use nature to help you find your center during this time, and use it as a way to find peace when things get stressful. There's a lot of positive change coming to your life. Don't fear it. Embrace it, and embrace all of your wonderful manifestations. But if you find yourself feeling out of balance, allow yourself to take a walk or take a break in nature to help yourself get grounded again.
This is a great time to work on what you consider your own personal freedom. Big change is coming to you, and you're allowed to change as a person as well. Allow your self confidence to build as these changes come your way, and assess what things feel right to you as things shift. Once again, it's important to be patient with yourself, but it's also important to remember that you do have control of some things. Issues surrounding your personal identity and how you express yourself might come up during this time, so allow yourself to work through that and to give yourself the time you need to find what's right for you and to heal what isn't.
Lastly, your Therapets card (top middle) is provided as a source of encouragement for you. You're not going to succeed at everything you do, and that's okay.
Cards pulled: Knight of Cups, Eight of Wands, Sun, Uranus, Manifestation, Go Outside, Tarantula, The Empress, Ace of Cups, How You Like That, Stop Judging and Start Loving, "You need to give yourself time to heal, no matter how long that ends up being."

30-day knb challenge: Day 1- Favorite Male character
↳ Haizaki Shougo
Tumblr media
I am not justifying Haizaki's behaviour. I think he needs a tall glass of respect woman juice and therapy. This is just meant to explain why he is my favourite character and help you better understand him as a character. Do not send hate or take my words out of context. You will be reported, deleted and cancelled. Thank you and enjoy. :)
My favourite character is Haizaki Shougo *dodges tomatoes* a lot of people in the fandom hate this guy for many reasons. It's kind of funny how many people hate him and the amount of hate he gets just for existing. Like bruh; he's sixteen, leave him alone. 😂
His whole existence is just sad. He was literally created to be hated.
Like straight up, Tadatoshi Fujimaki even admitted that he hated Haizaki. Haizaki's sole purpose of existing is to make the Generation of Miracles look better even though they’re just as problematic as he. No one is fucking perfect and is about time people woke the fuck up and realized it. Your faves are problematic move the fuck on.
Yes, the Miracles are redeemable but so is Haizaki. Yet, unlike the Miracles, he does not get redeemable. No, he disappears and is never seen again. Like bitch, what the fuck!? if you’re gonna introduce a character to only have them disappear for a long time and either have them show up again or just never mention them again. Wasting the potential they had to be a very good character or not having them redeem themselves while the other characters who were just as fucking problematic get a fucking redemption arc because they’re fucking main characters!? What’s the point of that character even existing in the first place? What kind of bullshit is that? Just to have them exist to make the main characters look good? How the fuck does that make sense? Like where is my Haizaki redemption arc? Do I have to write it on my own? I will write it. I am writing one.
Haizaki is the only character I could relate to. Being second best, struggling to find somewhere to fit in and overshadowed and replaced by someone everyone thinks is better than you. It's fucking depressing, okay? You spend your whole life thinking you’re not good enough, and it hurts. I don't feel like going too deep into it because I don't owe you a detailed explanation of my trauma, okay?. So I'll save that for my fics where I self-project half of it onto Haizaki. It’s a coping mechanism, okay? Therapy is fucking expensive.
The anime ruined his whole character, got rid of his whole arc and shorted it down, and made him worse than he really is.
A post explaining how the anime did him dirty and goes more in-depth about his character
I am not trying to justify his actions, i.e. him manhandling Alex and beating Himura up. He does terrible shit. We all do lousy shit sometimes, but that doesn't make us bad people. Making mistakes is a part of being human, and we're supposed to hold people accountable for their actions and help them realize what they’re doing is wrong, allowing them to grow and change. Not condemn them and ostracize them, which leads to isolation and a lot of psychological trauma and self-hatred, and as someone who has dealt with—is still dealing with all three. It is not fun. It makes living painful. Highly unrecommended.
Haizaki does not have a positive role model in his life nor anybody he can turn to, everyone has already given up on him. Even Nijimura and Kuroko didn’t even try to help him, being more focused on the Miracles. (Yes, I know kuroko tried to stop him from throwing his basketball shoes away, but that doesn’t fucking count because after that Kuroko just gave up on Haiazki too). Haizaki has probably grown grew up knowing only violence and not a single ounce of kindness, turning him into the bitter and angry little boy he is.
Haizaki had so much potential. But instead of making him a great villain that potential was WASTED on fucking Kise.
Also, the Kaijo vs Seirin match in the winter cup was completely useless because Kise already got redeemed and he literally got no character development from it.
And Seirin was gonna fucking win anyways because duh thier the main characters. 🙄
Now some headcanons I think about a lot:
1. He gets abused. Some psychological behavioural consequences of child abuse are unhealthy sexual practices and juvenile delinquency, and Haizaki exhibits all three which are some external behaviours of most (NOT ALL) male abuse victims. Haizaki's a womanizer, aggressive, hostile and violent. Yet, he backs down when someone stronger than him comes around and puts him in his place i.e. Aomine and Nijimura.
a factsheet explaining the long term consequences of child abuse and neglect
How to help a friend dealing with family abuse or neglect
How to Handle Abuse
2. He's a victim. And when you're a victim, you either become angry and cynical with everything and everyone around you, swearing never to be a victim again and struggle with gaining back control of your life. Not wanting anyone to see you being vulnerable because being vulnerable makes you weak. Being weak makes you shatter. You always shatter like glass, cutting yourself every time you pick up broken pieces, watching as blood trickles through your fingers.
Your body is constantly on high alert. The default is flight or fight—survival to the fittest.
Or you bite your lip and keep your head down, bottling everything inside and looking for escapes or seeking validation. You want to be wanted and loved because you struggle with loving and accepting yourself. There's always a voice in the back of your head telling you, you're not good enough or that it's your fault. That everything is your fault. Self-hatred and self-doubt are your tormentors.
Or it's a combination between both—a constant struggle.
And I believe Haizaki portrays both from the way he acts and presents himself. Especially since his motto is literally "Survival of the fittest,” and he had once told Kuroko, " there are bad guys and then the really scary people," or something along those lines, which I believe he is talking from experience. You learn from your experiences. They either make you or break you.
3. He's touch-starved.
What Does It Mean to Be Touch Starved?
4. He's bisexual and has a lot of internalized homophobia. I can just feel his internalized homophobia rolling off of him. Bruh, I just know cuz I am bisexual, and I have struggled with internalized homophobia and still sadly struggle with it cuz I grew up surrounded by homophobic people.
I still live with them. 😭
Also, we live in a society that thinks straight is the default.
What internalized homophobia is.
5. His sexual awakening was probably Aomine or Kise. Could be both 😂?
6. He cries himself to sleep every night.
7. He's observant and a great judge of character. It's a fact. This guy literally predicted the downfall of the Miracles. Straight up warned Kuroko too. Too bad Kuroko didn't listen to him.
8. He's hilarious. When he first appeared in the manga, he literally called Himura a loser, lol. XD
9. He's a closeted softie and a total tsundere.
10. doesn't know how to react to kindness and will think you're threatening him or will feel really awkward and uncomfortable but will cover it up with his scowl, or he'll have a breakdown.
11. needs a lot of reassurance and head pats
12. swears a lot. Has no filter.
13. His bother is in the yakuza or some high position of power, and he feels inferior to him. It also explains why Haizaki gets away with things because he would have been kicked out of school if his bother wasn't either-or. I'm talking about his bother being in the yakuza, lol. XD
14. He and Momoi dated for a while but broke up on a mutual understanding that thier relationship just didn't work out. They're best friends and hang out sometimes.
15. Haizaki's good with kids and just genuinely likes them. He would be a great father and try his best to raise his kids right.
16. He gets sick really easily
17. He's clingy
18. He has no friends, mainly because he doesn't want people to get close to him because he's afraid of getting hurt again. Also, everyone in knb hates him.
19. He watches cartoons cuz he was never allowed to watch them when he was a kid. His childhood is trash, okay?
20. He hides in the closet because that's where he feels safe the most—rhetorically and literally.
21. Sleep-deprived and only runs on caffeine and spite.

I see a lot of "x is an unhealthy coping mechanism" and not a lot of "this is how you replace unhealthy coping mechanisms with healthy ones" so here's my most embarrassing and out of control unhealthy coping mechanism and what my therapist is doing to help me with it. Obviously I recommend getting therapy yourself to create an individualized plan but some people can't get therapy rn so here are some general steps you can take.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is my bedroom. Yes, that is a solid pile of stuff that takes up most of my room and has for basically my whole life. We've cleaned it once or twice but the mess always comes back. I have recently-diagnosed hoarding-type OCD and have severe problems parting with things, mostly stemming from an intrusive thought/irrational fear that I'm going to lose all of my good memories forever. It does have some basis in reality in that I do actually have memory issues from trauma and ADHD, and my memories are mostly triggered by seeing physical items.
So Zee, you might be wondering, what are you doing to manage this gargantuan problem that you've created for yourself over years of denying that you have a problem? Well, the following:
1. Admit that what you're doing isn't working. The first step to fixing a problem is knowing you have it. That's why surrounding yourself with one kind of friend is a pretty bad idea. If all of your friends make suicide jokes, do drugs, or write smut about children, you're probably not going to realize it's wrong, especially if they're telling you the outside world is against you or "just doesn't understand".
2. Acknowledge that your coping mechanism comes from a place of legitimate hurt or fear. It's important to validate your own emotions in this process. Once you realize you have a problem, it's easy to say "wow I was stupid for not realizing this was so bad earlier" but understand that it's hard to see a problem when you're in the middle of it. The solution to a corn maze may seem simple when you're looking at it from a helicopter, but it's not as easy when you're actually standing in the maze.
3. Reassure yourself. Most mentally ill people don't get the reassurance we need often enough because our hurt or fear is treated as ridiculous or exaggerated (thanks ableism /s). Say things like "I'm safe now", "this fear is irrational, but I acknowledge that my lack of control over the situation is bothering me", "it's ok to be scared", or "thank you brain for responding to fear properly, but there's no danger here right now". Basically, talk to yourself like you're comforting a child who thinks they've seen a monster in the closet. Be rational but not condescending.
4. Find things that bring you comfort. Make art, listen to music/ASMR, care for an animal, do a coloring page, whatever makes you happy and relaxed. If you can, do this right after you reassure yourself to bring yourself down gently from the spike of fear or pain you experience.
5. Have an emergency plan. Recovering isn't easy. There are times you might want to just give up. Have a plan for what you'll do, who you'll call, and where you'll go during a crisis. Everyone's plan is different, but mine is as follows, checking for improvement between each step:
a. recognize that I'm in crisis.
b. take a CBD gummy.
c. talk to a family member.
d. call a crisis hotline.
e. ask to be taken to an inpatient facility.
I've never needed to go past c, but it's good to have a full plan in case you need it.
