✨ The Wingman: One Year Anniversary ✨

✨💛🌈Hello, everyone!🌈💛✨

One year ago, after eating a succulent Thanksgiving Dinner with my family, I made the bold choice to wash it down by launching my longfic The Wingman on Archive Of Our Own! In between then and now, the amount of artwork, fanworks, fanfiction, kudos, comments, and support has blown me out of the water. Very fitting then, that I celebrate the season of thanks by thanking YOU for all the massive support!!

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year. A lot has happened between now and then, huh? After launching Peter Hart in March, I’ve focused lots of time on YWIMC, and have finished my second round of editing. Lots of stories, lots of experiences, and a whole lot of fun! 🎉

Building these stories has been a phenomenal experience, and sharing my art, music, and writing with such a welcoming and inclusive community has been very inspirational. Thank you, everyone. 💛✨

In addition to drawing and VHS-scruffifying the episode thumbnail, I also edited the Deku Tree's face onto a previously faceless tree and drew his lip flaps. :3

And I drew a pillow to make the Triforce of Power all comfy-cozy back home at Ganon's house. :3

My attempt at a scene from my Ganlink longfic The Longest Leap of Faith (scene and link below the cut)

“Give me your pack,” he said wearily.

“No. Why?” I did not stop to look at him, still watching the wavering horizon we marched towards.

“Interesting that you would say no before asking why.” When I did not stop or answer he continued with a sigh. “The why should be clear. It’s slowing you. It will not affect me to insignificantly increase my burden.” 

“No.” 

“Give me your pack, or I will pick your entire body up.” 

“No!” I snapped, finally stopping to stare up at him. 

He stopped and stared right back. Not even challenging, no, that would have made us equals. He seemed to be looking down at me in every sense, like he was disappointed by my petulance. “I am trying to help you.”

“I don't want your help.” 

He chuckled and shook his head. “Yes, you do. You have quite deliberately sought it out and accepted it. Is this not minor by comparison?”

I glared at him, actually considering his offer. There wasn’t much harm that could be done by him taking it, I simply didn’t want any more of his help than necessary. 

“Keep your weapons on you. What will I do, steal back my own melons?” he said with a sly smile. 

“Maybe,” I grumbled.

He laughed and held out his large hand. I relented.
