seriously though, here’s a few scribbles I’ve been thinking on lately that have me emotional. I think Revali blindsiding Link with a courting gift would completely throw him for a loop. Dating a champion while being a ‘nobody’ I wonder if Link might be more insecure. Link has never read as an insecure character to me personally but I like toying with different ideas and concepts.

(in this story idea I imagine that Link grew up in the village, never became a soldier and probably works at the general store or in fabric making {getting back at his Hateno roots}. I use the term hen because I hc that Link is trans but because of growing up away from the forced hero mould his gender expression is a lot more relaxed and flowy. He views himself masculine yes but also just as much feminine. A both-and situation.)
