In the svsss timeline things are obviously messed up but if we're counting pidw universe as well then I think most of Bing-ge's wives had children, which is something everyone forgets about but he is indeed a father several times over. Madame Meiyin and the succubi are also probably not virgins in either timeline I'd wager. There's also a pretty prominent young-ish (within the generation of relevant characters) female character in tgcf who has a child but I don't think the translation has gotten to her yet so I won't elaborate for spoilers
