RECURRING REVENUE + PROFITS using CHATBOTS: I was brought onto the Mindful Health team (a Danette May Brand) to consult on their organic social media strategy. They wanted to triple revenue organically marketing across social media channels. I have spent the last 12 years prior to developing countless high producing organic social media funnels and accepted the contract. TRUTH BE TOLD, at the time, I fell in love with the staff and the community we were creating. I dove all in and head first into a nutty strategy I had always wanted to try; TING TANG WALLA WALLA BING BANG. Thankfully, Danette and Craig (the owners) were willing to allow me and the space to test and try it out. Using TING TANG WALLA WALLA BING BANG, I WAS CONVINCED I COULD MARKET TO THE SAME AUDIENCE ORGANICALLY (TING TANG METHOD) MARKET 4 DIFFERENT PRODUCTS and ATTRACT USERS INTO A CHATBOT CONVERSATION (WALLA WALLA) and through SURVEYS SEQUENCING and BEHAVIORAL EMPOWERED JOURNEYS ++NOT CREATE AUDIENCE FATIGUE over TIME and CONVERT THEM while increasing RETENTION (BING BANG METHOD)...It worked. The team and I spent the next 6 months testing various chat bot platforms and survey sequences. (THANK YOU Ryan Levesque: Circa 2015NYC) I finally connected with Allison Forrest of ChatKit and it was love at first sight. PLATFORM WISE :) Chatkit UNDERSTOOD innovation, improving UX, AND THEY WERE OPEN TO TRY THE STRATEGY. CHATKIT also offered AI and a learning machine which was HUGE FOR US as in order for this to work WE needed a way to... MEASURE the reactions, the engagements, and conversations AS WE COULD decompress the qualitative and quantitative metrics...needed ai. We used DEDICATED surveys and NOT TEMPLATES. MY PRETTY WITTY opinion, dedicated funnels produce at a higher rate than templates. In December 2017, the team and I tested out a 4-part promo using an OMNI-CHANNEL map that we developed. We launched the campaigns onto Danette May's Facebook, Instagram, and private FB community group pages, using a chatkit chatbot, and our DEDICATED survey funnels. THE RESULTS WERE RIDICULOUS. to the tune of 60,000 NEW opt-ins/subscribers, 6 figure sales in product and programs. Tune in as I share the case study of marketing to the SAME audience and yielded a $100k+ return in 10-days on 4 various products, programs, events, and services. MIND YOU THIS IS ALL ORGANIC and we duplicated this process every 45-days experiencing increased ROI each time! I know there is A LOT of unknowns with AI and tech but I know in my heart that IF we approach AI within MARKETING correctly WE WILL buy back time of an organization and their people, improve the consumer experience, and innovate solutions and UX over time!
