You pout, knowing he wouldn’t budge unless you executed an action plan. A bulb went off your head. Aha!

He lifts a brow, wondering what you’re planning to do next. He knows you’re going to do something.. out of the ordinary, to say the least.

— He’d been dealing with a certain Alexander Hamilton, issuing his debt plan into action. He was exxxHAUSTED, as you can.. already, probably tell.

“Come onnnn,” You pout, giving him the best you could possibly attempt to try to persuade him into telling.

Is there anything you would of written differently? Why, and what would you of done?

the short answer is yes lmao.

the long answer is also yes but with a bunch of explanation. writing bks chapter by chapter and posting as i go is great and also not great for several reasons. getting immediate feedback is always great, and it pushes me to keep writing but it also means that i can't change things once they're written.

if i could the main things i would change would be :

i would rewrite any and all reader descriptions. in the early days of bks it was just a silly story that i wrote for myself. that being said i did my best to write the reader as ambiguous but a lot of my self bled through. very specifically is the fact that i get very very red when i'm embarrassed. i don't know the exact line but there was at one point in dins internal monologue something along the lines of "you blush blah blah blah, he wonders how deep the crimson tint goes." so i would change all of that for sure

on a less serious not i would rewrite all of chapter seven LMAO. i was stressed about six being the first smut chapter and i convinced myself that there needed to be more dirty stuff since i'd already started with it. i am haunted by the chapter seven blowjob. it feels so out of place to me like it's not needed, it's gotta go, i hate it but can do nothing about it.

hypothetically, If a movie/Show director came up to you to make a producion based heavily on BKS, would you take the opportunity?

yes and i would do it lin manuel miranda style by insisting that i play the lead and then i would demand pedro pascal as my counter part (he'll def take it, im convinced that man will do any movie.)

what inspired you to write bks?

a lot of things!!

mostly music, all sorts of songs. when i started it i had also just finished queen charlotte. (if you havent watched queen charlotte and like bks i highly recommend it.) i would say that bks!reader was based on charlotte early on. (i'm also gonna use my favorite line from queen charlotte in the epilouge)

and i just love telling stories. i love making these worlds and the people in them and this was the first time i ever put it into words!!

how do you think writing and posting bks has affected you? Positively, Negatively? What do you think would of changed if you didn't write it?

definitely both but the negatives aren't bad, and the positives make up for it.

bks in it's conception was always intended to be a coping mechanism for me. at the time of it's start my best (and realistically, only) friend was getting ready to move away for college and i realized that he was the only person i ever spent time with and i needed a hobby. i tried a few things until one day writing stuck. the intention was to have something to keep me busy but i ended up really loving it.

there's never been any external negatives, it really is just that i can be hard on myself but at the end of the day it's been a huge point of growth for me.

i just had to pick a color and this is what my fingers typed lol, i knew from the get go that din's favorite color would be green so i had to pick something that wasn't that.

i think so !! i like to think that they live in the cabin, bks!reader became attached to naboo and bks!din will happily live wherever she is. i also like to think that they travel though. they leave naboo as often as they can, din likes to show his children the galaxy so when they're older they definitely invest in a ship

what was your absolute favorite scene to write?

there's so many gahhh im gonna try and narrow it down to a top three:

#1 : Chapter 16 - their first kiss

this was a big deal to me, i worked for quite some time on that scene. i had several long conversations with friends about it because i wanted it to have the weight of a scene from bridgerton. i love love love bridgerton, it's my guilty pleasure, and i wanted that scene to make me feel the way bridgerton love confessions make me feel. i needed an "i burn for you" and i had a lot of different versions but i eventually settled on "I ache." because i wanted it to be something that hurt, i think that bks!din is complicated (i sound so pretentious rn im so sorry) in a self hating way that makes even the idea of being happy extremely painful to him and i wanted to get that point across

#2 : Chapter 23 - the markets

the markets in general were always so so fun to write but the lunar markets especially. getting to write them as a normal couple shopping for sex toys was so so so fun, i remember being so exhausted writing this chapter but i loved it so much i just had to finish it.

short story break but i was up until 2 am writing this chapter, it was halfway done and i was supposed to be up at 7 to drive my grandma six hours to visit my aunt for a week. i texted her at 2 and said i was going to bed and i'd see her in the morning, she texted back and said she couldnt sleep so we just got in the car and went. when we got to my aunts i finished the chapter and then passed out lmao, editing it took ages bc i kept falling asleep

#3 : Chapter 3 - reading the smitten paladin

the entire scene where she's trying to not think about din while reading her porn book is always gonna be an all timer for me

(bonus: the epilouge has been very special to me. getting to write a happy ending for these characters that i have put through so much has been extremely healing for me)

so so so many. i will cover most in the little what if thing later this week but the biggest one was a masquerade ball.

i so badly wanted a scene where she was dancing at the ball and there's a masked man who asks for a dance with dark hair and a mask that only covers his eyes and GAH im making myself angry just thinking about it because i just couldn't make it work

i tried it on so many levels, but at the end of the day the climax of the story didn't work if she knew what he looked like. the identity swap twist didn't work as smoothly and after several attempts to work it in i had to scrap it

very easily his devotion.

it makes him easy to write bc he has one character goal and it to keep reader as safe and happy as he can manage. it also helped me add in the vague religious themes because he really is just that in love with her right from the start

i wanted to build distinct set pieces in the world, the closet, the nook, the cabin, etc. and the closet was based on my own closet!! i used to sleep in there with all of my pillows and blankets, i have some pics, i don't have any good ones because it's been a few years but these are the ones i found!!

what was the hardest chapter to write?

very easily chapter 26.

i had a very specific vision for it that i'd been working on for months and i wanted it to go over well. the rule i use with plot twists is that it either needs to not be guessed before it happens or it needs to executed in a pleasing enough way that if you did guess it you don't care or you feel accomplished. i couldn't be more proud of how it turned out

what's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

I'd say the ending to F.O.W.L. Play! from Indi-Quack! might be the angstiest. Nothing like ending a story where you go through the morning routine of one FOWL employee and finding out she keeps her sanity by getting high with another underpaid employee who works her ass off a minimum wage and is also not happy where she is in life

what's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

hard to choose since I almost always go for the happy ending route. I think any of the stories for Home for the Holidays! could be the answer to this one cause those stories are nothing but holiday and winter fluff.

do you get hate on your fics?

it happens but not often. the first time I ever got hate was from a Della hater troll and they seem to be the only one who leaves hate on my fics

do you write smut?

no, but I've thought about it before. I don't mind sex in a story, but I don't know if I'm the right person to write that kind of stuff in a story. Honestly, the only reason why I wanna write smut is because I've plenty of jokes that I think are funny that would only work in a smut story

do you write crossovers? what's the craziest one you've ever written?

kinda??? would you consider having characters from various Duck media that never appeared in DuckTales 2017 crossover stuff? Heck I've got a couple of Della Duck stories in the works where she interacts with Mickey and Friends and I don't know if that should be considered a crossover

when I'm in the mood to write I can really write, I like to think my dialogue is interesting, characterization, and I'd say my rapid fire humor

what are your writing weaknesses?

I'm a terrible planner, I don't write stuff down, I keep stuff in my head like it's the best storage place, I underestimate how big some stuff will be, I don't allow myself to just write

thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I've mainly used Google Translate for other languages such as Jose and Panchito's dialogue in The Three Cabablleros (and Della)!. But for Let's All Go to the Movies! I got my buddy @tokuvivor to translate a conversation between Fenton and Gosalyn. Honestly, one of my favorite parts of that story and I think tokuvivor translating it himself adds to the joke. Both Lin-Manuel Miranda and Stephanie Beatriz both know Spanish, so having someone who can help me translate my dialogue so that it can sound natural and be a bonus to bilingual speakers just makes me happy beyond comprehension

I will say I did use Google Translate for that story, but for English! So for the Fight Fighters game I wanted to get that badly translated English feel for the dialogue so for pretty much every dialogue in the game was translated to Japanese and then back to English. Except the line "Now I will kill you until you die from it!", that comes from the movie Hot Shots! Part Deux

...Sonic. it was a phase, i have no strong opinions about that blue hedgehog these days I mean I guess his games are...fine? The cast of characters are...pretty cool, I like Tails I guess.

Hi! I just stumbled on one of your posts (A smut fic with Lin-Manuel Miranda) I'm a fanfic writer myself and am also a big fan of LMM. I've never come across a fic written about a celeb I'm a fan of, so it was a bit of a surprise. I've never met him but have followed him for several years now, during that time he's presented himself as someone relatable, just a regular happy-go-lucky person who loves his family and loves the work that he does. He's not some distant celebrity in my eyes. He's a normal guy, a devoted family man. Because of this, It did feel wrong to see this fic LMM x Reader fic. It's not your fault of course, I know fan fics with RL celebs are a thing, and heck I'll bet you're twice the writer I am! Finding this just came as a bit of a shock and I needed to let this out. Do you ever wonder how he might feel if he ever saw this?

To me, fanfics are just that- fiction. As for how Lin feels about it, he knows that people write fanfics about him, and he’s even said that he’s read a few himself. He’s never said that they make him uncomfortable or anything like that, but if he ever did, I’d respect him and stop. Like I said before, he’s acknowledged on multiple occasions that he’s read fanfics and has never said anything against them.

I don’t mean for this to come off as rude, but if my fics or any other smut fics with Lin are something that makes you uncomfortable, that’s obviously totally fine, but you don’t have to read them- nobody is forcing you to do so, it is 100% your choice to read them or not!

Pairing: Lin-Manuel Miranda x Reader

Warnings: Alcohol, Smut (NSFW), Jealousy, A bit of Public Smut but not much, language.

Prompt: “I bet you think you’re really cute letting them put their hands all over you. We’ll see how cute you look later when I get you home.” and “Look at you, I’ve only started using my fingers and you’re already shaking.”

A/N: This is my first smut so It’s probably not the best, but enjoy!

You were currently at the Oscars party with what it seemed like hundreds of celebrities and hundreds more of people who loved Lin and were trying to get his attention. This was supposed to be a night where Lin could hang out with you and take a break after being on stage 8 times a week, but it seemed like everything was keeping you two apart. It started with you walking in with Lin by your side, smiles on your faces, and he got dragged away almost immediately.

Now here you are, sitting at a bar, a bit tipsy, watching as women flirt with your husband a few yards away. Jealousy flowed through your veins and you chugged the last of your drink. Two can play this game. 

“What’s a pretty lady like yourself doing alone here?” A tall man grabbed the stool next to you and sat down next to you. He was familiar, but your brain wasn’t focusing too much on it.

“Being too sober,” you replied, staring at your empty glass.

“Well, how about I get you another drink?”

“That would be nice,”

A few drinks later and you were on the dance floor, drunk, in another man’s arms and your husband still on your mind as you glanced at him. He still had women around him, all of them trying to grab his attention, but his eyes were on you, and he didn’t seem happy. You smirked and realized he was getting jealous. Perfect. 

The man you were with was putting his hands on your back, occasionally moving them around your body. You didn’t feel anything for him, but this would be the way to get Lin to pay attention to you. You felt sober again, as you felt his eyes glaring daggers at the man and yourself. Suddenly, you felt a hand on your arm and you looked up to see Lin. He took you from the man and dragged you outside. 

He wasn’t talking, his eyes wouldn’t even meet yours. You could tell he was extremely jealous by the way he was acting and the way his muscles were all tensed. He called up a cab and on the way there, he finally growled, his voice deep and strained, “I bet you think you’re really cute letting them put their hands all over you. We’ll see how cute you look later when I get you home.”

You felt his voice go straight to your core and you realized how much trouble you were about to be in. Your thighs suddenly squeezed together, trying to get some friction. You then felt Lin’s hand on your thigh, and looked up. His eyes were almost black, with a combination of lust and jealousy. His hand slowly went up your dress, to your undergarments, as he started tugging them down. You realized he was about to fuck you in the back of a taxi, or at least finger fuck you. 

“Lin-” you quietly moan.

“Shh, you wouldn’t like to be heard now, would you?” he chuckled.

Two fingers were now inside you, and you were just trying not to make a noise. His fingers curled inside of you and you were seeing stars. You started to grind into his fingers, trying to get more friction, but he stopped, pulled his fingers out, and licked his fingers to get your wetness off of them. You frowned because you were very wet and close with no relief, but were slightly relieved because you wouldn’t get caught.

The taxi stopped and you realized the other reason why he didn’t let you finish. Needless to say you were probably not going to be able to walk tomorrow. Lin paid the driver and stepped outside with you on the side of him, trembling slightly.

As soon as you got inside, the door was closed and Lin pinned you to the door; his mouth against yours hungrily, his hands on every part of your body. His lips left yours as he grabbed your frame and brought you to the bedroom.

Next thing you knew, your clothing was all on the floor and his suit was still fully on. 

His fingers were in you again and as he was finger fucking you his eyes met yours. His gaze was so desperate and lust filled; you felt the knot form quite quickly as you squirmed under his gaze. Your moans were filling the room and you were practically shaking at this point. 

“Look at you, I’ve only started using my fingers and you’re already shaking.” 

“Lin,” you moaned “I’m about to-”

“Not yet,” His fingers were still hammering into you and it was extremely difficult to hold back. Suddenly, his fingers were gone and you whined in protest.

You looked up to see Lin slowly undressing, just to make you watch patiently, knowing you could do nothing without getting a worse punishment. Your core was throbbing and there seemed to be no relief. 

Finally he was undressed and he reached to the dresser to grab a condom. After putting it on, he slammed into you with no warning and your moans and screams filled the room again. Lin’s name was the only thing on your tongue, his mouth on your neck- leaving marks that will surely be visible for a while.

“You are mine, cariña. Mine.”  

You came undone at his words, but he wasn’t finished yet. If anything, his thrusts became more intense. You were seeing white and could feel another knot quickly forming. After you came for a second time he filled his condom and started slowing down. He stopped and slowly pulled out, and exited the room to throw out the condom. He entered the room again and laid down next to you, his hands caressing your face.

“I didn’t hurt you did I?”

You shook your head tiredly.

He pulled you closer to him and gently rubbed your back. Your eyes slipped closed. Before you lost conscious you heard him say,

“I love you. So much. Damn, you have no idea what you do to me.”
