I haven't been able to sleep properly since my suicide attempt and it's been so fucking draining. I've tried so much different crap, my regular melatonin wasn't working, my hydroxyzine that I was prescribed that made me drowsy isn't working, my mom gave me some of her clonazepam which in the past has knocked me out, but now it's not doing anything. I have lorazepam I was prescribed a few months back but I never picked it up because I was concerned about how it would affect me, but at this point I'm ready to have my roommate knock me out with a hammer so I can get some goddamn rest. And I mentioned this to my psychiatrist who of course didn't say jack shit about it. I'm so exhausted. I just want to fall asleep at a normal time and stay asleep.
