Many people from the nearby towns gathered to Jubilife City whenever the flea market was open. Being in a central location for the west side of Sinnoh, customers and merchants found it to be convenient for buying and selling homemade goods. Among the rows of stalls and tents, there is a small table towards the corner of an alley that boasts different plants for sale. Among them are medicinal herbs, pollinator flowers or colorful pots of plants for the succulent savvy folks. There are even small jars of local honey from Floaroma Town available.

This market was one of those rare times where Marjorie didn’t mind being around so many people and engaging with them. She was happy to answer their questions from the most common to the most trivial. Sharing her passion with others easily helps her forget how exhausting this could be.

It’s not until the crowd begins to thin out when Marjorie takes an opportunity to sit down for a moment and let herself rest.

“Ahh, I can’t believe how much we’ve sold already, Chervil.” She comments with a satisfied sigh. The Leafeon gives her nothing more than a swish of his tail in response, finding the shade underneath the table a great place to take a nap instead of minding the booth with her. Not that she really needed the extra help.

Her short break is soon interrupted when another customer comes into the booth, perusing the leftover merchandise she had before the crowd came through. Marjorie quickly stands up from her seat, brushing her market apron and casts a smile to the girl that walked in.

“Maybe help you with anything?”

  Well, any chance of me getting a record deal, that would be a nice change. though when it comes to luck, I am out sadly. I am the most unlucky person on the planet. And responsibility, whats that?

Everything.

“I’m pretty claustrophobic. I start to freak out when I’m in really confined spaces for too long. You know, stuff like a small bathroom, an elevator...a closet...” Quentin began to shift his weight from one foot to another as if trying to distract himself. He rubbed the side of his left arm with his opposite hand, before bringing his arm down to pick at his fingernails. It was a nervous habit he had been trying to stop for years now.

“I’m not sure how it started. I don’t remember ever being trapped in a small space when I was younger. If I had been I probably would’ve been left there to be taught a lesson.”

Hey NatPark! I need a week's hiatus. Work has been stressful and I am trying to find balance. TIA

Work is always the worst, isn’t it?  It’s always a hamper on fun, and just gets so stressful some times!  I hope you can get things sorted out soon.  I know being stressed out with work is just no fun.  It’s a good choice to try and step back so you can focus on the bigger fish to fry.  We’ll put Psychic Kalihi on hiatus until May 30th.  See you then!

Castelia never ceases to amaze Jasmine, and yet she can only tilt her head so far back to soak it all in. “Incredible...” She gazes in awe, the thousands of windows reflecting the sun, creating a grid of scintillation that illuminates the streets below. A slight breeze picks up, cooling the asphalt during the hottest part of the day, her Magnetite making subtle static sounds in response.

“Where to first, Néti?” she calls to the spherical creature, as they pass a group of thugs on the street. She smiles politely towards the younger guys, several of them responding with a string of catcalls. She brushes it off; even for being a simple, small town girl, Jasmine fares relatively well in a city setting, her doe-eyes consistently people-watching, a sponge for unfamiliar cultures.  

Plus, need there be intervention, she can always rely on her Steelix, Stahlos, to sort out any unwanted attention. Should it come to that.

Néti, in its excitable whirs and bleeps, levitates over to an entrance. It’s trainer follows, curiously, only to find what appears to be an art gallery. “Studio Castelia, huh?” Jasmine exchanges a look with her Pokémon, and enters, eyes peeled like that of a true tourist.

A light ambiance, complete with orchestral music from the overhead speakers, envelopes her, and quickly, she becomes lost in the collection of sculptures and paintings that line the corridors. One painting, in particular, strikes a chord: it features a seascape, complete with a lighthouse.

In what could easily be hours (but, relatively, lasts but a few minutes), Jasmine peers into the watercolors, feeling every vibrant shade and stroke with the upmost attention to their details. Before long though, she realizes that she isn’t alone marveling at the beauty. Without turning to greet the other spectator, she beguiles, “this is really a beautiful piece of work. They captured the essence of the sea, completely...”

//Due to her upbringing, Lillie is very disciplined in terms of personal habits like clothes and etiquette. However, she could be more focused with training her team and challenging gyms in her Pokemon journey, which she sometimes avoids because she worries about pushing herself or her team too hard. Lillie feels powerful when she has the courage and independence to make her own decisions. On the other hand, she feels powerless when she feels that other people are forcing her to follow their decisions, or if she feels that she doesn’t have the strength to back up the decisions she wants to make. In general, Lillie will respect new authority, but she will stand up for herself if she feels that someone is misusing their power.

Hi NatPark, I wanted to let you know that I would like to drop Tourist Ko. I apologize to my thread partners, but work is picking up and I don't have much time for two muses. Thank you.

Hey, that’s all right!  I know work has been a lot for you lately.  As much as we love having Ko around, I think you’re making the right choice by settling on just one muse so you can recenter yourself!  Work can make you so busy, and who wants to deal with that excess stress?  Maybe when work calms down, you can pick her up again, but for now, my reading of the stars tells me that Psychic Kalihi is going alone!  Thank you for playing Tourist Ko while you did!

Because I have no self control, I would like to reserve trainer class Tourist. Today is 2/25
