Sorry to be 3 days late to the party but if you're still looking for good RadioDust fics I cannot recommend enough the Like Me series by threegoblins on ao3. The first installment is Angel POV and an amnesia fic but done in such a way it blew my fuckin gourd. Actually one of my all time fave fics now of any fandom, I'm not kidding. There's an in-progress sequel fic that's parallel to the first one but from Alastor's POV and I'm becoming feral waiting for the next update. Absolutely recommend, also you absolutely have to read them in order because there's a plot twist in the first one that the sequel spoils from the get go. I'm not normal about these fics. Also Alastor with a monster body for monster body Alastor enjoyers.

Oh man, there are so many things, but a lot of them are, like, VERY spoilery. In general I'm fine with spoiling my shit, just not in public because that's mean to anyone who doesn't want to be spoiled. So if you want The Deets, DM me.

On a smaller scale, Alastor and Charlie are going to have some good bonding/friendship moments in the fic I'm currently working on. Al will be slightly perplexed about someone giving a shit about his contentment and Charlie will be a little sad about that. And the next fic will be all about Lucifer finding out about Al's deal with Charlie

Finally getting around to posting this, but last week I got my bound copy of the fic [variable_affection] by @alex-van-gore​ and @lillow​

Thanks SO MUCH to my wonderful and very skilled friend @acemartinblackwood​. I am always blown away by the thought and detail they put into their books, but this one surpassed even those expectations. A beautiful hard copy of an incredible fic.

Then sending it the next day or something. this also works with tasks I don’t want to do. (all the prep work in advance telling myself I’m not going to execute the last step.)

Honestly looking at the PJO fandom I realized a thing.

Whenever I see a post talking about/enjoying a non canon ship, there’s usually one person or more saying “Uhmmm, [insert canon ship with character(s)] 🔛🔝” and I get it, sometimes a canon ship is your go-to. It’s canon and usually very sweet and healthy with the PJO series.

But one thing people need to understand is that fandom is about everything about its material, canon AND fanon!

Ship those characters! Make that character AroAce! Make Percy a transgirl or genderfluid! Indulge in a certain rare pair or even a common ship! Not everything has to be completely canon if you write about it/draw it. That’s what fandom is for.

Fandom is for the fans to make things they enjoy and stuff they wish happened in the material, or they don’t even wish it happened in the material and just want to write about it! It’s really just fictional stuff, it isn’t gonna hurt anybody.

But I’m well aware that boundaries are different, what I might consider a harmless ship might be something someone considers erasing a part of a character’s development with their canon partner.

But what I’m getting at is please for the love of Rick Riordan just don’t interact with a thing you don’t like that isn’t harming anyone and is just fun for the person/people doing it, this implies to all fandoms.

I don’t care if it doesn’t make sense since the characters never interacted that much/at all. What’s the point of shipping something if it’s revolving around the same pairing over and over again?

It doesn’t matter if it’s something as bizarre as ShowTime from TADC, or Lillow from TOH, or Percico from PJO, or even the animatronics from Sister Location. It’s 👏 Just 👏 A 👏 Dam 👏 Ship 👏

Even if you were to continuously harass the content creators you see for them, somebody is still gonna do it. No way of preventing it no matter how hard you try. So just let people indulge with their silly little fictional pairing that isn’t canon, and you can move along your merry way with your canon silly little fictional pairing.

TLDR: Let people ship non canon things if it isn’t doing harm, even if said characters are already in a canon relationship. It will happen even if you harass people for it.
