can we do like 5 seconds of fact verification before we spread scary posts about new pandemics
#like. I get it. it’s easy to believe#freaked me out which is why I looked it up#but yeah it’s literally like. a disease we already have vaccines for#can’t spread easily from human to human#was a single mild case that responded easily to treatment and was contracted by direct close contact w infected animals#the only news articles saying it’s scary are from unreliable sources#like yeah another pandemic is a real risk theoretically but this is so unlikely to be it#456 words#vaguepost
