i am just so … detached from sumeru characters man 😔 it makes me so sad djfhdj sumeru as a whole really doesn’t have that exciting feeling to me at all ;-; i finished the archon quests so fast for the other regions because i was so intrigued by the characters and plot but this time it feels like such a chore 😭 idc abt al haitham or cyno or tighnari or nahida or candace or anyone rly ………. i feel so nostalgic abt how excited i was to play previous regions :(

#inazuma was soooo magical for me i couldn’t wait to meet miko and raiden and kazuha etc etc #their designs were so pretty and characters were so enchanting #idk i can’t quite put my finger on why i’m This disappointed by sumeru lmao #like whenever i see sumeru fanart or ppl getting excited abt the characters or story i’m like …. but it’s so bland 😭#maybe it’s because this time sumeru is based on a mesh of brown cultures and since they haven’t rly portrayed it very well #it feels all fake !!! no genuine warmth or love in the region !!!!!! apart from the music i really don’t feel connected at all #all i can do is nitpick the characters and story lmao #did japanese players feel this way abt inazuma ?? or was inazuma relatively well portrayed ????#like i’m sorry but . seeing people hype up faruzan is so 💀 help shes so ugly man or am i just blind 😭😭😭#the concept is good the execution (as with a lot of characters) is bullshit 😭😭
