Ok, this season...holy shit. I predicted a lot of things in this chapter and they were mostly right. Holy shit, Shiro is a fucking savage. Shiro is freaking dissing Lance left and right. Can we focus more on Hunk next time, my baby boi needs some love. Also, I feel like Lance is going to prove everyone that Shiro is a clone. Shiro, don’t get me started on Shiro. I have never seen anything from Li Qi before until these nationals but she seems amazing. Is she a junior or senior?

SHE’S A JUNIOR and she’s amazing! She was born in 2002 so she’s turning senior next year. I’ve been stanning her for a while now and I keep being impressed with her, you should definitely go through my Li Qi tag and check her out. She also went through a growth spurt (I know she’s still smol but she was a lot smoller) and I’m so happy she’s still competitive!

Look at her beam from 2015 and 2016 and especially at the bhs bhs layout at 0:30 and the following INSANE connection starting at 0:36 like wattttt. But also her floor from 2016! The only “meh” thing about her were her leaps, which she has now been working on and they look much improved (except for the switch half on beam which still needs to go). But her ring positions are great (her double stag!!) and she now hits 180° in her splits, so even though she lacks the beautiful Chinese oversplit, she won’t get deducted for them.
