i think we need more writers in the world that understand characters can have intense/codependent relationships without there being a romantic or sexual component

#reading a book about being a twin and how people perceive us (how to be multiple by helena de bres)#which is making me think about how obsessed people are with the idea of twincest #and the idea that a close relationship between two people HAS to have some non-platonic element #like those twins in the secret history. or the lannisters. or the gutmunssons. etc etc etc #ianthe and coronabeth are the only codependent twins i can think off the top of my head without that element #as a twin i'm just like. could you guys get some imagination PLEASE #pie says stuff
