imagining sakusa with an equally meticulous and cautious partner; and someone who’s just as blunt as he is.

it scared sakusa’s teammates to death when they first met his partner. the brutally honest comments they faced, now double the amount, was almost too much to handle. even to this day, komori still finds it eerie how identical their expressions are when they see something they find disgusting. it’s like they mirrored each other, he thought. they’re both just as careful and diligent in taking care of their own health, as well. they’ve made dates out of their bi-weekly cleaning days. and both of them work equally hard, sharing that persistence and stubbornness to never leave things unfinished. you can always trust this couple to get things done.

beware of making a competition out of anything with them around, though. it would be like putting two flames together. both of them are incredibly competitive, and they'd burn brightly with each other. now, if they were back in highschool together, their classmates would always want either one of them on their teams, whether it be for regular classroom or physical activities. things always got exciting whenever they were pit against each other. on the other hand, getting both of them on your team was a guaranteed win. post-timeskip though, whenever msby or the jnt has any sort of team bonding activities involving partners and family, everyone knows not to get on their bad side. they both get an equally sinister glint in their eyes. if you're teamed up against them, you'd be lucky to come out alive.

even though they burn with equal passion, imagine that sakusa’s partner is just a bit brighter than he is. just because you’re a realist doesn’t mean you can’t be cute about it. they’d colour-code everything with stickers, even sorting the masks, medicines, and vitamin bottles in their shared apartment into adorable little patterned baskets. they have brightly coloured hand sanitisers covered in stickers attached to their bags and even got one for kiyoomi. his teammates would see the almost 2-meter tall athlete carrying around a cactus-shaped hand sanitiser to practice and start teasing him. that is, until his partner comes up from behind him and sends a death stare their way, promptly shutting them up.

so imagine them, a masked couple standing in the corner of a crowded room, facing only each other while avoiding everyone else. imagine the two of them whispering among themselves as they’re pressed against the walls (and each other) with their hands in their pockets. and imagine sakusa’s usual grimace due to the crowd replaced by an almost-smile while they’re talking, maybe even a laugh escaping him.

his partner was almost exactly like him, but with just the pop of colour he needed in life.

Y'all know your girl loves her AUs, and my partner pointed out that this is just a fursona with extra steps but idc here's the animatronic version of my s/i!! I wanted to draw her in the style of the official Security Breach art cause it's cute, I'll probably draw the real animatronic later lol but meet Missy Mouse! 🧀🐀

Her attraction amounts to essentially a karaoke room where kids are encouraged to play and sing as loud as their little lungs can (soundproofed ofc) and she sings along with them!             Smoke trailed up into the cold air. The campfire crackled, its orange light wavering over the Imperial’s unsure face.

            “I’m a soldier, I’ve only ever followed orders, but now that I’m this…” Anthony looked confused, unsure himself what the word fully meant, “dragonborn, they look to me to lead, and I don’t know if I can.”

            Lydia sat beside him on the fallen log, watching him.

            His head sunk with a sigh. “I’m sorry to burden you with all of this.”

            “I told you, I don’t mind carrying your burdens.”

            He looked up to her through narrowed eyes. “That’s not exactly what you said.”

            “Well…” she glanced away, something shy in her stoic face, “it’s what I’m saying now.”

            His head lifted, surprised.

            “Maybe I was mad at first,” an edge in her voice began sharpening as it went, “that the gods would choose not a Nord on not the Nord’s side to be the Nordic hero, but…” exhaling, the edge softened, “then you risked your life to save Stormcloak farmers.”

            “Well, of course,” he looked confused, “they were people who needed help, wouldn’t anyone have-?”

            “No,” she turned to him, expression sad but warm, “and that’s why the gods chose well.”

            He stopped, surprised.

            “And you’re doing a good job leading us,” she smiled.

            Touched, he slowly smiled back.

            “Well, except for when you get us ambushed by bandits.”

            The smile dropped into a quick gape. “I knew it probably was an ambush.”

            “Uh huh,” she looked unconvinced.

            “But what if he really needed help? You can’t just walk past someone who might need help!”

            “Even when it’s probably an ambush?”

            “Like I said, it might not have been.” Catching that the fire was dwindling, he faced forward to stoke it. “And if we didn’t fall into the trap then someone else would’ve, and they might not have had weapons or an idea that it was probably an ambush. It’s our duty to protect those who can’t protect themselves, so we have to fall into traps…”

            Lydia smiled fondly as he rambled on.

i want you to know that you dont have to follow what every other selfshipper does. you cant write or draw? then thats fine! i think you just gushing about silly things is more than enough! your f/o does not mind what you do, theyre just happy that you think about them! or even endlessly stare at fanart, screencaps, or even rewatching/rereading their sources!

but oh? you want to post things but you just cant? or have this nagging feeling of endless fear and embarrassment? thats ok! thats totally a-okay here! just remember: you shouldnt feel embarrassed to gush about your f/o(s).

you also have the draft feature. you can use that! maybe thatll be better, maybe you can just use it to throw in your selfship lore. or have all of these silly cute headcanons for your f/o! or even do silly incorrect quotes too. maybe at some point you want to post that sort of stuff. but for now, just at least get them down and save them for another day to see.
