Okay now I'm kinda wondering if there was a way to input photographs into the Akasha way back when Rukkhadevata first made it and if so, then that would mean digital photography was a thing way before analog photography was invented on Teyvat
#genshin impact#y'know I kinda love it when there's magic in a piece of media and it affects the way technology develops around and along with it#like the tech in Genshin is more or less a hodgepodge of different timeframes irl because of the mystical aspects#there's already electricity for a seemingly longer time compared to irl because of the Electro element and crystals#pointing at the Sumeru Glider again and the fact that divine powers are integral laws of Teyvat's world#not to mention how mortals try to recreate things with their limited power#based on technologies that no one knew how to make anymore
