Very vehemently against the clan system as they have it from like the start of the new territories era and onwards
I read Squirrelflight's Hope today
#and i have so much to say about everything that went down in squirrelflights hope#like the abuse of power? the greed?? the fucking disregard for the LITERAL MORAL CODE that is supposed to be the baseboard#for all of their decisions???#and just the way they decided to start having cats like bramblestar claim that they know what starclan means by prophesies#nuh uh#no#just because firestar was special or something doesnt mean that YOU are#none of this would EVER slide back in the old forest#and the idea that leaders shouldnt consult the senior warriors or the medicine cats or the DEPUTY THAT YOU APPOINTED YOURSELF JACKASS#i am filled with hate and rage#i am hoping that the point of the book was to make you realize how bad everything was but that is a very small amount of hope#because i wouldnt be surprised if thats just How It Is
