Tfw you know toy need to go shopping but The Outside is Loud and Bright and Painful and also you cannot fuckin conceive of what ingredients you need to make meals

#ive gotta way too reliant on just bread and pasta #but our freezer is too small and im struggling to put together other meals in my head #and whenever i get stuff like meat or vegetablea we end up forgetting to use them and they go off :(#mentioned to the older guy in work the other day that i keep meaning to buy microwave meals just for work #bc then id at least be getting some different nutrients #and recieved a lecture on how bad they are for ylu and everyone should just be eating out of tins Actually #like sir i am fully aware these meals are 75% salt but that 5% pork extract might be the only protein i consume this week smh
