“Mhm, just like you,” he says, tapping the tip of your nose, making you scrunch it slightly in response. It’s the cutest fucking thing.

“Well I was told you’re an excellent boyfriend,” your mom says. “This one talks about you all the time.”

“Mom,” you drag out the word, embarrassed by her exposing you for being lovesick. It’s true, though.

“I try my best,” he says.

You lean your head against his shoulder, hold his hand to try and ease him in any way you can. And you know he’s a sucker for physical touch.

Steve was expecting so much worse. He feels welcome, and cared for. Your mom takes his coat, she asks him if he wants anything to drink (after chastising you for not doing it yourself).

Plus, with you next to him, your scent in his nose and hand in his, he really can’t feel too bad.

before i get started, this is just how i personally draw bodies,, my art is pretty stylized and it’s not the only way to draw bodies or even the most realistic !! if you guys have any questions or need extra clarification let me know and ill do my very best :3

usually i just wing it when i draw but i tried my best to document?? closely to how i usually draw. so let’s draw hajime :D

to start, i draw the head and neck and this sort of… 2 trapezoids stuck together shape?

then, ill block out the limbs! usually i just go for it with the legs but for arms i will probably sketch them out as sticks first. usually for poses, I’ll make sure the shoulders and the hips are on opposite angles and it helps it look more natural. i made an error on this step and it’ll be fixed by the next one, so hopefully you can see what i mean ^^

tada! arms & prop (bag) blocked in. as you can see (i hope) the hips and shoulders are on opposing angles. so the shoulders dip on the right, meanwhile the hips dip down on the left. for the chest i usually do like an L type shape?? and then i soften the angle a bit. here’s the finished sketch!!

hopefully this was helpful!! if you guys would like to see how id draw a character with a thinner frame or a fuller frame, id be happy to!! but i think this is good for the very basics

Okay UNI lyrical analysis! This song is actually really innocent but y'know I had to twist it- lyrics are from this cover, (I did change some of the meanings of the words with quotes and stuff)

「wobble, wobble my head keeps on wobbling / round and round, the world keeps spinning round and round, / no matter when, If I get up I feel myself getting dizzy / from morning till night my head keeps swaying.」

Okay so this lyric set (and some others I think) are referring to physical problems and Fuka's general problems with processing things leading to him feeling dizzy sometimes.

「when I wake up in the morning, when I'm off to school / even at lunchtime, it won't stop! / during the break, when I'm heading home, / I can't stop thinking about it!」

What “it” refers to is the other person, but let's just say Fukase constantly thinking about it isn't a good thing.

「How can I do this? / Is it fine if I just run away from here? / Doing it this way / that feeling just keeps coming back...」

Fukase isn't the best at asking for help when it comes to distress except from people he trusts except the person he trusts doesn't like him so he just wants to run away from the situation.

「If I do it, will you just kindly laugh at me? / How can I do this? / How am I supposed to tell you how I feel!?」

“how I feel” refers to fear in this case. He feels like in the best case scenario if he says he is scared of the person then they'll laugh at him or brush it off, and in the worst case scenario things will get bad VERY FAST.

「It can't, it can't- / it just can't be helped / every day, every day / I keep on fretting over it」

Same as before, Fukase is scared and keeps constantly worrying.

「So close, yet so far away / that wonderful person / for someone like me / it's impossible, isn't it...?」

Woooo we're into the manipulation boys! Fukase is scared of the person and what they can do, but at the same time believes himself to be undeserving of their “““love”””

This scene is when Fukase decides to tell the person how he feels for the first time. As you can see, it goes badly and he gets yelled at. (I visualise them hitting him but that isn't part of the lyrics)

This lyric set is similar to before, but now with the added meaning of stress due to what just happened. He mentions “spinning in the same place as always” because the stress is making his processors act up.

Fukase goes back/chases after the other person, wanting to show affection and try and get them not to hate him

Fukase doesn't know what to do, and the person hates him anyway. Onto someone who maybe won't hate him...

catch my drift was crazy good… it was such a great execution of rivals to lovers because like they know they’re each other’s competition but it doesn’t stop them from falling for each other, BUT THE COMPETITION IS STILL GHERE.. i feel like people either overdo the rivals part or don’t do enough of it but this was the perfect amount srsly 😭 i loved all the characters they felt so fitting and all played a part especially haechan i just love his character so much, he’s there to just help mcs win, he got a goal in mind and he will help yn achieve what a great bff, he is so laid back i loved it plss

MARK….. god idek how to get started on his character.. he was such a heartthrob. the way he just showed up out of nowhere and threatened mcs position. and him taking her to the beach and already knowing who she is AAAHHHH 🤕 i just love how while mc is busy coming up w ways to make sure he doesn’t overtake her position as the best w haechan, he is busy rooting for her and being smitten ARGHH it’s so cute like when their eyes met and he was close to her at the race of his while everyone was looking.. my heart pounded a bit.

THE LAST SCENE WAS SOOOOO CUTE like mark jumping out of his car because he is genuinely happy for her, it’s kinda crazy that mc was considering drugging him meanwhile he couldn’t care less about it losing omggg they’re so cute like i hope they made it official after this 😭🙏 i just loved this, i was looking for street racing aus cos i honestly love the concept of it and stumbled upon this one and was like.. give it to me please.. you ate this rlly badd!!! also catch my drift is such a witty and nice title, mark’s alias being drift FUCKKK you rlly did that i’m gagged a bit

[Author’s Note: PEANUT ANON!!!!!!!! I hope you’re doing well! I’m doing pretty good and I had so much fun making this for you enjoy!]

     Moving was one of the best decisions you had ever made in your life. Your neighbors ended up being a mother daughter duo that ran a home orphanage together. The daughter was your age and it was pretty easy to get along with her. She was gorgeous, charismatic, kind, and funny. Totally out of your league or so you thought because she asked you on a date. 

Dinner at some really fancy Italian place. It was small yet had a beautiful rose garden on the porch where you two resided. Getting to know Carmen was quite interesting. Apparently she used to be a part of a charity organization that allowed her to travel the world. The stories were vague in some areas yet you were 100% invested. 

When she asked you about your life you couldn’t help but feel so…plain compared to her. Yet she seemed just as interested as you were in her stories. Laughing along and asking for elaborations, despite your life being mediocre it fascinated her. You were the breath of fresh air Carmen needed and vice versa. 

“I had a great time with you Y/n, you’ll have to invite me over sometime I’m interested in the…Switch?” She was the perfect mix of sly yet goofy that you just couldn’t get over. “One of my good friends loves video games, he’ll talk your ear off about it if you give him the chance.” This had been the perfect evening, both of you walking home with the streetlights and stars serving as guidance. “If he has a switch we can play online with him, also you can come over anytime.” Hopefully she didn’t notice how tinted your cheeks were. 

“Thanks for taking me out, Carmen, I had a lot of fun and I hope we can hang out again soon.” Carmen took you by surprise when she grabbed your hand, fingers intertwining with yours. “You really think this would be a one time thing?” She chuckled and shook her head, answering her own question. “When I said I liked you I meant it.” All you could do was freeze up. This had to be a dream or maybe you were in some sort of fanfiction. How does something as magical as this happen!? What deity did you appease!? You weren’t going to let this opportunity slip through your fingers. 

Your stroll came to a steady halt and you looked her in the eyes. On the inside your whole body was shaking yet this felt like something you had to do. You loved Carmen and that wasn’t something you were going to deny. “I love you a lot and this might sound really corny but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.” Both of you stood underneath the streetlight, getting lost in each other’s eyes. Slowly you two moved closer until there was little space in between you both. 

“Your money! Now!” You flinched out of alarm at the yelling directed at you and your girlfriend. The figure wore a hoodie with a hat and sunglasses. They had some sort of weapon in their hands yet most of them was obscured by the darkness. 

You thought you were prepared for such a situation but you froze up. “I’m not trying to hurt anyone I just want your money.” They took a step closer. You fished for your wallet in your coat’s pocket but Carmen put a gentle yet firm grip on your wrist. “No.” She stated quite harshly. “This is not your lucky day.” 

They charged at Carmen and all you could do was watch in frozen shock. Was this a cruel joke? It had to be! 

Carmen moved like water grabbing their arm and twisting it as she moved to the side and kicked at the back of their knee in one swift motion. Nothing that would cause serious damage but enough to stabilize the threat. “Life is hard, I get that. But crime hurts everyone.” She released her grip and lightly shoved the perpetrator, causing them to flee. 

She looked at you with a smile and an awkward chuckle. “Looks like I got some explaining to do. Are you alright though?”
