Frequently Asked Questions about Bloodmoon! This is NOT a RP Blog. Something, something The Sun and Moon show?: My Bloodmoon has zero relation to The Sun and Moon show. (I have no knowledge of anything from that show) He is just my own creation with his own AU/s. (Please respect this and use proper tags for him if you decide to put any in reblogs/posts)

How tall is he?: I have no set height for him. (Like legit measurements anyway) And my art of him is never consistent (I try man). He is probably around ehhhh.. 10 feet tall? He's a big boy and definitely bigger than the original Daycare Attendant. How would he react to a Y/N who is unafraid of him?: He would find it intriguing as most people display/show fear around him. He might even be a little confused by it at first. He may also try harder to unsettle or scare Y/N as it's a favorite thing for him to do. How would he react to receiving affection?: There is definitely some confusion at first because his base instinct is to hunt down others and hurt them. It was apart of his game version personality to do so. So receiving any kind of affection is confusing to him. At first he might just ignore it, not really catching it, but after a while it will intrigue him. Like wow after all this time they're still coming back? After his obsession with y/n settles in he will for sure like it. He might not show it often, but he will 100% like it. Although I don't think he will really know how to show affection, "properly" at least, in return.

How would he react to accidentally hurting/harming Y/N?: I cannot state enough that this would happen A LOT. There is also a huge possibility for death of Y/N.

It would happen accidentally and intentionally. He does not pay mind to his own strength so injuries are for sure going to happen. He also has zero control on his reactions and emotions.

What if Y/N dies?: This is honestly the most probable outcome for y/n if they're involved with Bloodmoon in any way. If y/n dies he would become more unhinged and insane. He would talk to them like they're still there. His memory of y/n would never leave and it would corrupt his coding even more than it already is.

After a period of time if there were another person to appear in his life he would probably refer to them by original y/n's name and treat them like they are the original y/n. He would not really notice differences in the new y/n unless they blatantly shove it in his face. However if he begins to realize they're not the same he would most likely lash out in anger which again would result in another death and possibly starting the cycle over. How would he react to Y/N being sad?: It depends on the situation. I think he would find it interesting if anything. He'd be curious about it. He often associates it with people being scared, which is something he enjoys. Once he learns about the emotion though he might use it against y/n but like in the way of, "oh you're sad? Here come to me, I'll make you feel better/happy." (really he just wants y/n to stay with him) So like emotional manipulation may become a thing. How would he react to others harming Y/N?: Another situation dependent on his obsession for Y/N. Although he is already super aggressive towards anyone who comes near him. He may let the situation play out a bit for his own amusement but only if its teasing or light bullying. If it's intense violence he would not hesitate to kill the offending person. Now if his obsession with Y/N is at it's peak, the offender would be offed immediately.

geeeee... is it embarrassing to admit that i've been in SO MANY RPCs? (i've been rping on tumblr for 10 years now!!) i wouldn't even know where to begin. i guess i'll talk about one that i've been thinking about! but... i don't know if it can even be CONSIDERED an RPC, because like... my muse was from something so "niche" - that there were NO other RPers for it. and like, i'm not even talking about "oh it's a dead fandom" - like i legit believed there was no other RPers for it EVER. at least, i couldn't find any evidence of it existing. and hell, it only got a few RPers 'cos i managed to get people into it. MOST ppl legit believed this muse was an OC before following LOL.

but i wanna say before revealing what i'm talking about is that i wrote him back in 2018-2019, and liiike oddly enough now it's gained traction. i dunno if it's 'cos smiling friends is so popular and ppl are checking out other [adult swim] content but yeah!! i now notice on twitter, exceptional fanart or posts tend to get 1k likes. and then i notice MORE fanart popping up on tumblr! i even see fanart of mah favorite ship with my former muse! and even my old posts are getting regular notes now! and it's like whaaa?! where were y'all back when i was in the fandom?! like i swear - there were SOME fans, but barely any. i couldn't find ANY fanart to reblog at all. it's frickin wild!

anyway, i wrote bill dickey (and later, who i headcanoned as his twin brother, aaron winkleman) from the eltingville club! which was a comic book making fun of toxic nerd culture in the 90s. many also know it as welcome to eltingville, as sadly, it has a pilot from the early 2000s for [adult swim] that never picked up!

USUALLY when i write muses from unpopular fandoms, i STRUGGLE to get interactions like y'all won't believe. usually it ends with me giving up because i just can't get any mutuals at all. but bill was a special case! ppl ended up LOVING bill despite not knowing about his source material, and i ended up getting a lotta great interactions! i guess because bill is such an entertaining character, it's easy to like him despite how horrible he is! lol! plus as i said, many ppl thought he was my oc at first. XD i did get like 10 people reading it!

because the fandom was gaining traction again... i had CONSIDERED going back to the blog (since i actually still have it up!) buuuut... i also know i am VERY bad at managing more than one (or two) rp blogs at most. so...

like jin & devil, i'd also often write bill & aaron shenanigan posts, they went about the same, too... except probs even louder.

and in this case, there is no "good" one. both bill & aaron were horrible, horrible ppl lmao. (and yes, this is referring to the "area 51" raid if y'all remember that LMAO)

aah just talking about it makes me nostalgic. :') funny enough, this series also screwed over bill because i can't escape bad media that screws over my favorites DUNNO WHY SDFDSNJ. except in this case, it was the ending. hooo boy. i went on long rants about the ending like i would on this blog. like that may make me sound like a hater - but the ending was so BAD, they legit forget a character's name. they legit call one of the MAIN CHARACTERS by a different name. that's how bad & inconsistent it was. (tho it's also worth noting the ending happened after a 10+ hiatus, the creator was clearly done with it and didn't want to bring it back, but only did due to wanting to make a commentary on something that was happening at the time)

now i'm starting to get a lil nostalgic for these guys talkin' about 'em again. :')

Hello! No pressure to answer if you don't feel like it!

While I started following you for other stuff your Minecraft posts have made me curious about mcyt.

I don't know where to begin though, I don't really know any of the YouTube channels or series (it's a different series each server right?)

What would you recommend for a newbie to mcyt?

If it helps I know some of the basics about Minecraft (nothing more complex than redstone) and the people you post about seem to be really nice and have a fun group dynamic?

OK ANON I'm so sorry I've had this in my inbox for like 2 weeks bc I wanted to do it justice but I've started drinking and am putting off going strip mining for sand on my minecraft server so instead you get my QUICK AND DIRTY INTRO. And by quick and dirty I mean I'm going to ramble for a WHILE so I'm putting this under a cut. I'm sorry if this is a lot. I'm so sorry.

Okay so like... there are single-player series that some people will do, then there are SMPs (Survival MultiPlayer servers). Some of these are only or majority just streamed and you have to watch VODs or unofficial clip collections to get the content, and others are only or majority only edited videos, and others are a more even mix. I'm going to describe a few of the ones I like, and those should be good jumping off points into other content, if you find a creator you like.

The Life Series is, per my wife, the best thing to start with because it's short, contained, and has a clear start and end. It's a sort of a collection of short seasons, spearheaded by content creator Grian, where basically there's an SMP server and a gimmick where he and like 12-15 of his friends play minecraft in a VERY small map and try to be the last one alive, with a new gimmick and set of rules every season. The first season, 3rd Life, basically was just "you get three lives, and after that if you die you're out, plus if you're on your last life, you go from just trying to play the game to having the intent and permission to HUNT AND KILL the other players", and it got more complex and interesting and homoerotic from there. (side note: mcyt gets intensely and INTENTIONALLY homoerotic sometimes. This seems to be a universal constant bc I've noticed it in basically every series I've watched regardless of who's involved. You either love it, learn to love it or... idk leave?) I highly suggest Grian's own POV of 3rd Life (season 1) as a starting point, followed by BDoubleO100 (aka Bdubs) in Last Life (season 2), and Jimmy SolidarityGaming in Double Life (season 3), and then branching out to anyone who you think seems interesting or who you get attached to. (This is a universal suggestion for all series, btw.)

Dream SMP is one of the big ones, it was an SMP server started by minecrafter DreamWasTaken that went from "chill server to play with my friends" to "quasi-improvised RP storylines and lore" kind of overnight. It is hellish to get into, see the ask i literally just answered before this one to see a highlight of why and some recs if you're interested in it. High key DO NOT RECOMMEND for a newbie tbh, just due to how confusing/difficult it is to get into, but ymmv. I have no advice beyond "Watch SAD-ist animations and Technoblade Videos" for getting into dream smp.

Hermitcraft is basically the longest-running SMP on youtube afaik - last year was their 10 year anniversary. It's mostly not heavy on lore or RP, it's just some particularly skilled minecrafters in the area of building and/or redstone who come together to build awesome things. They reset to a new world seed every year or so (tho season 9, the current world, looks to probably be more of a 2-year world like season 6, considering we're already a year into it and no one is REMOTELY done with their plans.) The Hermits include some of the older widely-known minecrafters who are still actively on youtube, the redstoners legit MADE redstone as you know it, hello Ethoslab with the Etho Clock and april fool's Etho Slab) with a lot of married adults with kids, and they're a lot of fun and relatively easy to get into in my opinion. Some of the Hermits stream, but the majority content I consume is their edited videos. Mostly Hermitcraft videos are about building gorgeous structures and/or redstone, and a bit of messing around with your friends. It's fun for shenanigans and seeing people build truly amazing things If you're interested, I stand firmly by my suggestion that the best jumping on point is Grian's Season 8 series. Season 8 was extra short compared to most seasons, and Grian is a fun, funny, and accessible creator. Plus this was the first season they had proximity voice chat, and it was REVOLUTIONARY for the ease of collaboration on the server, and led to a lot of amazing moments.

Empires SMP is much heavier on the roleplaying than Hermitcraft, but is full of gorgeous builds and fun lore concepts. All the creators are the leaders of their own kingdom/empire/etc and they build to that theme. I have no idea what to even suggest you start with in Empires as I've not watched nearly enough, but they're all pretty good.

There are a bunch of other SMPs (short-term heavy RP server Rats SMP was adorable, and involved the players RPing as lil rats, and doing quests and avoiding humans and stuff in a big manor house. Outsiders SMP i hear good things about but I've never watched, also a heavy RP server.) and then creators often have singleplayer worlds that they do video series of. Philza (also spelled Ph1LzA) streams multiple times a week for hours at a time from his long-running hardcore world (aka a world where if you die, that's it that's the game, no respawning), and builds absolutely amazing gorgeous builds. BUT he can be a little hard to get into due to the length of his VODs.

And frankly if I didn't plug Technoblade's content in this post I would be doing a disservice to mah boy. Techno was a creator who did a lot of silly videos of him playing PvP or messing around with his friends or participating in tournaments and stuff, and was smart and funny and deadpan and legit one of the best minecraft PvPers, and he died last summer of sarcoma and he is deeply deeply missed. BUT his videos are a serious comfort watch for me. His channel has a playlist of, quote, "actually good content", and while I enjoy a number that aren't on that playlist, it's actually a very good starting point.

...Actually no, start with the potato war, with Techno. The potato war is Techno at his MOST TECHNO and if you don't enjoy them he's probably not the creator for you.

Anyway, since I rp as Bucky who is straight and best friends with Steve, I will speak out if a Steve rp acc does make a hit mainly because one: I wouldn't enjoy rping with said conversation and two: that is something I personally cannot be doing based on my faith. But if I stumble across a rp acc and they do say, as you so put, "I like [person of same sex] I will either not begin the interaction or simply block them if they explicitly practice this idea over posts. But if a gay rp acc (I happen to interact with a few) comes to me with a legit conversation/rp, I will talk to said acc, but I will make it clear in my writing what my Bucky's sexuality is.

scene setting and character building. Action and dialogue can sometimes feel stilted, but I'm really good at giving the narration a strong voice and making strong, 3D characters :3

pacing and plot. I get lost in the weeds, or I dont go into the metaphorical grass at all, and it's so hard to find that middle ground. Fortunately for fanfic you don't need to worry about pacing quite as much as you would for more traditionally-written stories with a planned beginning middle and end

18.) thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

I love it honestly. I threw in some spanish here and there for a bilingual character, and I think it adds some authenticity when you know the language. But if you don't, there's nothing wrong with just writing it in the language you do speak and just indicating that it's in a different language.

When I was 9 years old I was introduced to na.ruto and made my first OC. nothing was ever the same.

Although my first FIC fic was a H.arry P.otter fic when I was 11, posted on quizilla. Anyone remember Quizilla? That shit rocked. i loved those interactive fics.

Honestly In Search of Home. It's just fun and silly and feels like a good continuation of my version of the series finale.

you make this space feel welcoming & in a rpc so prone to cliques i do think that's something to let you know. you are very friendly, very easy to talk to, full of wonderful ideas, funny, & your portrayal of wanderer & style of rp is one i like out of all the ones i have caught glimpses of.

i will confess to you that scaramouche & wanderer as a character annoy me, he's just the type of character that seems uninteresting to me, i could never warm up to him. but talking to you about him & reading your thoughts on him i do catch myself just listening in intently, wanting to know more, wanting to pick at your brain more, because it feels like i'm learning a lot from him through you that the game failed to catch my attention with.

your portrayal of wanderer, tetsuya you call him, is phenomenal. you don't just give a glimpse of how his thought process works of his feelings of his conflicts, but in your own writing you also apply this sense of accountability on top of all of that & that is such an interesting manner in story telling that not many can accomplish because it's essentially the character & then there's pieces of the author subtly arguing with the character. you do it in such a way that it flows so neatly & both counterparts compliment the other. one of my favorite things about your writing is his inner monologue. aside from all of this you aren't scared to expand from the canon material, you aren't scared to show that tetsuya can grow, that he can change, & that begins in such a subtle way. it begins as a thought & then his actions & it is just good technique. it makes him that much more interesting, that much more alive.

yes i do see some personal hc's integrated here & there, yet you somehow manage to take the canon material & you break it into little pieces for me to where i do think it would be nice to put some investment into his character. you make him interesting to me with all of the life you give him through your rp style.

which, brings forth my next point, i have only wonderful things to say about the way you rp. not only do your replies flow & add the proper amount of attention to your character in the reply, but you also point out a lot about the other person's character you're interacting with to show how strong of an impact what the other character has done or said can have on tetsuya. you also make me feel like you're invested in what i reply with, because in your reply i can tell you're paying attention & already trying to understand the other person's character which makes me want to invest equally & as much in you.

apollo you are wonderful & i wish whole heartedly that you were more open to seeing that since you struggle with it so much. just like you believe kindness should be something that comes naturally, i believe that when there's something worth thanking, then you show your gratitude. so thank you, you're a great & talented guy apollo.

Okay for real now; how can I even begin to tell you how much you mean to me without going on for pages and pages???? You're legit one of the best rp partners and friends I've ever had and this blog wouldn't exist without you.

Our interactions are a constant source of inspiration for me; so much so that there's never any room for doubt whenever I'm replying to our things, writing you a starter, etc, simply because I trust you and our bond so explicitly. The anxiety that so often plagues me when writing for others just doesn't exist with you (which is really saying something given how much of a fuck my brain can be, especially in regards to writing) and I cannot even being to describe to you the relief that said knowledge brings me but I'll try, if only a little.

No matter what we always do our best for each other and I never have to worry about any of it. I never feel like I have to ask you if you like something---and if I do it's only ever out of extreme enthusiasm and I want to hear you reaction, thoughts, blah blah, Right Then---because we're just so....in sync with each other. The Diagnosis

In order for Tumblr to grow, we need to fix the core experience that makes Tumblr a useful place for users. The underlying problem is that Tumblr is not easy to use. Historically, we have expected users to curate their feeds and lean into curating their experience. But this expectation introduces friction to the user experience and only serves a small portion of our audience. 

Tumblr’s competitive advantage lies in its unique content and vibrant communities. As the forerunner of internet culture, Tumblr encompasses a wide range of interests, such as entertainment, art, gaming, fandom, fashion, and music. People come to Tumblr to immerse themselves in this culture, making it essential for us to ensure a seamless connection between people and content. 

To guarantee Tumblr’s continued success, we’ve got to prioritize fostering that seamless connection between people and content. This involves attracting and retaining new users and creators, nurturing their growth, and encouraging frequent engagement with the platform.

Our Guiding Principles

To enhance Tumblr’s usability, we must address these core guiding principles.

Tumblr has a “top of the funnel�� issue in converting non-users into engaged logged-in users. We also have not invested in industry standard SEO practices to ensure a robust top of the funnel. The referral traffic that we do get from external sources is dispersed across different pages with inconsistent user experiences, which results in a missed opportunity to convert these users into regular Tumblr users. For example, users from search engines often land on pages within the blog network and blog view—where there isn’t much of a reason to sign up. 

We need to experiment with logged-out tumblr.com to ensure we are capturing the highest potential conversion rate for visitors into sign-ups and log-ins. We might want to explore showing the potential future user the full breadth of content that Tumblr has to offer on our logged-out pages. We want people to be able to easily understand the potential behind Tumblr without having to navigate multiple tabs and pages to figure it out. Our current logged-out explore page does very little to help users understand “what is Tumblr.” which is a missed opportunity to get people excited about joining the site.

Improving Tumblr’s search engine optimization (SEO) practices to be in line with industry standards.

Experiment with logged out tumblr.com to achieve the highest conversion rate for sign-ups and log-ins, explore ways for visitors to “get” Tumblr and entice them to sign up.

Principle 2: Provide high-quality content with every app launch.

We need to ensure the highest quality user experience by presenting fresh and relevant content tailored to the user’s diverse interests during each session. If the user has a bad content experience, the fault lies with the product.

The default position should always be that the user does not know how to navigate the application. Additionally, we need to ensure that when people search for content related to their interests, it is easily accessible without any confusing limitations or unexpected roadblocks in their journey.

Being a 15-year-old brand is tough because the brand carries the baggage of a person’s preconceived impressions of Tumblr. On average, a user only sees 25 posts per session, so the first 25 posts have to convey the value of Tumblr: it is a vibrant community with lots of untapped potential. We never want to leave the user believing that Tumblr is a place that is stale and not relevant.

Part of Tumblr’s charm lies in its capacity to showcase the evolution of conversations and the clever remarks found within reblog chains and replies. Engaging in these discussions should be enjoyable and effortless.

Unfortunately, the current way that conversations work on Tumblr across replies and reblogs is confusing for new users. The limitations around engaging with individual reblogs, replies only applying to the original post, and the inability to easily follow threaded conversations make it difficult for users to join the conversation.

Improve the conversational posting features around replies and reblogs. 

Allow engagements on individual replies and reblogs.

Make it easier for users to follow the various conversation paths within a reblog thread.

Explore the feasibility of removing duplicate reblogs within a user’s Following feed. 

Principle 4: Retain and grow our creator base.

Creators are essential to the Tumblr community. However, we haven’t always had a consistent and coordinated effort around retaining, nurturing, and growing our creator base.  

Being a new creator on Tumblr can be intimidating, with a high likelihood of leaving or disappointment upon sharing creations without receiving engagement or feedback. We need to ensure that we have the expected creator tools and foster the rewarding feedback loops that keep creators around and enable them to thrive.

The lack of feedback stems from the outdated decision to only show content from followed blogs on the main dashboard feed (“Following”), perpetuating a cycle where popular blogs continue to gain more visibility at the expense of helping new creators. To address this, we need to prioritize supporting and nurturing the growth of new creators on the platform.

It is also imperative that creators, like everyone on Tumblr, feel safe and in control of their experience. Whether it be an ask from the community or engagement on a post, being successful on Tumblr should never feel like a punishing experience.

Actions & Next Steps

Get creators’ new content in front of people who are interested in it. 

Improve the feedback loop for creators, incentivizing them to continue posting.

Build mechanisms to protect creators from being spammed by notifications when they go viral.

Expand ways to co-create content, such as by adding the capability to embed Tumblr links in posts.

Principle 5: Create patterns that encourage users to keep returning to Tumblr.

Push notifications and emails are essential tools to increase user engagement, improve user retention, and facilitate content discovery. Our strategy of reaching out to you, the user, should be well-coordinated across product, commercial, and marketing teams.

Our messaging strategy needs to be personalized and adapt to a user’s shifting interests. Our messages should keep users in the know on the latest activity in their community, as well as keeping Tumblr top of mind as the place to go for witty takes and remixes of the latest shows and real-life events.  

Most importantly, our messages should be thoughtful and should never come across as spammy.

Conduct an audit of our messaging strategy.

Address the issue of notifications getting too noisy; throttle, collapse or mute notifications where necessary.  

Identify opportunities for personalization within our email messages. 

Test what the right daily push notification limit is.

Principle 6: Performance, stability and quality.

The stability and performance of our mobile apps have declined. There is a large backlog of production issues, with more bugs created than resolved over the last 300 days. If this continues, roughly one new unresolved production issue will be created every two days. Apps and backend systems that work well and don't crash are the foundation of a great Tumblr experience. Improving performance, stability, and quality will help us achieve sustainable operations for Tumblr.

First of all, I apologize for clogging your dash, but at the same time, you could always just unfollow if it bothered you that much? Like, due to the fact differing timezones is a thing, I wanted to ensure more people see my post so they can decide from there whether or not they want to unfollow/block me.

Second of all, I've been gone for a long while, so like I already said, everyone I was writing with either broke mutuals with me during my absence, became inactive, deactivated, or retired from the RPC entirely, so I don't know what you want me to say? Besides, I think you're overestimating how large my writing pool is, because not only is it rare for my threads to ever advance past two notes, it's not as though I had people clamoring to write with me; in fact, getting more interactions on here has often been akin to pulling teeth for the last two years and I'm not joking when I say the last notif I ever got was in February 2, so I have no idea what 'roleplay partners' I managed to take for granted, when really, it's the other way around.

I mean, you can say 'lack of activity doesn't reflect interest' all you want, but besides my own reblogs, my activity page literally shows two other notifs, and I can't even scroll down it... because nothing past it exists, and most of my followers I do have are inactive, because again, I have not been here.

Like, the whole reason I ended up vanishing from Kensuke's blog to begin with was because I was disheartened by how hardly anyone interacted with him and that has sadly been a reoccurring thing that happens again and again. Seriously, not only do the starters I write for people tend not to get replied to, I frequently get flaky muns essentially wasting my time and getting my hopes up for interactions... so when you consider how Kensuke is a character from a very niche series, how unwelcoming the RPC is towards characters from less than mainstream fandoms, and how dead tumblr RP has recently been, it's only natural for him to only have three bonds at best...

I mean, you might not like it, but it's the factual truth? And I'm not the type to really sugarcoat things, so as far as I'm concerned, actions speak louder than words; therefore, I don't really get the sense many are still interested in Kensuke as a muse. In fact, maybe I'm missing something here, but I'm genuinely confused on how it's guilt-tripping/passive-aggressiveness when I say that as a result of a lot of people moving on from tumblr roleplay (whether it's because they deactivated or retired from the RPC) and people I've been writing with understandably blocking me, Kensuke no longer has a lot of muses left that have a bond with him... so if people end up taking that the wrong way, then I don't know what to tell them, other than the fact I have legit been gone for a long time, so not many of my old roleplay partners are still around?

How would you feel if you continued to play the same video game over and over and over again? The concept might sound fun at first, but there’s only so much a single video game can offer. Sure, some have more replay value than others--but it’s only natural to want to take breaks every now and again.

That’s why BEN had left the familiar world of Majora’s Mask. He was growing bored of it. While it did tend to bring back many nostalgic feelings, it also reminded him of his time as a human. Being in that world was bittersweet...unless he could mess with someone’s copy of the game.

And since he hadn’t really wanted to do that in a while...he felt he needed a change of pace. So, of course, he took to the internet to see what other kinds of games he might be interested in. Maybe he’d mess with someone through another game?

...Nah. He mostly just wanted a change of scenery. Maybe he’d grow attached to a different world and want to stay there for a while, who knows? But he wasn’t gonna get anywhere by being indecisive. Let’s see...what are some popular games at the moment...

He’d always liked Pokémon alongside Zelda games...but those were all so familiar. Well, except for some of the newer ones. He hadn’t found the time to check those out yet, though Sword and Shield did look pretty cool...although he couldn’t access any unreleased games. So there’s no way he’d be getting there anytime soon.

Hm...what’s another popular one...Deltarune? That would be fine, except that he’d heard rumors about some crazy things going on in some weird variation of that world. Something about a demon and a sentient flower...and some kind of “perfect ending”. Whatever that was supposed to mean...

And, to be honest, he didn’t feel like getting wrapped up in whatever that was. It’d be too chaotic for the time being! He’d have to find something else. Something that wouldn’t get him caught up in an unfinished storyline that currently sat at a solid 7 chapters. Hm...what about...oh!

Here’s one! Bendy and the Ink Machine...was that one of the newer games? He’d heard some positive things about it despite never being able to see the game for himself. Now seemed like as good of a time as ever! Within a moment, his entire body had changed into a bunch of 0′s and 1′s, transporting itself into the game.

Upon arriving in the cartoon-ish world, the 0′s and 1′s formed back into his regular Link-like appearance. Hm. This place definitely had that old cartoon atmosphere...I guess that’s what the game was going for. But where’s that Bendy guy? The one who’s name’s in the title?

...As if on cue, BEN noticed something in the corner of his eye. It looked like a bunch of ink, except...it wasn’t exactly in a puddle on the ground. It was moving. Like...moving in a way that ink shouldn’t able to move. Maybe it was sentient! ...Maybe it was Bendy!

Welp. Only one way to find out! Quickly, he hovered over to the unnatural ink thing, making sure it knew of his presence. He was rather skilled when it came to catching people off-guard with his sudden appearances.

I was just kite ing to this song and the realization hit me that this song matches the apocalypse timeline of the Seer au really, really well when it xomes to how Leo might feel about his dependency on Donnie, how he was th3 cause of the apocalypse, and finally how his "secret" might have caused Donnie grief right up to his dying day because he had known from the very beginning they were doomed to failure and yet he had kept that fact hidden from everyone except Donnie who was resorting to making up false prophecies to keep Leo's hope up and eventually sacrificed himself to save CJ, the actual last hope. right now, im working on a minecraft skin (and maybe some character details) for a modded rp-ish server i'm going to be playing on with my friends. while i'm working on the skin, i thought i'd take a break and post about the server as context for my future posts & streams

i'm already willing to say that this is probably gonna be the most legit minecraft thing i've ever been a part of.

the point of the server is that each of us playing has a different mob that our abilities correspond to. the mod we're using is an edited/customized version of the origins mod. our friend (and server admin) dave went through and customized all of our origins' traits to suit us better as players and to just be more balanced. there's gonna be some amount of lore, but i think the degree to which each player RPs as their origin is up to them.

my origin is going to be cave spider! i'm going to base my skin off of the mizuno's 16craft spider, because i really like the higher contrast and the stripes. i also think it would look better with my trademark orange color palette. my origin is supposed to make it so that i can move through spiderwebs easily and climb walls like a spider, amongst other things. pretty awesome.

overall, there's gonna be a bunch of interesting new stuff that we're trying out that is way outside my usual experience as a pure vanilla minecraft player, but also probably not any crazy new items or processes that completely change the flow of basic vanilla gameplay. most of the new stuff outside the origins mod is just QOL, making the beginning manageable for some origins, extending the endgame a bit, and generally sprucing up the end & nether.

i've not been amongst the ones doing all the hard work figuring out the mod pack and getting the server running, but i'm going to try to stream minecraft way more frequently once we get properly started. i'm also going to probably be posting to this blog a lot more as i get deep into the Minecraft World of it all. in the meantime, i wanna shout out a couple of my friends who have been doing most of the technical work on this whole server project and who have gotten the rest of us hyped up and rounded up to play:

salem @nydescynt has been building, worldbuilding, selecting mods, and helping corral all of us into doing what we need to

both of them have been working very hard on this and i could not possibly be more excited for a server like this.

Listen if @vore-scientist doesn't continue this from our rp I might have to because I absolutely loved this one so much. Tiddles was so much fun. He just needs hugs. He wasn't too big of a character in the DnD campaign, mostly in the beginning.

And speaking of DnD with non vore folks... don't get me started.

The artificer legit crawled down a dead dragon's throat to the stomach to double check other party members weren't eaten before it was killed instead of carving the corpse open. At this point... I'm half tempted to share my stories with them because they just KEEP DOING VORE STUFF.

Like I give them a perfume to specifically get the attention of giants as a prank and one was like, "Our bard is gonna get someone eaten in the not so fun way" and I'm just thinking 'Don't tempt me fools'.

I tell them a giant blacksmith, Barrett, is an evil giant who used to eat people indiscriminately and they take the opportunity to ENCOURAGE him to join them in battle to eat enemies. After feeding a prisoner to him. Like, his little best bud Hope is trying to teach him that scares people, you are absolutely destroying his progress SO FUCKING FAST.

Hell when I gave them the chance to have a flashy kill on the BBEG after they got his health down to zilch they instead unanimously insisted the dragon ally needed to eat him as revenge.

Thus somehow the two vore writers/artists are the only people not constantly adding vore to it and it creates feelings. Mostly glee.

I just wanna say I love the Tiddles character. I love the shift from ““Tiddles can’t claim he thought I ate you if you’re standing alive at the front of the cage!” to Yonah showing Tiddles the girl, and I love the part where he’s like “Yonah was looking at him with hatred” but he still spared him, and I also loved the vore scene!! Great characters! :)

We wanted a pathetic prison worker for Yonah to get attached to so that, while he kinda mindlessly rampaged through the prison he would still spare the life of The One Who Was Nice.

Anyways idk if im gonna continue that story because it has since morphed into a DnD Campaign that has been run TWICE by Vixen as the DM and Savina and Yonah and Tobi are all NPCs (sadly yonah wont eat anyone. He's not a man-eater in that universe. but there is a man-eating giant the characters DID get attached to and SOMEONE keeps FEEDING HIM THE ENEMIES WE KILL/CAPTURE which like internally im conflicted because on the one hand hell yeah vore on the other hand MY CHARACTER IS COLLECTING CORPSES FOR A ZOMBIE ARMY. if you FEED THE ENEMY TO A GIANT. I DONT HAVE CORPSES!)
