#not to vague post but ohmygodddd#okok so context bc Im actually hype and nothjngs stopping me this time#but tldr my mom wanted to make her old ring into stuff for me and my sisters#bc it usdd to be a bracelet but then it broke and got made into a ring and she didnt wear the ring#and it had like. so many gemstones#tldr half the rubies broke so I had to get a new one. which is fine bc half the diamonds are still mine#...for the record that sounds like a lot. do remember that that ring was my moms gift from her mom after her first pregnancy#so it was absolutely an expensive gift but now its a legacy thing and tbh we have a lot of other legacy stuff from my grandmas#anyways we went to these jewelers and I designed this butterfly-bird-lion thing to be a necklace pendant#and now its here!! and Im wearing it and it looks great#abd just. ok ok so like my family's big on like legacy and mysticism and whatevers. my Vibes have been fulfilled#like its made for protection and health and fertility (which I dont need but yknow. original rocks for my moms pregnancy)#like idk. it feels like all my ancestors who were pitching for this gift are holding me by my shoulders and watching over me#all soft and fluffy inside#and. did I mention I DESIGNED this piece of jewelry bc Im very proud of that
