it's kind of annoying having an oc that's androgynous but not in the "transmasc person with short hair in skinny jeans" way bc it can be hard to get across? esp in character makers

i always worry hyades ends up reading as too fem bc. they have long hair, wear a lot of jewelry, and don't really hide their body? they're very much like. 70s/80s androgyny (which makes sense! the nuclear accident happened in 86!)

there's also ofc stuff that's harder to show in art, mainly voice and mannerisms. but man. sometimes it's really hard to get across "this is someone who regularly gets clocked" with picrews
