ugh allergies are so dumb why does my body decide to turn against me if i eat a peanut
#sorry get ready for my monthly peanut allergy rant:#i wish i could forget but also not forget that i have a NUT allergy#bc everytime my throat feels a little weird i go into full on panic mode thinking i somehow ate a peanut#and are about to stop breathing and go into anaphylactic shock and im just stressed about that for the next hour#im starting to get sick so my throat is all sore and mucusey so it feels tighter but naturally my brain just skips to UR GONNA DIE!! PANIK!#i dont even have a memory of ever having a reaction bc they all happened before i gained consciousness so i wouldnt even know#what it actually feels like. im just going off of like media depictions and symptom descriptions and just piecing it together sigh#like idek if im still allergic but i dont feel like risking it#especially bc the smell of PB is repulsive to me... though i guess thatd be a good reason to suspect im still allergic lol
