thinking about "mitch will assault me if i don't pick him" again.... i circle back to it all the time but it's like..... auston KNOWS how he feels about being left out and will always tease him for it but ALSO wouldn't dream of not including him anyway ...as if it were a given that mitch will always be his pick.......... his face when he says it too. i will never get over how relaxed he seems and i will NEVER stop wanting the mitch and auston leaf to leaf we are OWED. it is so long overdue, how do the leafs not understand this

heres some evens 4 my good boy ryuji..

2. cry--wow straight to angst city! okay so when hes like crying like just kinda emotionally, his face will get all red and do that thing where he covers his face with an arm and loud-bawls while denying doing so. when hes hurt crying his face will kinda scrunch up, he’ll keep looking down and hiding his face, and he’ll get real quiet. the quiet is a precursor to a big moment of upset and anger tho and he absolutely hates getting like that so he tries to make like a tree when he reaches quiet crying

4. cough--he probably coughs into his fist cuz hes not really thinking about it but hes more mindful about where hes hackin if there are adults around that he respects bc he doesnt want them to think hes like..gross or anything. he ends up kinda floundering though and boss find it very intertaining

6. run--oh no, oh deer,,i dont know enough about leg injuries to describe his running, but i mean, he probably swaps between fast and slow depending on how sore his leg is. he unconsciously runs with good form normally, but running in a panic is a different matter

8. kiss--mmmmmmm i cant say i know enough about kissies either..he’d probably do those cute little pecks like everywher but the mouth cuz he knows that like the ~most~ romantic and he doesnt want to fuck it up. maybe some face-bunting(?) would be involved

10. sing--hes probably never put much thought into his singing. he’ll sing to songs and anime openings that he thinks are cool, and he’ll belt out the silliness when hes out doing karaoke with his buds, but i bet hes got nice singing voice somewhere in there if he took it more ‘seriously’

12. frown--ooooooo so he really only frowns when hes at school, worried, or angry and they kinda range from little tiny frowns to frowns that encompass his whole body and soul. if hes full-body frowning, he might get snappy and say stuff before he can think about the consequences

14. fight--im gonna take this to be like ‘argue’ :{   he gets loud, and he’ll feel really warm and rushed like he needs to leave but he’s also trying to fight his brain and whoever hes arguing so it does not turn out pretty (i.e. see Morgana pre-Okumura) ryuji abosolutely HATES arguing but his mouth will work before his brain sometimes and he kinda hates,like, his opinions because he’ll voice them and then get in trouble. PT kinda helps him parse out where he knows hes right and where he knows he shouldve been better

16. navigate a grocery store--well hes got a list from his mama so he’ll try to follow the order of the list (takes him a while because he forgets to organize the items by location in the store) and he’ll pick up what he wants when he sees it. he might pick up stuff to share with his friends if he can, but he mostly goes in pretty quick. if hes having a bad day, he might try to avoid talking or running into any adults so he doesnt have to deal with his anxieties (spoiler alert: that doesnt really work)

18. react to surprises--paaauuuussseeee and then “What the hell!? For real!?!” puts his whole body into it man. people are like “bro chill” cause hes still hyped and feelin the adrenaline, but its gotta go somewhere so hes just whispering to himself “the eff was that...what..wha...” this depends on the type of surprise of course. im just imagining joker sneakin up on ryuji to spook him and then everyone has to deal with shocked ryuji for like 20 minutes

20. look when they're asleep--yknow how dogs and cats look SO into sleeping, like they are jsut really feeling being not awake? he looks like that: peaceful, either curled up or spreadout weirdly, and hes DEEP man. hes gonna snort a few times if hes dreaming and it makes Ann and haru giggle. he wakes up early but only with a stupid loud alarm that everyone despises
