feel like I might have to try taking a page from the gainer handbook & seeing if I can stomach drinking any amount of heavy cream to meet my base caloric needs for the day bcus this adderall is so not helping my already shit appetite lmao

#like even before i was on it between poor hunger singals + sensory food aversion i was already at like #1 or 2 protein shakes and 1 meal a day & it just isnt cutting it anymore esp when im more physically active when on it #would probably be essier if i could eat before taking it like spme people say hels but im just NOT capable of eating anything until #ive been awake for a few hours already & i cant take it late enough in the day to be when im hungry enough to eat #& not able to be morning person enough to change my schedule & be up for sewvral hours before i take it #like taking it is what helps me actially be Up lmao #texticles
