season 1 of vikings valhalla was so good and gripping and silly but in a way i liked and season 2… was kind of a letdown? certainly a mixed bag
#Rachel watches vikings valhalla#it tried to be ambitious but maybe…too ambitious? and they spent much of the time on dynamics with no chemistry???#like I’m glad Leif got to learn how to read and use a compass and that the baby arc wasn’t total bullshit#but barely any canute?? very little time together for Leif and Harald / Leif and Freydis?#idk choices were made and i appreciate they tried to take some swings but the majority did not work for me. I’m not gonna say don’t watch i#but i really hope they get their groove back in s3#as other people have said the England arcs were the best part of the season#i love Harald but I wanted to strangle him most of this season
