my depressed ass eight hours after waking up already getting ready to go to bed again and sleep for 16 Beautiful hours bcuz ive used up all of my sanity for today
#btw slept for like 14 hours last night. the less time in awake the better i always say!!!#advice is always like “keep to a consistent sleep schedule/routine” okay but that would require me being awake and conscious#for possibly even SIXTEEN hours per day and tbh i would rather be dead. i can't deal with anymore of this than i already am#like 10 hours is my upper limit for how long i can be concious without genuinely going insane. 10 hours being generous#txt
