Evidently I “can’t take a compliment”
#what does that even mean? I’m now realizing it may apply to me bc I always thought it meant you get bashful when someone compliments you#like ‘nooo stoooop it tee hee ☺️👉👈’#but when I get compliments I just don’t feel anything. like it doesn’t register in my brain I don’t give myself a moment to take it in#I just disregard it and move on. sometimes I don’t even acknowledge it or react to it at all#realizing it bc lately I’ve been getting pats on the back ig and I just 😐 anyway#my bullshit
